Staff were kind and helpful. Talked me through each mattress and gave a good recommendation based on my needs. I also got a mini nap pillow which is awesome and I recommend!The store is also a lot larger than you might think based on the storefront.

We enjoyed trying out the mattress in the store. We had already done our research online and were ready to purchase a new bed when we walked in, but Kathys assistance was the clincher for us. She was very helpful and patient, and ultimately guided us to the right setup for us. The 100 night trial & free return eased our minds as well. Really looking forward to sleeping well again!

It’s a wonderful place to shop for housing. There’s an employee by the name Shannon at this location in Street at Southpoint Mall. She’s very professional, classy, and gets the job done 100 percent! If anyone is looking for bed furniture I would highly recommend this store and for you to ask for Shannon because she’ll take care of your need at a high level of customer service.

Excellent customer service, they worked with me to get the same price that I had shopping online vs what pulled up in the store.Cory just took a picture of what was on my phone and handled it.He even emailed customer service for me so I could purchase online to take advantage of an AMEX offer for the card I was using, and yet just pick up everything in store.With that kind of service we were very happy with buying a bed, pillows sheets and mattress protector. Very happy with our purchase.

Great atmosphere to try out Casper mattresses if you’re thinking of buying one online. The employees aren’t bothering you to make a sale, but very kind and helpful!
