It was small but very well arranged and the vegetables were fresh. I highly recommend 👌 if you want indian groceries and with Walmart next door you can pick up non Indian groceries as well. Happy shopping 🛍 ☺
Its a small store due to space limitations but carry all daily needed packaged fast-food and produce.
One of the accessable places for Indian groceries in Sandy springs/ dunwoody area.
You can find almost everything here. Great place
Great store for Indian groceries!
Very good but expensive
Close by and convenient when we need to get stuff in small quantities
Decent Indian grocery store. You will find what you need. The veggies are fresh 90% of the time. Make sure to check even in the fridge if you arent able to find somethings like mint leaves, cilantro etc.
All items are good except vegetables. Recently bought coconut and its was spoiled inside, seems its sitting their for long time . Do cross verify the expiry dates of some items which doesnt sell that often.
You get decent Indian groceries over here, if you go during the time they get fresh load of veggies you are lucky. They carry decent variety of veggies and grocery.
Beware of expired products. When went to buy protinex last time one month back, it has already crossed the expiry dates. We informed the staff regarding this. They said they will take care of it. Last week I went to buy it again. The same ones they are keeping it still on the racks and trying to sell.As there is no reaction after complaining I am putting the review here so that it will be helpful for customers even if the management doesnt care about it. Please check the dates of expiry before you buy the products here.Dear management, please donot play with the health of the customers...Take care of the products you sell and replace with new stock accordingly. Hope I will not see them when I visit the shop next time.
Very good grocery store that has all the essential indian groceries.
Worst customer service. No greetings and lack chivalry. The guy at the counter always keeps grumpy face and throws stuffs in the bag rather than keeping them in bag. One advise, learn to treat customers well who pay and buy at your store. Do not show your frustrations on customers.
Poor customer service. I would give it a zero if I could. Employees should always speak when customers walk in and make them feel welcome. Tell customers thank you after ringing them up. Instead I just got a bunch of stares from other customers and employees. Cashier didn’t even speak. I’ll just buy what I need off Amazon in future.
I love this place, its great place to purchase you have lot of options
This place place is ok if you are running short of 2 or 3 ingredients in your kitchen and need to get them somewhere closer. Not recommended if you are in for big buy. The place is congested because it’s a small shop packed with lot of groceries and people. So far, what ever I bought from this place was good and within expiry date. I have seen employees of this shop chewing pan while handling food which is seriously disgusting.
Centrally located in Dunwoody right next to Walmart. Small but well stocked grocery selling primarily Indian Pakistani food stuff. My wife is thrilled with the fresh vegetables each evening.Ample parking, friendly staff, easily to find stuff. I like the placeBut be prepared to climb a flight if stairs. I did not see an elevator
Small cozy store with really friendly and honest staff. Lost my ring but they were able to locate it for me. You dont have to go far to get the day to day desi stuff..store is conveniently located..
Awesome place for indians in this area. You will get all the required items in this place.
Good place. You will find all kind of Indian spices, vegetables and groceries. Compared to patel brothers this store is expensive.
This happened 3rd time with us hence writing this feedback. They have rotten /stale vegetables at top and fresh vegetables as storage. If you will try or ask to have fresh vegetables their workers will come and will behave very weirdly and will ask to keep the fresh vegetables at its place and will ask you take rotten vegetables only. This time manager (or owner) was also standing there but he did not say anything to his worker.I will urge to all shoppers please think twice before you go Bharath Groceries.. they should understand customer value..Thanks for your unexpected and unrealistic response. Every customer wants fresh vegetables. The way of talking of your staff to the customer is very weird. Also if you have so much concerns about managing the things then recycle the rotten and stale vegetables in the morning itself. Why customer will pay for stale vegetables if he is seeing fresh vegetables in your storage area. I dont know other customers and their value from your side. But I saw other customers comment for stale vegetables..There is no personal grudges with you ..
Very friendly staff
Will most most of the items, little over priced though.... Mixed reaction for veggies, some times fresh and full, some times either limited or rottened
It’s a decent store with wide variety of Indian vegetables and snacks. The staff is friendly. The only problem is that the store is not spacious enough.
They sell great products. But price wise there are other stores where we can get same products at lesser price. This store is very congested.
Indian Grocery Store right next to Walmart. This place is really clean and organized. l can find what am looking for so easily. Reasonable prices and very well stocked shelfs. Friendly staff. Good range of variety in Indian grocery & vegetables were super fresh. Highly recommended.
Prices are little bit higher than other stores. Vegetables are good. If prices are normal, there will be more customers.
Nice place for Indian groceries.... Staff are really nice and helpful....generally they have fresh items...
Small Indian Grocery store, good for a quick trip to top up on stuff. Vegetables arent always the freshest. Other Indian grocers are better.
Lots of fresh produce. They carry a large assortment of Indian foods and spices. There is a huge selection of spices. Almost any type of spice you can think of, they have. The prices are very reasonable. Fully stocked, clean, super organized, and very helpful staff.. Good place to go shopping but you have to have patience because it does get very crowded.
This place fulfills all your Indian grocery needs if u are in an emergency.U get raw, parboiled rice and idli rice hereThe veggies at times are average which is a drawback...The Desi curd is good. Price is a little competitive.Definitely a boon for ppl like us who need Indian veggies and groceries once a week.
Grocery Collection is good. But price is bit high. A good shopping place for Asian people.
We will find fresh vegetables here. small store when compared to other stores but we will find all the necessary products.
Slightly expensive than other similar stores. Expired products. Fine for basic shopping for 1 or 2 items.
This is the only Indian grocery store near by so just visit buy if you like or need anything ASAP. They can keep the place cleaner and smell fresh. The staff at the counter is always friendly.
Nice little store with plenty of variety. We were especially happy with the huge selection of snacks from several brands like Haldirams, Deep, Balaji and more. There is a decent fresh produce selection as well.Even tried their samosa and it was really good.
Good fresh vegetables and maximum daily need items are available
This is one of the BEST groceries stores in the metro Atlanta to shop for spicy Indian food stuffs. The staff will do everything possible to satisfy your needs, quick and efficient service. I enjoyed my shopping experience and will visit again and again......
Best shopping experience of grocery product in your store with quality products with best price deals and also a well organized store with all mode of payment expectations........ best place ever for groceries shopping.......
Awesome grocery store.. Everything is fresh and the owner is polite.. Food counter rocks!
They sell expired products. I bought some snacks two of them were expired - the mixture and Kaju Katli. Kaju Katli tasted even after it expired. we realized only when the mixture (1 year old) tasted spoiled and smelled different. Our 2 year old had some of them before we realized it is spoiled. This was our mistake to buy without checking the expiry date. The cashier woman rushed us when there was 5 minutes to close and there were still men working in the shop.Dont buy here, it is unhygienic to run a supermarket/grocery shop in this cramped space. I also see the price is high compared to other Indian groceries.
Decent Indian grocery store, especially if you do not want to drive all the way to Cherians or deal with the Patel Brothers crowd situation. Produce has mostly been fresh and they do carry enough of the rest of the supplies that you can do without a trip to the bigger stores for a while.
Awesome Grocery Store. They keep almost everything. Fresh vegetables and also staff is very helpful.
Good store, but prices are little high compared to suvidha/patels
Good store. Small but has plenty of stuff. Vegetables come in 5 days a week....always get fresh stuff. The manager is nice too. Only indian grocery store in dunwoody i would go to.
This was a nice surprise find the other day. The store is well stocked, and while I didnt buy any produce, the selection looked good. If you work in the area, swing by and pick up some frozen Indian meals for later. The store also sells homemade (vegetarian) samosas and kachori, which are enjoyable.(updated on 6 November 2015 from 3 stars to 4; Ive become a regular customer)
Nice and compact. Get homemade chapathis here.
Easy and convenient to reach. You can easily find all daily need Indian Grocery hear just next to Wallmart.
Decent store. Clean and fresh vegetables not a wide range of groceries thought but overall a decent one.
Good selection of items considering size
Perfect place for your groceries. Fresh veggies and other indian products make this place a must go for Atlantan Indians ;)Prices are ok.
While this store is a bit small and is located on the upper floor of a plaza without an elevator I guess its fair to say it would not be easily accessible to the handicapped but they do offer a decent selection of Indian groceries, including fresh produce, spices, toiletries and other products. The produce condition could be much better and probably is better early in the day but produce is not refrigerated there so good fresh quality is hit or miss depending on when they received the shipment and how long its been outside refrigeration. Staff is always helpful, welcoming and friendly and the prices are reasonable and comparable to similar stores in the area. My best suggestion is get whatever produce you can at the nearby walmart unless it is an imported type that wouldnt be sold at walmart.
Excellent and Clean Store unlike nearby dirty Indian Grocery Store.Fully stocked, clean, super organized, and very helpful staff. Prices are better than others in that area. Some things are even cheaper than Walmart and other American counterparts. Will come every time here only !
Small store but you get almost everything you need..walking distance from my place..the girls who work there are helpful..veggies are fresh..my fav store
Reliable store, Honestly this is one of the only indian grocery store which really cares about keeping the place clean and well organized.Staff is always courteous and friendly.Never had a bad experience since many years now.
Best Indian store in Atlanta area. Bharath Groceries is very good place for indian groceries and fresh vegetables. I love to go there and shop. This store has great Indian snacks and fresh produce. It also has one of the best prices...highly recommended
Fresh food, friendly staff, and clean environment with reasonable priced items... always
Would get all sorts of Indian stuff here. Nice store and quick staff. But little congested.
Good selection of items. However, the vegetables empty up pretty soon and you might be seeing empty shelves if you go late Sunday
I am new to Atlanta, just shifted here from different city. Yesterday was my first experience here to buy indian groceries. I would request to all consumers, please do check your bills before going out of the store. I bought 1+lb tomato, but in bill they added another entry of 6+lb tomato which i dint purchase. I am not sure whether it was a mistake/intention that they added extra stuff to make money.
You get most of what you need in Indian groceries. The Samosas are really delicious.
Decent grocery store..store is well located...fresh vegetables and everything looks so clean
Items are usually good, but please keep a check on the expiry dates and also the receipt that you are billed for.
Small but useful store..has the necessary Indian spices and grocery itema
Indian grocery store near Walmart. When I went for the first time, I was like wow, now I can get Indian vegetables and snacks that too near to my place. One can get almost everything like Indian vegetables ( bitterguard, squash, okra, Green chilli etc), spices, pooja related things, snacks items even puri of Pani puri. Also some utensils are also there. I dont miss Indian food and spices now.
Nice shop, but bit high price...can try indian bazar aur weekend drive to suvidha/ patel. Location is very convenient near walmart. Its little price difference vs time tat you need choose
Good place for indian groceries in dunwoody
Clean, well stocked, and well maintained neighborhood Indian grocery store that has your everyday essentials, and then some.
Nice little place for Indian Groceries..
Neatly organized and helpful people around. A very good shopping experience. One of the cleanest and carry every day 2 day essentials
Small Indian store but have most of the necessary supplies.
This is a fair shop with plentiful selection, although the prices are higher than the other shops in Atlanta area. It is a good idea to plan ahead because this shop is in the upstairs portion of the center and if you are buying a lot of items, it is a pain to carry them all down the stairs and to your car. There was a very rude shopkeeper working here but she is now been removed by the owner.
Very friendly and helpful small Indian grocery
Good fresh indian grocery. Little costly compared to India bazaar.
Even though the receipt says return does not include vegetables and frozen. If you try to return other items the shop does not take it back. When asked about the same they just mention there are lot of list which cant be included in the receipt. But the shop owner happily accepts the item back when i say i dont need it anymore. Not sure wether they try to resell the same item back. One of the worst experience ever i had. Beware!!!
One of the two indian grocery in Dunwoody area. I like this one better than the other groceryv(won’t like to take the name) due to couple of reasons.1. Near Walmart, USPS, World Market and few apartments near by.2. Good staff and have almost everything required for Indians. What I don’t like is quite expensive, which is a drawback.Hence I rate it as 4.
Best place to get Indian spices. Affordable prices.
Highly cramped. They dont replenish everyday, but you get most of the stuff you need from an Indian store. Fairly priced.
You can everything you need in Indian food, groceries and vegetables.
Good place to get all indian veges, spices, sweets etc. You can shop wallmart and bhart groceries in one go, they are at same location. Staffs are very polite and supportive. They dont provide return or exchange so shoo carefully.
Some items might not be available. All necessary items will be available.
Feels like this store is more expensive compared to other bigger indian grocery stores
You can get all kinds of indian groceries but at a little premium. The shop itself is very small so its very very crowded on the weekends. Good place to buy your everyday Indian Groceries.
We get Fresh vegetables here
Its great option for Indian beside wallmart
Best Indian store you can find around
Cheats!!they charge you more when you are not looking, Very expensive and most of the products are expired. Veggies are stale and be careful while billing.
This is very conjusted place plus cashier are not helpful at all. I went there yesterday to exchange one item which i got by mistake. First i told cashier about what happened and she didnt understand. i had to explain her 3 times then she just said, we cant do exchange since it is over week. On top of them, them have some of item which are out of date and they still sell that. Also, there are no date on some of product so dont even know whether it is good or bad. Prices are also high compare to other place. Management is very bad and not willing to help you regarding to exchange product.
Nice store with Indian goods, however could be better organized.
You get all the indian grocery items here!!
Good place for groceries in Perimeter
A life line grocery store for indians near dunwoody atlanta. Most of indian groceries are available here. You will not find any non veg ( fish, meat) here.
Great place to buy Indian groceries
I hardly give five stars to any place but I will give it to this. Its a one stop solution to grocery, vegetables and all household items for indian and neighboring people. The best part is quality and reasonable prices. A boon for asians living near Dunwoody area.
Good store in best location.
A very nice and small store on the upstairs with good collection of indian grocery, cold storage, little pricey. Vegetables may not be fresh always.
This is very nice place to get all Indian items including groceries and utensils. The staff here is very helpful.
