Took a neighbor to get a COVID booster and another vaccine...they were pretty efficient considering how many people were signed up to get it that day.
Made an appointment for the flu shot. Waited 45 minutes to be yanked around as if someone was coming to administer the shot and no one ever came. An appointment is required but the appointment means absolutely nothing. When I requested a reversal of the service so i can make sure it wasnt redeemed through my insurance, that pharmacist decided to be a narcissist when I requested to take a picture of the receipt and refused to give me the receipt for my records to ensure that it was accurately refunded. When you do any return in a store, when has the receipt ever been refused? The GM got involved and even asked the pharmacist what was the issue with giving me the receipt or allowing me to take a picture of it. If only 0 stars was an option.
Everything was good till i check out & want to use my walgreens cash ! the man who was there scanned all my stuff & i proceed to give him the wc & he refuses to scan it ? for what reason ? this is the first time it ever happens to me !
Don’t come here for COVID testing. The appointment times mean nothing. Waiting in the drive through for over an hour past my appointment time. I knew better than to expect much from this location, but thought the appointment time might make a difference.
The pharmacy staff was condescending, uncaring, rude, and lacked professionalism. I was completely taken aback by the Pharmacist lack of concern for my daughters comfort. If there is a problem find a solution or offer options especially when dealing with a parent who you can see is only trying to provide comfort and care to their child. I will be transferring all my prescriptions back to my previous pharmacy..... although it is in Brookhaven and now 15 minutes out of my way. I will also be reaching out to Walgreens to file a formal complaint.
I had covid testing scheduled for my 9 years old son. Appointment was at 12:15. When I reached at 12:15, I saw 6 cars were before me. Walgreens employee took forever and went for lunch at 1:30, came back at 2:00. My sons testing was completed at 2:30. 2+ hours of waiting in drive-thru queue. Very frustrating. My google map timeline is attached.
I took my 6 year old son to do a Covid drive through PCR test today. Such a disaster. Two female staffs -Shonda (So far I remember to look at her name badge ) and Callao (same, if I remember correctly) was rude, impatient and unprofessional. They don’t assist in the process. They had given me the stick and asked to do it on my own. I repeatedly asked for help. They impatiently said if you can’t do it on your own then reschedule and bring your husband and asked me to pull up my car to attend the next car. I had my 15 months old baby and 6 year old son in the car. I had to wait long to get in the line. Finally when I got in there kids got restless and were crying. I asked for candy or lollipop or any kind of motivational thing for kid to assist in the process. They denied to give, while CVS, Viral solution and most of the other places offer it. Very very bad experience.
Visiting from out of town and the pharmacist was very patient with me over my stupid, ill-informed pink eye questions.Thank you for the grace.
I’ve always had good experience at this store once I finally remembered their break time is from 1:30 - 2:00. Over the last year the pharmacy team went above and beyond when I had challenges with a medication or a doctor’s office so I really appreciate the effort. I’ve never had any issues with slow service or long wait times. This is a great little convenience store in the midst of Dunwoody as well - but be aware of the pricing that comes with that convenience. I’ve seen items at twice the price of an Amazon or Walmart.
Very poor service, I am here for my prescription but when I arrived at that time I got to know that prescription is out of stock. And they are saying they will help me after lunch only ... this is not right not appreciated..
Arrived at 3:45 for 4:00 appointment for flu vaccination received vaccination at 5:00. Too few working in pharmacy.
Pharmacy puts you in hold over and over and also doesn’t honor timing on when prescriptions will be available. Also, rude! Very disappointing!
This place is extremely incompetent. Very bad at communicating and rude. The pharmacist actually argued with the nurse at our pediatricians office trying to call in medication for my 10 wk old. They didn’t understand the dosage and I guess made the decision to lie to me about the prescription when I called to inquire. Instead of trying to clarify the dosage and prepare the medicine they claimed they never received medication instructions from our pediatrician. This is all on a Friday leaving me scrambling to get it resolved so we don’t end up going all weekend without much needed medication. Although this was the last straw, this was not an isolated event. Just don’t waste your time. Go somewhere else.
Dont bother making a Flu Shot appointment. They took walk-ins who arrive after us before us, and then we had to wait 30 minutes after our appointment times because they were so busy. With that said they are all very friendly and the doctor giving the shots was great!
Never answer the phone. Slow as molasses. Their lunch break is 1:30 - 2:00 according to their voice message. But, they actually leave around 1:00 pm.Strongly recommend against this pharmacy. There are better options around the corner.
Pharmacy always has the rudest employees.
I cant believe these reviews! I have always has a good experience here so far. Some of these things dont seem real😮
One star because whoever the gym trainer guy that works as a cashier was too busy asking me how many months I am then proceeded to hand me his gym trainer card! (mind you I’m not pregnant) and I DONT LOOK PREGNANT charged me the wrong price for some discounted makeup and when I asked how much was it he said oh one dollar something but my receipt said i was charged $16. I was too embarrassed and hurt to go back in there and tell him I was over charged. Mind you I was with my daughter!
Absolutely the worse pharmacy I have ever set foot in.Extremely rude staff working in the pharmacy. Left me waiting for over an hour at the window, and then she decided to start arguing with me after I told her it was unacceptable. She decided to lie to the pharmacist after he came over to see what was going on, and told him I was “refusing to update my address.”Definitely too many other pharmacies around to bring business to one that lacks respect and customer service skills to customers.
The lady with the dark hair in the mornings is very curt and rather rude. She assumes shes right, doesnt listen carefully to understand what is being communicated to her and behaves like her job is a bother. Not good Walgreens.
I went to the pharmacy to pick up my prescription that my doctor sent in a day before and first the tech was rude and acted like she didn’t have a prescription for me. Then, she walked over to the old man pharmacist and he comes to me and says very rude that I couldn’t pick it up yet because I was too early. I was leaving and he yelled something very rude to me for no reason. I didn’t say anything mean to provoke him in any way. I was appalled and left. When I got home I looked at the calendar and realized the pharmacist was totally wrong about when I was allowed to pick it up. This pharmacist is prejudice and apparently mistreats any customer that is picking up a narcotic. They had nice employees before but this must be the newest crew in the pharmacy and because ofHow he treated me I will take my business elsewhere!
Extremely unprofessional and they make it a point to harm their patients. the pharmacist should be removed immediately.
Worse pharmacy to call to prescribe an RX for a patient. Took 3 calls to get through to the pharmacy and then I was put on hold for 20 minutes
Exceptional customer service from Felicia in the Health and Beauty department! I told her I was on the hunt for a specific lotion and she was more than willing to help me find the product. Even though it was discovered that they do not carry the lotion, her kindness that came so natural was a breath of fresh air! Have a Blessed Day Felicia!
Never have I seen such poor concern for the customer. I was on the way home from surgery and needed my pain Rx filled. They told us 15 mins, then it went to another 20 mins, then after sitting in the drive thru for 25 mins we were turned away. They put the pharmacist went to lunch sign up as we pulled up to the window! Now it was another 30 mins!!! Never will I go back to Walgreens!
Today I went to the pharmacy as always. I did not see the sign saying that you had to wear a mask. Among there were no customers in the pharmacy, only two people were at the cash register, an African-American (he said he is the manager ) man and a young causal lady. They were counting large sums of money without gloves. I told them I needed cigarettes. The manager with braids in his hair told me that I had to put on a mask. I told him that while he passed me the cigarettes I would put it on, to which he told me to wait because they were counting the money. meanwhile I had already put the mask on my face. I told him that i couldnt wait, he told me to leave the store, I asked him what is the reason ? He did not give me reason, he said He was going to call the police and called them, never he wanted to sell me the pack of cigarettes and he did not allow the other employee to sell it to me. I was embarrassed, and more customers began to arrive and there was a long line, I had to leave the place. I went to the chevron gas station next to this pharmacy and they sold me the cigarettes without even asking me to put my mask on. It is a humiliation what they put me through. I have never been treated in my life the way this manager treated me!
Awful customer service. Drive Thru pharmacy refused to pick up an over the counter medicine despite high Covid-19 numbers in the area. Told me that if I wanted it I had to come inside. Drove to another Walgreens location where service was excellent and pharmacy had no issues getting the medicine.
Pharmacy absolutely the worst. Store not much better.
Slow pharmacy.
Kai Kai who works in the pharmacy there is wonderful! She’s always so pleasant, patient and very helpful. I hope she never leaves. This world needs more extraordinary people like her.
This is hands down the worst Walgreens Pharmacy I have ever dealt with. If I could rate them zero stars I would. The pharmacy staff is always changing, seem irritated with any and everyone, they will tell you something just to get you to think the problem is solved and get you to leave and then do nothing to fix it. There is no communication between any of the staff and no one cares to help you. I have one medication I need a specific brand of. They fill it wrong EVERY TIME. There must be 20 notes about the brand in my chart. I have asked if it is noted and they all say yes. So then you just don’t read the chart, lazy and also neglectful! I have dealt with many many Walgreens in a lot of other towns and states and never had an experience like this for over a year. Will be transferring all of my business to Publix because they actually seem to take their job seriously and care.
On hold with pharmacy for over 20 minutes - still on hold - someone will pick up every 5 minutes or so and immediately put you back on hold, stating “be with you in a minute” - they never returned - worst customer service I have ever experienced - they should either hire more people to handle the volume or close the store - hanging up and transferring my pharmacy account to another drugstore immediately - shame on you!
The Pharmacists, especially Dr. Ragu, are very caring and accommodating. He is exceptional explaining how prescriptions are to be taken and what kind of response to expect. He genuinely cares about the customers.
Slow, have you on hold a long time
Ok. I give up. I have been a Walgreens customer for years and this store has finally convinced me to transfer my prescriptions elsewhere (and the ancillary drugstore business). The pharmacy department is TERRIBLE. I am sure they are nice people, but the service is slow, the people are not overly friendly, they dont provide information, they GET PRESCRIPTIONS INCORRECT, and NOBODY, literally NOBODY, will answer the phone there. Thank goodness the Publix across the street opened a pharmacy. Walgreens? Done!
Just about the rudest staff team you’ll ever meet . I’ve gone in here many times and none were a good experience . Two days ago I went in and the girl with long blonde hair couldn’t even hang up her cell phone conversation as she rung up my order . Yesterday a lady with short red hair was extremely rude as she stated people were on her nerves then proceeded to tell me I was panicking my buying emergen-c . The last thing people need in a time of uyncertainty is ignorance and lack of professionalism . Suggestion - hire a friendly staff team . I recommend everyone shopping at a different pharmacy
Get this pharmacy some help! Last three attempts to use have been ridiculous. I’m changing after this pickup. Rather wait at Kroger while I grocery shop.
VERY VERY horrible experience, VERY VERY VERY rude employees in the photo department. He was yelling his customer. If you don’t want to be insulted during the Christmas season, never ever go to this store.
I literally have the worst time here when trying to buy anything. It seems the employees here arent trained on sales and offerings at their own store. Only thing this location is good for is prescriptions.
Jessica saved the day...fortunatley she used to run the photo department. My pictures came out wrong and she assisted me in a huge way, making them correct and staying with it til the job was done. She is a huge asset to Walgreens. Promotion worthy. Great service and location.
I BOUGHT TWO VANILLA GIFT CARDS AND THEY BOTH WERE NOT ACTIVATED BY THE STORES FAULT ! NO ONE WAS EVEN TO HELP THIS STORE SUCKS
Terrible customer service & rude employees in the photo department. Can’t ever seem to find the photos & act like it’s the customer’s fault even when we have the confirmation time for pickup. It’s happened 3 times now.
I just left here and had the most abrupt and seem to be very aggitated with her job type, customer service. The little girl, not lady, with the shaved head on both sides; wearing a mohawk complained that she was the only perosn there. She was too busy worrying about her co-workers being gone and telling the customers what and how to do something, even when the customer was in disagreement. She was more concern with explaining and telling and not listening to the customers concern. I stood there and listened to her go on and on with a customer about her pictures. The customer didnt want the magnet picture because she didnt like it, but instead of just saying okay, the mohawk girl continued explaining to the customer the how and the whys....Food for thought, if you cant work under pressure in customer service, then dont serve the customers...The end!!
Awful experience every time. Their phone customer service is rude. I tried to transfer a prescription to them and they called me after they had closed to say that they just got off the phone with my pharmacy and that I would have to figure it out myself (the next day). All they had to do was send a request to my doctor for the size they had in stock. Finally I was able to coordinate everything, and it turns out they have to special order it. Over a week went by with no updated status on the order. When I called I felt rushed off the phone. Very disappointed.
Photo center is horrible. I would give it zero stars if I could. I ordered a photo for same day printing for a client and their business. My order said it would be ready for pickup at 10 am. I came at 11 on my way to meet my client and waited at the photo desk for 5 mins with no one there. I had to go get in line at the front and ask the cashier for help. Then someone finally came out and my photo hadnt even been printed. I was on a schedule and could not wait the 15 mins she said it would take to print it. So I had to go meet my client without their photo that they needed for their business. This cost them lost revenue and me a client. I still promised the client the photo and went to pick it up the next day and they charged me full price. Horrible service. Do not use them.
Friendly staff good store layout..somehow it feels better than CBS or Riteaid..may be its because how bright the store is..
Excellent Customer ServiceClean and OraganizedGreat Variety of ProductsBest Pharmacy N Dunwoody!
Stopped going here. The prices are high, and the quality/service is low.
The customer service worker was very rude and awful at explaining what was wrong.
Everyone is very customer service driven. It is so nice to see.
I keep calling the pharmacy and going through all of the prompts and the phone keeps disconnecting me. Just press 0 a bunch of times in order to get to a pharmacist
Must have been a change in pharmacy management. They take forever even when there’s not even a large line.
I came here from Urgent Care with prescriptions for antibiotics. I’ve been waiting over an hour and the staff is indifferent. I wish my insurance would go back to CVS.
The pharmacy staff here seems to be perpetually disorganized and unsure of what should come next.
The pharmacist 👎👎👎👎👎
I cannot believe they ask $14 for 2 pcs of passport photo!
Awful service, especially the pharmacy. Sent a prescription at this store and when I go to pick up tell me it’s at another store. The place is run by the clowns
Its bosscool
Worst pharmacy ever.
