I would highly recommend this company!There was no high pressure to buy an expensive phone. Jeff listened to my questions about what I would need in a phone and made some suggestions. He set up and transferred all my data to new phone .He was friendly,professional,knowledgeable and detailed oriented!I would highly recommend this store for all your phone and technical needs A++++++
I came to the store to switch from Spectrum to AT&T. The gentleman switched my service but never gave me plan options or additional lines of service (I wanted an additional line). He simply switched and sent me on my way. I didnt know the plan he assigned to my account was $40 more a month than what I was paying with Spectrum.
We make the 45 minute trip to this store any time we need help! They are always helpful, patient and knowledgeable. I can place my trust in them to take care of everything I need. We got two new phones this time, and they worked hard to get everything changed over and make sure we were comfortable before we left with them.
My wife and I have been with At&t for about a decade. The staff at this particular location is great. Ashley is very good at finding which device fits you best and in your budget. We did, however, have a small issue with our recent trade-ins and for some reason customer service could not fix the problem. We were contacted by the district manager, Jeff Carpenter, who looked into this issue and helped us get it resolved in conjunction with another department within At&t. Otherwise, we have had a great experience with the company. I feel its important to promote a business that stands for exceltional customer service and genuinely cares about the community in which they serve. This location specifically does that and I would recommend buying exclusively from this store.

Everytime I go to an ATT store for help with my devices, they send me to UBreakIFix. We were told over the phone the people working at the store would be able to help. Of course they couldnt. I went to UBreakIFix and was helped within 20 minutes for free. All I needed was a factory reset which they could have done in the store. A huge waste of my time. Ill just be going to UBreakIFix next time. The people at the store dont want to help unless they can sell you something.

AT&T is straight trash, not specifically this location or workers but the network itself. Ive had it for 5 years now and it was ok for the first year, but it just starts degrading faster and faster over time. I tried the new wireless router they had in spring 2020 and could barely get 2 bars on it any where I went. It gave a max of 3mbps so I went back and they replaced it, but it still didnt work so I had to rescind the contract I signed within a week. Now I cant even stream on any thing higher than 480p without buffering. If you made it to the bottom of this complaint heres a medal🥇My advice to you is go to Verizon and get fios, Ill be doing the same in a few months when the money is right

This is our go to store! We live closer to a different AT&T store, but the time the employees spend to make sure we get the right stuff and making sure we leave all set up keeps us coming back. They saved our tails this Christmas! Worth the trip to Fredonia.
They got the job done but didnt try to upsell like a case, which was really needed.
Really friendly employees, all of my questions where answered without trying to toss in a sales pitch and have me spend extra cash. I enjoyed dealing with this office. It was worth the extra drive instead of getting a phone upgrade online.

Then on top of it didnt even try to offer a solution to get me as a customer... Best store ever!!! The ladies there are beyond helpful! They go above and beyond to keep the customer satisfied! As for knowledge, these girls know how to fix just about anything and are willing to search issues when they dont know. They are very professional and know how to laugh and joke around to make the experience the best possible. If i could give them more stars i would! If you have any issues or just need to get a new phone go see these girls you wont regret it!

Terrible experience. Not a single person knew anything about any of the phones or services they had. Very rude staff. Unprofessional appearance. A child would know more about a phone then the three females working there. Never going there ever again. 1 star is generous. They deserve negative 5 stars.
Dunkirk, NY AT&T store should be the store where they train all new employees. Toby and Jeff and the rest of the guys here are always helpful, professional, knowledgeable and just generally a great bunch of employees.! They always go above and beyond when helping a customer with ANY problem/issue. Im so glad I found them and switched to AT&T..(because of their great customer service!!) AT&T are very fortunate to have them and if they are representative of all their stores, then....WOW!! I rate AT&T #1 because of them and the superior customer care at this location.

The staff was friendly. Although I had to wait for a few minutes, it wasnt too bad. However, make sure you verify whether the tax is included in the bill. I wasnt provided billed information for tax. It was calculated after printing the bill which means theres a doubt that they charge their customers an excessive amount than required. Ill try to confirm from AT&T about that.

Worst experience I have EVER had with a cell phone provider. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! They first told me I could definitely switch over my number from straight talk and that I couldnt get the color I wanted because it would take too long to come in...after settling for the color I didnt want for the Samsung 7 active they told me it should come in in a day. At most they said it would take three days... which was perfect because my straight talk plan expired in four days and in order to switch the number the phone plan still had to be on. The next day Im waiting for a phone call and never get one. Day two still no call. Day three still no call so I decided to call them to see if my phone was in the store. They answered and said yes your phone just got here. I said okay perfect I will be there in two hours to get it. As I live about twenty minutes away from this location. I arrive and tell the associate that Im here to get my phone instantly its like the employees knew they had screwed up. The employee pretended to look for the phone...and then said well it looks like they put your phone in the dropbox and directed us over to a little box that they glued my phone into that they cant get out because its a demo phone now and the box was filling up with water to show it was water proof. So they didnt call me I had to call them. They tell me its there. I drive out of my way to get it and then get there and they have NO PHONE FOR ME??? so even after that they didnt say sorry once for the inconvenience and got rude with me even though it was their fault and I wasnt even being rude with them. I then asked when my phone would be in and they said probably tomorrow and that they would call me. The next day goes by with no call Friday comes with no call. At this point my straight talk phone is out of service and I am living with out a phone because of their mistake. Saturday comes and STILL NO ONE HAS CALLED ME. So again I call the store and ask if my phone has arrived and the associate said no its not here and it wont be here till Monday. At that point I asked to speak to a manager and he explained the manager wont be here till Monday either. I call back on Monday to speak with the manager and the employee states that hes busy right now and would call me back I said thats fine Ill wait. The employee says the manager will be a while and takes my name and number and promises me I will get a call back. I then asked the associate if my phone was there. And OF COURSE IT WASNT!!!! AND I NEVER GOT A CALL BACK FROM THE MANAGER. I ended up driving to orchard park quaker crossing store and the woman had the phone and the color I wanted and was wonderful and gave me a wonderful experience. I explained to her what happened with this store and she has had many complaints about this location from other customers!!! Do not waste your time with this store. They clearly do not care about their customers and I will never ever go to this location again. AND I STILL HAVE NEVER GOTTEN A CALL ABOUT THE PHONE OR FROM THE MANAGER. Wouldnt even give the store one star but had to to post the review.
