I own a bike shop, and I have always been able to rely implicitly on Murtuzas very sage counsel, regardless of whether Im looking for top-drawer tools or a VFM solution.Recently, tiring of the rubbish solutions on the market, I decided to assemble my own mobile tool kits for my motorcycles. Again, I received excellent advice on what to buy for the most compact, on-bike solutions.A word in your ear: if you like great tools for their own sake, like I do, check Goodwills collection of PB Swiss, Knipex and Wera tools. Youll leave with a lighter wallet, but well satisfied.

The owners and staff are well informed and are proactive in solving need and application issues for us. service is prompt and the prices are the best in the industry.If goodwill asks you to buy a tool, JUST BUY IT. You may not know what is good for you, but Goodwill does.Highly recommended.

Positive point1) very good product rangeHighly recommendable only if u can make a list of ur products and brands like a grocery list, give it to them they will bill it and u pay for it.What u need to watch out for -1) owner gets too worked up no patience2) keen only on large businesss3) inacse u have doubts DONT ASK as his staff cannot answer as they dont know.At the same time dont call anybody who have better product knowledge to take suggestions .the owner gets offended.With out realising that his staff are unable to answer the questions and thats why the customer ends up calling up for suggestions .Like I said earlier a good place u can still go herebut be prepared to be shamed by the owner if u ask too many questions

Even as you enter this shop, the very first impression you get is, sales staff may not even be interested in you. The owner may be more disinterested.For any information, you need to ask and wait; when the staff condescends to answer, it will only be cursory.But the array of tools and brands on display will impress you and if you are a lover of good tools, you will put up with open hostility of the staff and owner to customers.The bills invariably have big discounts.But once you use the tools, the experience is even harsher. All the tools invariably are easily dented / bent / broken.The shop will not listen to you about this.Most likely the big brand tools are duplicates !Not worth the money at all.

You will never find such a response from none of the shops in SP road. They are professional. And staffs are also polite.

This is a tool shop. One can find almost any tool from the most professional brands. Tools from Knipex, Wera, Makita, Proto, Stanely, Irwin, Jetech, Tool Star are available in this store. Since they are professional brands, they do not come cheap. That is what it is.The shop is located on the 1st floor. It can be reached via narrow stair case from ground floor. One can miss it if one is not looking for it.The owner and staff know their stuff. If one does not know what one needs, check with the staff/owner and they will help you out. He is usually busy on weekdays. Hence, if one has any question/needs information, Saturday would be the best time to visit.This company is in the tool business for a long time. They do not invest in advertisements because if one visits this store once, one will definitely go back for more. They have a bigger store on Bannerghatta Road.After talking with Murtuza, I got to know that only 5% of their business is with DIY enthusiasts/prosumers. Their main business is supplying to industries. Nevertheless, if one is looking for a drill bit or big order, one will not be discriminated.In other words, I am a satisfied customer and I recommend this store.

Marginally expensive compared to other stores in the same neighbourhood. That said, well organised, well mannered staff & availability of specialised items makes it a one stop solution.Makes you feel like a kid in a candy store, if you are from a mechanical/hands on type of background.

Be aware of Owner.....!!!!!Very bad experience for me . Murtuza (owner) may dont have patience, i have been to this store to buy a tool and wanted to conform with my senior with that image so i asked one of his team member for permission to take pic from mobile, when they said yes i started to take pic, suddenly the owner started shouting on me not to take photo. he should have requested me instead of insult.

Poor experience.., Such rude attitude and no patience to answer more than 3 questions about the product which doesnt carry any warranty and replacement...
