This store has some of the nicest workers I have ever met!

The store clerk, an older white mid length haired woman, was very disrespectful and considerate and unprofessional at the time of my and my familys visit. She cost her store $245. Trying to use a 15% discount I had on a Visa card at the time I only purchased $5.49 on the card to get that discount so I still needed extra gas I asked the lady once we were done helping that and she could apply this cash five dollars amount on it also been our family and I would take a good trip. She did not take into consideration at all to put the five dollars on there after she was asked politely three different times by three different members of my family please reset them home for us and well be on our way. Historical time this regarded us and Im really manner and then stated LOL therefore we had our $5 refunded can wait till the family over the $240 RV that needed to be filled then we would go across the street to the Exxon where they treated as promptly politely and professionally unlike the store clerk I dont have 7-Eleven experience. I do not recommend the 7-Eleven for customer service at all she disregards any respect towards customers whatsoever. Not that I wish anybody to not have a job but theres one other people that would love her job and would politely do it therefore I would request her to resign for 7-Eleven to take him to consideration on replacing this employee.

Ive never had customer service issues with any 7-11. I went into this store, approaching the counter, stood there for about 1-2 minutes while the cashier and patron (already made purchase) was in an involved conversation about the government. I was waiting for the cashier to notice me, and contemplated leaving. I was right in front of her. I made my purchase, she continued talking to the other patron the whole time. Never thanked me, barely acknowledged me. Is this what customer service has come to??

Beautiful brand new store. Plenty of gas pumps. Very well stocked, organized and merchandised! The staff is very courteous, professional, efficient and friendly. The service couldnt be better! Exceptionally clean store It has a great automatic car wash. As with all 7-11s prices are somewhat high but quality is good Gas prices are reasonable. Also, as with most 7-Elevevens it is open 24/7. Great place to shop!
