The staff at this location is the absolute BEST! My family and I went in to make some changes on our plan and with my sister in CA, we needed to contact her and make sure she would be able to make the same changes at the same time, without her phone resulting in having any issues. It was a long process but the staff was helpful, patient and attentive throughout our time there. They made sure to the task was full completed and all our phones were working before we left the store. The best experience I have had at any location!

I’ve been to this location several times and each every time I have a experienced poor customer service and individuals that don’t really value customers time or patience. The hours for the repair center are not valid and any other information they give you is also invalid. For instance they tell you they have a product or an item for repair and when you arrive to the store they don’t actually have what you needed. One Particular associate (Velicity H) seems like she has an attitude every time I come to the store. One of the Managers (Yahree Jenkins) hasn’t been helpful with the rudeness that has been displayed throughout the store.

Shantrell is the worst customer service representative I have ever dealt with. Besides being EXTRA pushy she moved me from sprint to t mobile without telling me saying that I HAVE TO! And a plan that’s almost double than what I used to pay. She didn’t inform me of anything she just said THATS HOW IT IS NOW AND YOU HAVE NO CHOICE. The absolute worse. I wish I would of went to another t-mobile. The service wasn’t good at all, I waited 2 hours to be attended then after waited more for the guy to finish attending. I didn’t catch his name, but he wasn’t the nicest and he would be helping other while we would be waiting. There are other workers but only 2 of them get to touch the phones or anything in general that is being bought. There was one super sweet girl that was trying her best, her name was Britney. But besides that everyone was not the best and the service was not good at all.

I wish I would have read the reviews before visiting this store. The customer service here is very poor. I am not sure if the rep was a general representative or a manager, but I expect to be treated with respect and not with a poor and condescending attitude. She did not have a willingness to take customer needs and expectations into account, and decided to put being condescending as a priority instead of placing customer service first. Plus, she did not even provide the correct information which would have resulted in paying more money. Next time, I am going to Roswell Rd where I am always treated with the upmost respect and flexibility.

I just don’t give 1 star because the manager Nadia was kind enough to try to fix the situation, but I had a nightmare of an experience at this store. I probably should have believe my gut and the reviews before coming in, but the store reps are NOT prepared at all to give you a good customer experience.I came in to get my phone upgraded, and had all the correct information I needed to exchange my phone since I had called T-Mobile that morning to know everything I needed to upgrade. The rep that was assisting me at first (don’t recall the name) had a terrible attitude, gave me the feeling of entitlement, talked bad about the new manager in front of me, couldn’t explain thoroughly why I needed to pay a certain amount for the upgrade and when confronted multiple times about the reason why I would be charged the amount she was telling me, she simply told me that she β€œwas done dealing with me” and walked away. I didn’t disrespect her in any way for her to act that way with me, all I wanted was to know (as a customer) what was I paying for since it wasn’t clear and she couldn’t explain it to me.Please do yourself a favor, and just go to another store. I’m sure you will save your precious time and patience!PS: I just went in today to t-mobile at Prado plaza in Roswell Rd, and got everything I needed! Great customer service! Even the store energy is different!

Stood at the door for five minutes waiting to be acknowledged and signed in but never happen. There’s two other Sprint stores 15 minutes of the store in both directions I suggest you go to another location.

Best sprint location I have every visited! There were only 3 employees in the store when I arrived and every last one of them was extremely friendly and helpful. I visited the location on Mon, June 15, 2020 around 11:30am. I came to the location to have my screen fixed. I informed the tech that I had a meeting in 30 mins and would bring the device back after my meeting. The tech said no worries and told me that he would have it ready for me by my meeting in 30 mins. The tech (Glendale) was very efficient. He fixed my phone within 15 mins. The manager (Andrew) on duty was welcoming and friendly. There was also a young lady employee (Shay) in the store that held conversation with me as I waited and made sure I received the help I needed while waiting. This location is awesome and I would recommend to anyone in the area. I plan on coming to this location for all of my future Sprint needs.

I recently dropped my phone and my entire screen turned white. I went to another location where I was told that there was nothing that could be done, and that I would have to mail it in to be replacedπŸ™„. I came to this location and was told by Joe that he could fix it! Sure enough, less than an hour later he completely fixed my LCD screen and the other cracks! I had a pleasant experience, and greatly appreciated the customer service! Thanks Joe!

This is the 3rd time Ive come up to this location and it takes them over 30 to 45 minutes just to see someone. Now I know why this store has bad reviews. We were given one price when we came into the store, then another sales person said she was wrong, and they gave us a higher price. Fine, its not much more, so well take it because we really need new service. Now, I look at our bill, and it is even higher! That, and issues with our phones that they were trying to tell us was normal, but when we called customer service, we were told that is not normal and to take them into the store to be repaired or replaced. They did replace them with not too much trouble, and so far, the replacements are working much better. Props to Nico, though. He is a good guy and very helpful.

Not acceptable I’ve been with sprint over 10 years. First off no one even greets you when you walk in. The employees seem like they don’t want to help or could careless that your trying to get new lines added to your account and need new phones for your relatives who are switching from T-Mobile. The store had one other customer yet all the employees are standing around talking to each other laughing and goofing around.The only person working was the repair guy in the back. Finally I ask does anybody work her and some girl walks up and says what did you need ? When I tell her she passes me off to some guy who starts to assist us.They offered us some BS phone and higher than they’re website offers and when I point it out( based on the website which I pulled up) they give me attitude and say we’ll get the phones online then.The whole place smelled like someone was roasting a chicken in the back. They’re lackluster attitudes and unwillingness to help not to mention the smell in there is enough to make me never return to this location. Sorry but,sprint either needs to do some house cleaning and fire everyone in there or close the whole store. Customer service 101 greet customers when they enter your business!I will definitely take my business elsewhere

Incredibly rude staff that doesn’t care that they aren’t giving you the full amount of information on charges. We went to add two lines and weren’t told on the hell we were going to experience because of it. THREE bills, THREE, that are abnormally high solely because the sales person couldn’t have told us to wait a couple days until the billing period to switch to avoid the unnecessary charges. The used car salesmen is the perfect comparison. Not to mention, when we went in to demand an explanation on the high charges, the worker didn’t seem to care on what they had put us through and was rather laughing at our faces because β€œof course we won’t say anything, a sale is a sale”. Absolutely pathetic and no one in this store holds any integrity. Of course they don’t care because their hard earned money is not coming out of their pockets! Just please avoid this place at ALL costs!

Sprint sent me here. All I need is for them to run one test on my phone to confirm its eligible for replacement as my brand new s10+ hasnt worked since I opened the box. I sat there for 30 minutes in an empty store and when I asked an employee to please find out how much longer it would be, he came back telling me an hour. I have been a sprint customer for over 10 years. Unfortunately dealing with this store was the worst experience I have had as a Sprint customer. I needed a loner phone or another phone because the one I purchased from this location was not working. I was told they don’t have any loner phones and I could purchase another phone to use in the interim. All they want to do is sell, sell, sell! And unfortunately when you have an issue the manager doesn’t return phone calls. I was told I can call him, even though I asked for the manager to call me numerous times! I was able to contact the corporate office and get better service after I complained about the run-around I was getting at the store level. Hopefully others will have a more positive experience than I had at this location!

I am so disappointed in the customer service and repairs at this Sprint store. I brought my new phone Samsung Note 8 in because the screen stopped working. They could only send it off to have sprint look at it. I explained that I was leaving town the next week and had to have a new or repaired phone by the time I left town. This gave them 8 days to repair it and I was promised that it only took 5 to 7 days. I was told that it would be fine. I called and checked to make sure my phone was running on time and was told that it would be in on Thursday which was great. I was called and told that my phone was sent to a nail salon and they would track it down. I called on Friday to find out that my phone was never shipped and would not arrive until Tuesday. I asked if I was getting a new and was told yes. So I asked why they could not get one out of inventory and replace it with the new one being shipped 4 days later. They only work with a third party to replace the phone so I was out of luck. Sprint what is your problem? I fell like I was lied to and it was just so they did not have to deal with me. Very very disappointing.

Ive been a customer of Sprint for over 8 years and I went into the store to cancel a line and possibly upgrade. I waited 25 mins for someone to help me only for a representative to tell me they dont do cancellations in store and I had to contact a number myself. What is the point of having a store front if I have to do everything? After I was told they dont cancel lines I decided not to upgrade from here. This store is a joke there were at least 7 or more sales associates standing and sitting around the customer service desk chilling. I should have read the reviews 1st. Today 11/13/2017 1:00 P.M.went to the Sprint Store trying to get my Note S 5 fixed, the touch screen will not work, a tech female came and told me they will replace the screen Calibration they will be no cost, it will be an hour an a half before it will be ready told her ok and left, Came back 4 P.M. same female came with the phone told my phone has water damage and we had to replace something else your total is $200.00, told her wait i didnt authorize you to do a $200 repair why did you do that without talking to me first, a tech named Jamal came and he tried to explain to me that either way you would have to file a claim and still end up paying $200, he told me we will take $100 off just pay $100, i told him no he told me i will not give you phone, asked him to speak to manager, no manager right now you will have to wait 5-7 minutes, waited Tammy came was helping other customers while i was waiting was told hes talking to customer service to wait til he finish, waited another 20 minutes, they both came Tammy and Jamal and told me unless i pay $100 they will not give me phone, told them to keep it will talk to manager tomorrow.

I think it wouldve killed her to actually smile and show some personality. If I could give zero stars I would this store is a nightmare. I signed up online for Sprints free year of service two months back (service is horrible for voice calls which in 2018 is laughable but that’s besides the point). Anyway, I got the new iPhone XS Max yesterday and took it to this store to get a SIM card and they said they didn’t have one. They don’t act like they care is the problem and didn’t really offer alternative solutions they just went back to listening to their R&B/Rap music at full blast on their store speakers making it almost impossible to hear the person next to you. There are ten or so employees there, it’s a big store, but they all basically are sitting around not doing anything.Long story short I drove straight over to AT&T and they had SIM cards and were very friendly. I wanted to like Sprint and wanted to like the store because it’s walking distance from work and my home but I can’t tolerate when people don’t take pride in their jobs and display and sort of customer service.

I am writing to you because of todays experience at Sprint Store #1604 in Perimeter Place, 127 Perimeter Center W b, Dunwoody, GA 30346.My experience did not start off on the right foot. My cell phone was destroyed in a car accident yesterday and today I was hoping to receive proper service in replacing the damaged phone. Upon arrival, there were no more than 4 customers in the store, 1 of which was waiting for her turn. A sales associate realized I had not been helped, came over to introduce himself, then let me know hell be with me shortly. 1 hour later, and several more customers that seemingly held precedence over me was downright disrespectful, disappointing and confusing. I had been waiting, even seeing my name listed as next customer for service; however, the walk-ins (and they did not have an appointment) somehow received immediate attention.Lets back track about 30 minutes. 1 employee recognized I had been waiting for some time and my patience was noticeably wearing thin. He insist someone would be able to assist me shortly..again, more time goes by and more walk-in customers stroll in. If their matters were small cases, I can understand the sales associates assisting them immediately because their case(s) would take 10 minutes or less. But they did not acknowledge this. A quality and experienced store manager would have mentioned to the walk-ins we have customers waiting for assistance, since management prefers running an operation with minimal employees nowadays, and reassure the customers who have been waiting for over 30 minutes that they will be serviced next. Instead, I was left wondering when I would be helped, why employees huddle in the back instead of assisting customers on the floor. It was quite apparent little strategy was given for times when customers are left hanging on wondering when they will receive attention. I counted 2 customers, who had walked in the store after me, who received service before me..and thats just not fair! I carefully studied other customers faces as they too were wondering when they would receive service.My advice to Sprint and their managers is to either educate yourself on how to strategically run an operation where your employees are comfortable managing situations such as mine. Not to continue running around the store assisting the immediate just to avoid the disgruntled (and for good reason). After 1 hour and 10 minutes, barely any communication, and witnessing customers walk-in after me and be serviced before me (walk-ins, not by appointment) I realize Sprint has deplorable customer service. This is not the first time I have experienced below average to poor customer service from Sprint, and that includes Store 1604 as well. I would appreciate HR or someone who can make a difference contact me immediately.

I had a great experience here after a very long day. The manager was getting off but did a turn to help me. I told her to go home she said on e you are ok I will leave. To be honest I was in there wayyyyyy longer than I shouldve. Kiki it was a pleasure, your staff is Amazing!!! Keep up the great work

Hard to get business done at this store. Personnel are reluctant to turn the loud music down so that business can be transacted. Amateurish personnel barely tolerant of incoming customers. Just an amateur operation all around. Just cancelled my service.

We were not aware that Sprint started a new security check starting January 1, 2018. Upon going to the store, my husband, who we now believe is no longer on the permission list to change things, had to deal with a very not helpful customer service rep. When I called back to question what happened and spoke to the manager, she told me she actually was on the floor during this and it was my husband who was reacting not her representative. After hanging up it occurred to me why didn’t she step in to assist this whole process? Not the store to go to!

I can never get the manager, Terrance, on the phone. After leaving several messages over a two week period I try calling agai and was placed on hold for over 10 minutes. No one else at the store can assist me with my billing problem and Terrance does not make himself available. I get promised by the employees that they will give him the message and he will call me back. Very dissatisfied with Sprint after switching from other providers. My bill has been incorrect for three months and no one can seem to get it right.

The sales rep used deceptive sales technices to upsale, and the company is not standing by what I was told. Worst customer service I’ve ever received from a sprint location. I called this location prior to my arrival to see if they had any iPhone Xrs in stock and they assured me they had what I wanted. So I drive 15 min fighting traffic to get there only for them to tell me they really did not have the phone desired!!! The GM was very unprofessional in her apologies and seemed quite argumentative! I will never come tho this location ever again!!

I went into Sprint location 127 Perimeter Center Way in Dunwoody, GA today and was completely misinformed intently by a representative. I took my iPhone 7 into the location to do a Trade In towards an iPad Pro and DID NOT receive the credit BUT was given an explantation that I would receive a LOYALTY CREDIT of $200.00 because of my 17+ years of customer loyalty. I told the representative this sound weird but she reinsure me that this was a common process for Sprint. I decided to call Customer Service for more details and was informed that the $200.00 was the TRADE IN value of my iPhone 7 and the $200.00 wasnt applied to my account. In addition, the line wouldnt be disconnected until Oct 2nd. This is unacceptable to be misinformed in a Sprint Store by a trained rep. who just wanted to sale me something and a bad customer service experience. The representative didnt mention anything about TRADE IN value and she lied to me on purpose. She disguised the TRADE IN value as a LOYALY credit. This needs to get corrected ASAP. I will be writing corporate and Sprint HR.

The unsung heroes are definitely customer service professionals. Yesterday my nice Samsung 6 separated from the phone frame, because of the hot temperatures. Needless to say it had quit working. I enter the sprint store around 7:45 pm and learned that I did not have an upgrade or etc.available and the repair was to be handled by my insurance provider. To make a long story short, Cindy is my hero. She called everyone for me since I had no working phone to call from and stayed 30 minutes after close as well as her manager and repair tech to help me. Because of Cindy, I purchased a new phone for less than my deductible and was without service for only a very short time. Thank you Cindy!

Well went in to port a number and to my acct. The rep Eddie Clark was obviously getting annoyed by our questions concerning the security procedures. To the point he said we could either give him our DL to scan or not complete our business . So then when asked why another name appeared on the tablet once my id was scanned, our question was mer with the system needs time to process. The kicker to this experience, is when the guy starts texting on his phone while dealing with our purpose for our visit. So I asked Mr. Clark are texting while were waiting. And from there it went down hill...
