Was in a tight spot, and needed box springs and a frame. Don was able to track down what a needed at the local DC, and I picked up my items within an hour of speaking to Don. Very helpful - best experience with Mattress Firm I’ve had.

We went in on Memorial Day, looking to get a good deal. We clearly expressed our budget and basic expectations. Our salesperson, Sam, was pretty good about helping us make a good choice for needs without being pushy about any add-ons. However, he didnt tell us that the mattress we chose came in a box. We are young adults, and this was the first mattress we have bought ourselves. We thought we were being delivered a mattress in the traditional sense where if you try to drive it home yourself, it will be dangling off the roof of your car... I will give Sam the benefit of the doubt and assume that he either didnt know this, or just thought we didnt want to lug a semi-heavy box to the car and into the house. However, we were very displeased by the delivery service we then received. The delivery guy simply carried the box inside the front door, took a picture, and left. As this was not the service we were told we would receive, I was quite frustrated, and I called Sam. (Sam, I hope you can forgive me for the tone I used when asking for the refund, as my anger was in part due to having a bad day unrelated to this situation.) Thankfully, Sam very readily refunded the $100 delivery fee, as I requested, and he said that perhaps the delivery guys were just tired from a long weekend. Again, Im willing to give them the benefit of the doubt, but in all, my experience was a bit tainted. My advice to future customers is to ask your salesperson if your mattress comes in a box before purchasing delivery. My husband carried the box by himself (he said it was moderately heavy but do-able), and I set up the mattress on the bed frame on my own within 5 minutes.

Leslie and Sam offered five star hospitality. As I was selecting a mattress, it felt much like shopping with a close friend. Sam considered my family’s needs, budget and level of comfort. I am thrilled with my purchase and was amazed at how easy “mattress shopping” was! I would definitely recommend Mattress Firm. I mean who doesn’t want to sleep well?

Highly highly recommend this matress firm location and all employees I’ve come in contact with here. My sales person was Sam (who I definitely recommend you request). I’m super indecisive and was pretty unsure what I wanted in a matress, but Sam was patient, walked me through many mattresses and listened to all my feedback. He’s very knowledgeable about the products in the store and was able to take my preferences and budget and give me a great deal on a great bed.

I had planned on going to rooms to of near Perimeter Mall and saw that a Mattress Firm was in the same plaza so I’d figure why not start there? I am so glad I did. Leslie was fantastic and she had in-depth knowledge of all the mattresses in her showroom even taking me through their sleep quiz to ensure I was matched with the perfect mattress. She took her time to make sure I selected the best matttess for me and worked through pricing options. New mattress was delivered today (on time might I add) and I can’t wait to break her in. Shopping for something so comfortable can often be uncomfortable, confusing and nerve wracking! But today I had the best shopping experience of my life. I wish Hayden could help me make all my important decisions. He not only helped us pick out just the right Mattress but educated us and made us smile and laugh along the way. We never felt pressured or stressed. And when the financing got difficult he and the Manager fought hard for us! I cant imagine ever buying a Mattress elsewhere. Literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced from any company. I regret buying mattresses from Mattress Firm. Sneaky sales tricks that borderline fraud.I went into this store and was given pricing. The very next day I went back to purchase and was told that I had been given inaccurate pricing information. Off by hundreds of dollars on each bed.To compensate for botched pricing, they said they would give me a deeply discounted great deal on an additional adjustable Tempurpedic bed. The day before it was delivered, they swapped it out for a lower quality (and cheaper) adjustable base with terrible reviews.I declined the lower quality adjustable base. I then had to repeatedly email and badger the store to give me a refund for the product that they werent able to deliver. They said that they had refunded me, but when I asked when for a receipt, they would reply text that they were busy with other customers, or I would call during business hours and they wouldnt answer.When this store did send receipts, its wasnt in a text or email message or pdf or anything concrete, just a link back to their own server to an order they can change at any time. So I had to screenshot everything as they were constantly changing my order.I initially was planning to just purchase them outright, but they told me about this amazing 0% financing that only takes one day to approve... Spoiler Alert: It took over 2 weeks and it isnt 0%, its 30%.The delivery date was repeatedly moved while we slept on blow up mattresses and waited for the financing to be finalized. Then we had to wait for more mattresses to come into inventory, even though we had put down a deposit on our mattresses, they sold them anyway. I was told that since we hadnt paid in full yet, they could still sell the beds we ordered even though we gave them a deposit.Finally the day the beds were supposed to be delivered, Mattress Firm messaged that morning to say that they misread their inventory and didnt have 1 of the mattresses in stock, but said they would deliver some of the other product.The delivery time window came and went with no one showing up, no one calling. Finally I called the store and they said, Oh, your delivery has been moved to tomorrow. No phone call. No explanation. I guess they just assumed that I had 2 days in a row to do nothing but sit at home and wait for a delivery.They claimed that the truck broke down on its way to me. I would assume that they could have gotten another truck, but at a minimum they could have called me to notify me that the delivery would not be happening that day, not just automatically reschedule the delivery while Im still stuck at home waiting for them.By the time we finally got all the mattresses and beds we had ordered, it was a month later than we had expected. Not because of supply chain problems outside of their control, but because of communication problems well within their control.There is no accountability at this store. Sam and Leslie are a liability to the entire Mattress Firm brand as I will never buy from this company again. Every time something went wrong, they would blame the delivery people or the warehouse or the financing company or anyone but themselves.I now understand why buying mattresses online has become so popular in recent years, I wish I had just ordered my beds online directly from the manufacturers and avoided this entire icky experience.Based on the number of reviews with similar tone and writing style, I assume someone at the store is writing their own reviews. I was in desperate need of a mattress and I knew it was time to invest in a great mattress to improve my sleep.... Please.I do not recommend the Perimeter Expo Mattress Firm and I feel swindled for purchasing from this store. I regret walking into this store and am posting this review so that other people dont make the same mistake that I did. While this Mattress Firm is bad at customer service, they are excellent at excuses.Have a blessed day.

I went to mattress firm because I had been thinking about getting a new bed. Going in I knew some basic information and a basic idea of what I wanted.After I met my sales rep I was blown away by the expertise she had. She took the little knowledge and info I had and walked me through what’s important and why. Naively I didn’t think there was much that does or should go into buying a mattress.The only down fall is that had to wait a week to get it....but it will be so worth it. :)

Ive been to this particular Mattress Firm a few times. My son needed a mattress so we decided to go to this Mattress Firm. I was impressed with Joe my sons sale associate. He was quite friendly and knowledgeable of the mattresses and he wasnt pushy. He was really trying to get my son the best mattress in his price range. After my son got his mattress I went window shopping a couple of times at that same location but unfortunately I was not able to get a mattress at those times. Kitana is also very friendly and knowledgeable as well. I checked out another place that sales mattress but I wasnt impressed with the quality of their products and the customer service was just okay. I went back to Dunwoody Mattress Firm and worked with Joe again and he did give me great customer service as well as a great price on the mattress I bought. Im not easily impressed but I would recommend that if you are in the market for a mattress that you visit the Dunwoody Mattress Firm location!!

Mike went above and beyond to make they buying process pleasant. The mattress when delivered was not as comfortable as I thought it would be so I will be requesting a refund. I will update regarding the refund process.Update: I ended up exchanging for a better mattress. Ultimately consistently wonderful night sleep is worth the money. Mike did an excellent job of listening to the pros and cons of the mattress I had before recommending one that would work better for me based on those. I am very happy with my decision and am praying this mattress works out better. He was more than willing to give me a refund, but wanted to make sure I did not have to sleep on my couch until I found another mattress. If not I know Mike is the person to talk to about it. :)

WOW!! Kiana Eaton, really took care of us. We really enjoyed working with her. I came in earlier in the day to get a feel of their inventory and the store before bringing my wife in. Kiana was able to share her knowledge with me on what might help my wifes lower back pain and took note of my preferences. Roughly 4 hours later I came back with my wife, and Kiana was able to remember all of our preferences, what we had looked at, what we were considering and what we currently owned. She was very patient with us and helped us make a decision based on all of our needs. What really impressed me about Kiana, was when we were struggling to narrow down our selection of beds and she pointed out things I was doing subconsciously, which ultimately indicated which bed I enjoyed the most. Unfortunately that bed was out of our price point, but Kiana saved the day by educating us on an option that matched with all of our needs and was within our budget. We greatly appreciate her efforts and would be happy to refer friends and family to her.
