I found this place on Facebook which was a plus bc Ive tried to sale some Gucci sneakers on marketplace and Facebook kept telling me they were fake when they werent. So I knew facebook believed them. They responded timely. I got the appointment of my choice. The sales woman was prompt, nice, and knowledgeable. She took her time with me as I considered each bed without getting frustrated. She also assisted my son with his first official purchase using his credit and handled him like he was a son of her own.

I heard of mattress by appointment Durham from a friend. I made my appointment with John. Let me just say that he saved me and my families life. I was in desperate need a bed or else I would be sleeping on hard wood floors. He was so nice to me and really went above a beyond to make sure I slept in a comfortable bed that night. I could not believe the incredible price he gave us. He had so many to choose from. I needed to finance the beds, I only had to pay $40 and the process was so painless and fast. (I was worried because my credit is not good). He said I didnt need credit to get financing. I was so thankful. He also delivered my bed the same day. I HIGHLY recommend this place. The North Pointe Dr. location didnt have the low prices I was expecting. I called inquiring about king bed rails. The hassle of HAVING to make an appointment when up against places like mattress firm, who are less than a mile away, who sell them cheaper... its really not worth the trouble. I shopped elsewhere.
