Great customer service from the young man on the counter. It was super busy with the phones ringing but he answered all my questions and pointed me in the right direction. I would recommend this place over Airgas all day.

Great service. Great selection of welding equipment and supplies. Easy exchange of oxy acetylene tanks and other gases. Sometimes a wait for a cashier if several customers at the same time.

Terrible customer service. Would recommend staying far away from this Arc3 location.

Good products, less than stellar service. Twice Ive been here for a small nitrogen tank refill and each time their database was not storing my account info, which required the attention of the store manager, who busied himself with larger accounts. It didnt matter that I had arrived beforehand and was ready to pay, and each time a subordinate unsuccessfully tried to get his attention so I could pay and leave. Inattentive management reflects poor business standards and etiquette.
