On two different occasions (in July and in October) i went to this shop to have my oil changed. Both times i was given the distint impression that I was annoying them by pulling in for an oil change (they were not busy ether time and were just hanging out talking) Each time I was told the system was down and i would need to pay in cash. The basic presentation of pricing etc was so sullenly given and the manner of the employees was off putting. Now I know they arent required to be friendly but they should be able to manage civil. When they did change the oil they did not reset the maintenance required light. I rarely give a bad review but I have decided not to bother these guys again and do not recommend having your car serviced there.

The guy that changed my oil had very little training, could not get the oil filter on, after 15 minutes I told him to go get help.The manager and another worker was sitting in the office doing nothing and I was the only car in the place.When the supervisor finally came out I told him I have been there 25 minutes and not completed yet, he became irate and yelled at me.They never checked the air pressure in my tires.Then they could not find my oil cap. looed for 10 minutes.I was there for 40 minutes,NEVER GO BACK THERE FOR SERVICE.

My job requires a lot of driving so I get oil changes pretty frequently, the last three of which I’ve done here. The guys are cool, they work hard, and have always given me top notch service. I definitely recommend.

3 cars in front of me....took an hour and a half. One employee working two bays by himself. Very well could have given an estimate of time, if so understaffed.Technician charged me for services he did not conduct.Service Checklist showed all 16 points of inspection completed yet not a single one was conducted. I never left my vehicle.No air pressure check, filter inspected, windshield wipers looked at. No fluid levels filled....or even checked.Change of ownership, baited people in with a 20% coupon.....for $6.80. That doesnt even cover the $13 Engine Treatment that they didnt even do!!!You couldnt pay me to bring my other vehicles here.

The guys who work here are always accommodating, and it’s the cheapest place to get an emissions test! Also, they topped of my coolant and washer fluid and gave me a quart of oil absolutely free. It’s nice to have an automotive service center that doesn’t try to screw me over every time I go there.

I have been to this location in the past but my understanding is that they are under new management. You now stay in the car, which was convenient and more comfortable. They were super fast and the guys worked great together checking to make sure everything was refilled and caps were tight. Will definitely be my go to for oil changes moving forward.

Great experience - needed a quick oil change before heading out of town. They got us in, changed our oil, did an inspection on the car and didn’t mind my 9 year old asking a million questions quickly!! Super nice, helpful, high quality and considerate. Highly recommend!!

Once I got the technician engaged in a conversation, he was great and seemed to genuinely care about providing service. I think the job is so tedious that its hard to be lively about it. After the initial uncertainty, everything went well as he helped me determine what was best. I will go back as it was not busy and the process overall was very quick.

Today I brought my car in for an ordinary oil change. What I received was so much more. I received excellent service from Stanley the Manager and Mike the Technician. They took the time to fix my 2001 Nissan so that I would be safe to drive her. They took the time to explain the problems that were causing the unnatural noises and they answered all my questions. Stanley also gave me advice on things to watch out for and tips on how to extend the life of my car.I am so happy I brought my car here to be serviced by people who truly care about their customers safety.If youre looking for a great Garage for car maintenance, I highly recommend you bring it to Stanley and Mike.

Avoid this place at all cost. I went for oil change and the guy asked me to pull the car in the bay. I pulled in and asked to write a ticket for oil change. He said he recognized me and started working on it. I asked him the price and he fudged. At the end he asked me to pay 53.61 for the oil change. I told him that it usually cost around $25 for oil change at this place. He said prices have gone up. I said even then be reasonable because it has not gone up to 53.61 everywhere. Then he said its not possible but if you show me your last invoice Ill consider. When I showed him the last invoice, he said show me from 2021. I havent had oil change this year because I dont drive much during Covid. There was posted price so I showed it to him. He said it is for ladies and wednesday. I happened to have a coupon from this place lying in the car. He said coupon does not have code so he can not honor it. He did mention that the ownership has changed recently. I have had been to this place a dozen of time and did not have issue. They were aggressive in selling additional services before but not crooked and dishonest. Please beware of these guys.

I have used them for the past year for my oil changes. They have always done a very good job and been very professional and quick with the service. Today when I pulled up I was met by Mr Turner. He was very knowledgeable about my car and what it needed. They went right to work on my car. Mr Turner was very helpful in every aspect of my visit and they were extremely fast.

The staff was very nice, quick and informative. Stanley explained which oil change that would be best for my car with high miles. This store offers a discount for women on Wednesdays I thought that was amazing!

The team at Havoline in Dunwoody we’re attentive and quick to replace my battery and got me on the road in less than 10 min. I gave 4 stars because I had questions about the different levels of battery options and was not completely satisfied with the answers about what made one battery (silver, gold, platinum) better than the other. I would recommend the crew do some research into the differences in specs on their batteries to better advise the customer... but honestly, I’m just needy like that and at the end of the day they took care of me and were very friendly. Thanks!

THEY SCAM YOU HERE! They do not do “LADIE’S DAY OIL CHANGE $19.99” even though it’s advertised all over the building. When I asked about the expired signs, the man told me “he’s not getting paid to take down signs.” Even after the man told me he’d cut me a deal this once, they tried to charge me the full $40. They were rude to me, even though they were the once that kept lying about the price. Would not go back or recommend this place to anyone.

When I called they said one price and after did the oil change they simply added some more amount for regular oil change

Sunday May 2, Went in for a quick oil change. First and last at this location.Very immature employees.Automatically was given a price for an oil change $85 dollars. I wasn’t even able to look at the different type of oil changes pricing available.I asked why so high, he explain they only have a certain synthetic type.I then said that seems a bit high since I have gotten an oil change before in my car and it wasn’t so high.The immature employees then proceed to say! “ You must of gone to Walmart to get your oil change”.Then laugh so hard like it was the funniest thing in the world.Please hire employees with some customers service skills.It was not about the pricing. Just the disrespect.!!I will never go there again. Even though its Around the corner from my house!Horrible service!!!!!!Rather pay 85 somewhere else for better service!

Just tried to charge me $85 for an oil change I had paid $32 for two months earlier for the same car ar the same location. They told me that was my only option. From other reviews I can see that I am not alone. No wonder they only get two stars on Yelp.

This place is amazing. I messed up when I was putting some oil in my truck. I left the cap off. The main mechanic made an amazing deal for me. By doing a flush of the engine and an oil change. His name is Joshua. Thank you so much. This team here is amazing and fantastic. I recommend everyone come here. I have been coming here for over a year.

Absolutely miserable. Didnt perform any of the checks other than changing the oil, which took an hour and a half with only three cars in front of me. Charged me for service is not performed. New ownership. Long ways to go before Ill ever return.

The oil change was fast and completed while I stayed in my car in about 10 min. I asked to have my tire pressure checked which they did immediately. I paid the Weds. Ladies Day price of $24.99. Very satisfactory and friendly, took 1 star off because I drove up at about 4:30 and there was one car in the bay but I had to wait for a while for an attendant to notice me.

These guys and ladies are quick and professional. They are great at communicating and taking out loud on what they are doing or need. I had an oil change on my Jeep Cherokee in under 15 min!!!!! The dealership would have been 2 hr wait. Will definitely be back.

I brought my daughter to this location for her first oil change.....15 minutes before they closed.The young man was nice enough to spend extra time to show her all of the things she needed to know about her car. How to reset the oil light, read the oil level in her car and measure the level with the dip stick. Despite his young age, he was very patient and professional.I really appreciated it.

This was my first and last time trying this establishment. The secretary would rather watch Netflix on his phone than deal with the line of customers. They never answer their phone. I went in for an oil change and was told to come back in a half hour. I call 2 hours later to see if my car was ready, no answer. I give it an another 30 minutes just to be safe when I arrive to pick up my car nothing had been done to it and theyre no other cars/customers in sight. Upon my arrival the employee gets up from his chair and says we were just about to get to your car. I ask for my keys back and wish them a good day. I will be taking my business somewhere else.

This place is horrible. Ive been trying to get them to fix my tire for two weeks. They told me to come back in 5 days just to tell me to come back again in a week. Its been a week and my car still isnt fixed. These people are horrible. I went there for an oil change and there was a white guy with tattoos who had a horrible attitude towards me

First Time there and new to the area but I will go back for sure. Derwonne Turner and staff was very welcoming and explained what was needed now and what could wait until next visit. This was a very efficient oil change experience! I was in and out quickly, everything was explained to me clearly, and everyone was professional and courteous!

I arrived at 10:20 am on a Wednesday morning. The service techs were courteous, prompt and efficient. I never had to leave my vehicle. The oil and filter change and the multi-point check was completed and I was on my way in 15 minutes. They even (unsolicited) gave me a $10 discount that they normally give on Wednesdays.

Very quick and honest. I stopped in prior to a dentist appointment I had across the street. I was on limited time and they seemed to knock it out in 10 minutes which allowed me plenty of time and knocked out something important on my to do list as I was already 1k miles over my suggested next oil change. I had my emissions inspection done at this location. Everyone was professional yet personable and efficient. They also were using Covid protection protocols including masks and using hand sanitizer multiple times and always prior to touching anything in my car.

I had a very good experience in here, these guys are honest. When i brought my car to change oil and filter, they couldnt change the filter and because if that they wanted to do the oil change for free. Ofcourse i said no but they still gave me 30$ discount.I think they could have just told me they changed the filter without me knowing but they did the honest thing.

Got our emissions test here and they were really nice and efficient, and they seem to be really sensitive to COVID19 safety issues as well as can be expected. The guy in the front office area wasnt masked but everyone else was. Thomas did our emissions test and was super friendly and professional. This was my first visit here but Ill be back soon for an oil change, for sure. Recommend this place hands down. :)

I’ve been here a couple of times to get my oil changed in my vehicles. They are very accommodating and the customer service here is unbeatable. The oil change is a quick process itself. Staff has been very friendly every time I’ve been. They even had a special deal for healthcare workers during the pandemic! Would highly recommend stopping through here next time you need services!

Showed up on Saturday morning to get my oil changed and was pleasantly surprised that there was only one car ahead of me; the crew was quite efficient and got me into the bay within 10 minutes of arrival; they had my oil changed and my filter swapped out in just a few minutes; they checked all my fluids, refilled my washer fluid, and made a couple recommendations that should happen before year end. First rate service and good value! Definitely recommend!

Great service, I came in on a Friday for a quick oil change, they didn’t have my filter in stock. They were able to get it in, the oil changed, and found out my power steering fluid was almost completely out- all in the time it took to grab lunch across the street! Very professional, I couldn’t be happier. I’ll definitely be coming back!
