The people @ Dunn were so friendly & nice & gave me a great deal for the tires I purchased. I wanted to keep my old tires for something else, & I couldnt believe when I opened the back hatch on my car how perfectly neat they had placed my old tires in there. Each one was individually wrapped & so considerately placed inside my vehicle. Thank you for caring. I definitely recommend Dunn Tire.

I came in for an inspection, and ended up needing a tire. They had them in stock, and installed two tires, and did an inspection in 45 minutes. The staff is very knowledgeable, polite, and quick. While I was there I overheard some phone calls with customers. I could tell that they were super knowledgeable, and very friendly with everyone. They also dont try, and sell you something you dont need.

It is not possible to find such a comfortable place on the road. Also, all the staff are friendly and helpful.

I was very happy with my experience. Every question I had was answered and they were fast. I didnt have an appointment but I wanted to get new tires on wanted to get new tires on before I took my kids on a thruway with bad tires, They told me to just come in and they would fit me in. I felt a lot safer by the time I got on the thruway with my kids. Overall I am very satisfied. They went above and beyond to make sure my kids were safe. You have a life long customer here.

I took my car to get an oil change at the Dunn Tire Dunkirk Fredonia location. When I asked how long it would take they said it would be an hour. I returned in one hour and they hadnt even started it yet. I understand that the front desk staff was unaware of how backed up the mechanics were but I had a meeting at work that I needed to be present for. To my surprise they docked my bill by $20.00 and gave me a ride home just in time for my meeting.They took an unpleasant situation 🙃 and flipped it on its head 🙂No problems after the oil change so far!Thanks Dunn Tire for being so understanding and making it right.

Bill and his fellow employees did an exceptional job installing my new set of Continental tires. This is my familys forth set of tires from Dunn. The Dunkirk store has always treated us very well. My daughter was attending SUNY Fredonia and got a flat. The guys got her all fixed and back on the road in no time. For our family the only place for tires is Dunn!!

Tires were ordered from Rochester only two showed up. Had to came back another day to get other two. This took 4 days to get tires in locally. The service technicians and sales person were excellent.

Just seems like they are always pushing for a sale and lets be honest things happen and often times people arent expecting to buy tires or parts if theyre needed thats one thing but I was in yesterday for a tire repair and was asked if I wanted to buy a new tire. Im like no if you patched the tire the first time and I bought the warranty for them why isnt it covered?

Very curtious, offered to help as much as they could and when a problem with my vehicle arose they talked with me to come up with the most sensible repair plan. In this occasion it involves me doing a couple high $ repairs and leaving the sensitive work to them. As they felt sure I was competent enough to do the work.

Went to Dunn Tire for a tire rotation which is included with their out the door pricing package. They rotated the tires promptly while I shopped in the plaza and then called me on my cell phone. No complaints.

About two months ago they placed new tires on my car and the light never went off. I brought the car back several times and was told that it was normal to lose air but I was losing air at a rapid pace. The valve stem ended up to be crooked and leaking so they finally fix that and put in a brake light bulb for me.

Dunn Tires have always been excellent service. I moved here three years ago went to that one time Ive been back every time great customer service quality work and I actually remembered my name and that is impressive

Terrible experience this time around. The amount of dirt and black gunk on my steering wheel and shifter after getting my car back from them was disgusting and a mess. 0/10. Ive never had a bad experience with them until yesterday and it was enough for me to confidentially say I will not be back. Terrible.

I have been buying tires at Dunn for several years. The service has always been great and the prices are very good.

Made an appointment quick and easily on line and received a phone call confirmation within minutes. During that call I was informed that the tires I ordered were on a nationwide shortage, thus they offered me a tire that would work for my car that was a step up from the originals I ordered with no extra charge! Upon my arrival for my appointment I was greeted with a smile and respect and my car was in the shop immediately. I sat for a full tire change with balancing and an inspection and it took only about an hour (even saw them put my spare tire back under my car because it was being used due to a flat tire and my tailgate is a pain)! Great team with great customer service and I plan to return for my future tire changes and more!

Very happy with the service. They got me in right-a-way to fit my flat tire. They also put the spare back in its place, along with the jack and vacuumed up. The only reason I didnt give them 5 stars is that the front counter is not very organized and the wait to check in and out was a bit long. Get this figured out and you would have 5 stars. i will go back again for tires.

I went in to Dunn Tire thinking my battery was defective. The manager explained that the battery was good but had a low charge. After discussing the situation, it was determined I kept my key fob too close to the car. He told me to try it for a week or two and let him know how it was going. At no time did he ever tell me that he would not replace the battery if necessary - honoring the warranty. Great customer service!!

Customer is right??? Not at this place, terrible service, took my car for them to put tires on it. I had purchased them, its what I wanted on them . The correct size is 225 50 r 16 I bought 225 60 r16 they cant install them . I drive through pot holes on a daily basis and I wanted a bigger taller sidewall to get greater protection for my wheels. I will never have them do any work for me again.

They called me so I could do my tires sooner. This was wonderful so I wasnt juggling trying to do it during the week. They did a awesome job. Im grateful that I went there

Brought them my truck and it’s still not even aligned. I paid almost $100 for my truck to get aligned just for it to still pull to the right worse then it did before.

Brought my truck in for an alignment and instead of just doing the alignment and sending it out the door like other places do they checked all bearings, and ball joints on my front suspension, they had came and gotten me and told me it was bad and I didn’t even have to ask for them to show me cause they already did they were very kind to tell me a alignment wouldn’t have made a difference with those parts being bad and also gave me a free estimate of the parts cost and cost to be fixed. I would recommend Dunn tire to anyone that needs suspension work or just a simple alignment

They have treated us great so far. But this time when they changed the tires they were supposed to put new ones on back not in the front . So I’m alittle upset.

Employees were very helpful and took their time to explain the tires to me. There was no pressure to buy any specific one or to buy from them at all. When I arrived to have the tires put on the vehicle I was expected a couple hours based on how busy they seemed. I was in and out in just over an hour. I couldn’t be more happier with the tires and service.
