Our builder hired Rugworks to furnish and install our flooring, and they did a FANTASTIC job. Our custom home build was delayed for over a year, forcing me to part ways with our builder. Some vendors chose not to work directly with a property owner, Rugworks chose to finish what it had begun and to accept payment directly from me. THANK YOU!! Your team did a great job. I asked that all Luxury Vinyl Planks be cut close to the wall so that I would not need to install quarter round. The team had no qualms about this request and performed their jobs expertly. I anticipate my flooring to last for a LONG time, but if I need a flooring vendor in the future, I will definitely contact Rugworks. THANK YOU, Kathie Y.
Kim at Rugworks is amazing. She is calm and knows her inventory and prices.. which is a big help when you have a budget. She ask the right questions which also helps her know how to help her customer. She also goes the extra mile to get samples.I would definitely shop there again
I would highly recommend going somewhere else. Our general contractor decided to use Rugworks to do the tile work in our bathrooms. There were too many problems to list with the work Rugworks completed. We showed the problems to the person we worked with at Rugworks and he said many of the issues were normal and couldnt be fixed. He made a lot of excuses, but finally agreed to send someone to fix the job. When they came to fix it, they didnt bring the materials needed to fix it. They said they thought the materials would already be there. So they had to come back a week later. This time, they made things even worse (see pictures). I ended up having to hire someone else to try to fix the job. He said he could do the best job he could, but without tearing everything out and starting over, he couldnt completely fix all the issues.Rugworks definitely does low quality work and has poor customer service.
Rugworks provides floor coverings for commercial and construction businesses, working business to business. They carry a full line of all floor products. Great staff too!!
Everything inside my condo is breakable! The furniture is old and large and there is a lot of it. The Rugworks installation team came and organized and moved every piece of furniture without hitting a thing. They recommended that I remove things from the wall and even helped with that. They worked all day and stopped for a 20 min. lunch then got back to work. The noise and bumps against the wall were minimal compared to what I have heard going on in our building from work done by other installers. The carpet makes us feel like were in a new home. The service and communication w/the sales and office team was very pleasant, thorough and timely. Kim was our salesperson and was very patient and educated about her products. Terrance came out prior to installation to check measurements and came again to make sure that everything was ok on the date on installation. I could not have asked for a better experience. I give them 10 stars
Awesome owners and staff.
Zero stars if I could.Tried to give them business for new floors. Called and asked for an appointment, was told to email someone. No phone number. Got one response. 3 follow ups later. Nothing. Will never contact again.
Bought all floor covering for a new build from this company. They promised their carpets are pet resistant and far superior to scotch guard. However after a few accidents, stains appeared that would not go away. Contacted Rug Works asking for details on the protection, they refused to provide the paperwork, but they did send out a rep to look at the floor. The rep attempted to clean the stains, and once he was done it looked good, for a day, then the stains reappeared. Called them back, thats when their tone changed. They then claimed that all they do is resale the product, if I had an issue I needed to take it up with the manufacturer. The way I see it, is I didnt buy the product from the manufacturer, bought it from Rugworks. asked who the manufacturer was, they told me it was on the paperwork that was provided when I bought the carpet. I explained their was never any paperwork. Asked for the paperwork on products sold to me, again it was refused.
Excellent Experience! The teams that came to work were very professional. Highly recommend!
They would not return emails or calls to schedule installation after several attempts.Very poor customer service. If I provided this type of customer service with my business, I would be out of business.
Most wonderful people Ive ever met in floor covering.
Horrible customer service. So RUDE!!!
We didnt even make it to the quote. Terance Mitchel came out to measure my home on August 28. My whole home needed new flooring after a bad water leak destroyed the entire first floor and most of the second floor. Terance was aware of this and assured me that they could have a quote to us within the week for an engineered wood flooring product within the range we discussed. He also said the girls in the office could contact me to schedule an appointment to see their products in the showroom. None of this happened. On September 10, I called to ask for my estimate, as I had not received anything and neither had my general contractor. I was told Terance wasnt in the office and that a message would be left for him to call me. My call wasnt returned. I called again today, Sept 17, to ask to speak with someone else since Terance wasnt returning calls. The call was transferred to Terance anyway, despite my request, and he claimed to probably have sent it and was just waiting to hear something. This was a lie - no one received anything from him. I asked whether or not the estimate had even been completed and he could not give me a straight answer to that either. There was no apology for neglecting to return my call for a week or for the lack of communication in general from August 28. I told him to forget the estimate, as it was clear it wasnt done at all, and that we would not be using Rugworks. This was a large residential job - about 3100 SF of flooring needs - and apparently it wasnt important enough for follow up. If this is how terrible it was just trying to get an estimate, Im glad I wont be working with them for an install.
Completely overpriced for subpar work. $350 to replace a small laundry rooms linoleum. Buyer beware.
Excellent products and services
