Awesome experience! Shannon really went out of her way to get what we forgot to bring on vacation and late in the day at that. She really cares about her customers’ needs and finds solutions! Cant say enough good things about her. Truly a top notch caring person.

I hope your life doesnt depend on these people! If mine did I would be dead twice. They dont even bother to call you saying there is an issue they just wait for you to remember you ordered something and it hasnt shown up. Who runs a business like this? Check with your local supplier and use someone else.

Getting supplies is a nightmare. Be prepared to spend a lot of time finding out when and where your supplies are, why they werent sent, why you werent informed, and so on.

I have been a patient for CPAP equipment with two different companies (not worthy of even mentioning) and AeroCare located at 208 Parker Ave STE C, Durango has blown both of those two companies out of the water and this came to realization on my very first appointment. Dealing with both Sharon and Michelle was a huge relief because they were genuine and cared that I got the right equipment that was most comfortable and I would get the right equipment in a timely manner. Michelle took her time with me, she fitted the equipment to make sure it fit correctly, she gave me recommendations and explained the equipment I was changing over to. She made me feel like a patient not an inconvenience. Sharon made sure all of my personal information was annotated correctly within the computer so that I would receive my supplies unlike the other two companies above couldnt even get my name right, much less my phone number or correct address. I recently received a telephone call on a Saturday from someone from the AeroCare office letting me know what equipment I was due for and when it would be delivered. Overall I am extremely please with AeroCare they are all very Professional and I look forward to continuing to do business with them.

Ive had continual comfort & effectiveness issues adjusting to the use of CPAP device over the past year . The AeroCare staff have been most patient and helpful in assisting me with problems and understanding the therapy needs and goals . Beware. The need of Oxygen is not a privilege; especially if one wants to fly with a portable concentrator. I would strongly advise anyone to change companies.

Best service ever from Durango Aerocare Stadf!

I was renting equipment at American Home Patient in Pagosa Springs trying to support local business when my insurance company said they would not cover the equipment. I asked about the self pay price and the area supervisor raised it from $179 per month to $235 per month so I went shopping and thankfully found AeroCare in Durango. Not only did I get a much better price $125 but I got much nicer quieter equipment!! The service was great at both places.

Aerocare is so disappointing! Customer service is horrendous. Never returns calls, my father is out of portable tanks. He has called numerous times with no follow up. Looking for another company.
