ZERO Stars - Hold time almost an hour. Finally spoke to a human in a call center. Due to the recall of my CPAP, I need some way to get a replacement. Naturally, Lincare is ZERO help. Phillips says dont use it but have no alternative. Lincare has no spares or replacements. My physician agreed that if I can get the settings from Lincare, she will see if she can write a prescription.Back on hold...Can you please send me a copy of my settings.No, can only send to a physician fax machine.Okay, here is the fax number and the physician name.Then, voicemail to me - no fax - oh your settings are easy - reads them to my voicemail.So they cant give them to me but they can read them on the phone. They cant give them to me except if they may have to expend effort to get them to the right place.Back on hold...Rinse and repeat.No help - No empathy - No customer service - No nothing!
Hard to reach by phone. never calls back on a message. screwed up my mask refill orders. didn’t even let me know of the recall of the potentially cancer-causing philips dreamstation they sold me. zero stars.

It should not be impossible to get oxygen delivered. When we call we should not be hung up on. Oxygen is essential for my mothers survival, the poor customer care is absolutely appalling. I really hope for the sake of customers who need this medical equipment to survive the service improves.
I rent a CPAP machine from them. First, do not let them set up any auto payment or your initial forms on their Tablet/IPAD. The customer service person filled out everything for me and she told me it would cost me roughly $5/month after my insurance. I have had them for 7 months now and I have been billed over $300. I have tried calling them, but they never answer the phone. I get harrassed by their customer service in trying to buy more supplies every month and they have hung up on me when I told them I didnt need any. This company may be the worst I have dealt with in my life. Please use another company for your medical supplies.

Used for my dads O2 needs. Hate to share a negative, but very poor customer service. The receptionist acts as though you are inconveniencing her to do her job. On more than on occasion, I was just shocked at the rude demeanor. She literally would not even let me speak and insisted she knew the problem. When I asked politely f I could speak to a manager, no one called me back. Was not surprised whatsoever. Literally, go anywhere else!
Their customer care center can be a hit or miss when It comes to customer service or just common decency. However, this location has no control over that. The Lincare location on Page Rd really puts the Care in Lincare. I know it may sound cheesy but its really true. After placing a order for my Mothers monthly feeding supplies the rep and a customer care center told me would not be delivered until the Monday after Thanksgiving. I was a bit upset because they usually give me a courtesy call theyve been doing this for well over a year to place the order Ive never had to call in. She informed me this month they may not have been able to get to everyone so I should have called in. I completely understand that so I will definitely be calling in going forward. However the tone that she took with me was highly inappropriate. I called back and placed my order with another representative, who told me that she would try her hardest to get it to me on Friday and transferred me to the the local branch who answer the phone found a box of isosores for my mom and their office and delivered it to me within an hour so she wouldnt be without her nutrition. I forgot the name of who delivered it, but this is not the first time this office has went out of the way to show that that care.
Lincare is a joke any other place would be better for the last 3 years been getting o2 and a portable now they say theyre not going to give it its one or the other the portable they give last 45 minutes on a charge then dead Im out and about 2 to 4 hours when I can so now lincare trying to control my way of lifestyle by taking it away looking to change o2 companys one that dont lie to there customer
Have used them for CPAP supplies. So tired of dealing with #Lincare. Should have dropped them a long time ago. Seems like whenever I move, I have to change my address with three different depts separately because none of them talk to each other.Have spent close to 90min on hold with them today. Two hours yesterday. Have gotten a couple statements from them at my new place, seeking payment, but their website doesnt recognize my account number to allow me to log in. Cant pay over the phone because their system doesnt recognize my account info.
We needed to use Lincare in Durham as we were transitioning from one state to North Carolina. The staff, particularly Brandon and Janice, were very responsive and extremely helpful. They provided oxygen tanks as we were transitioning from oxylink to tanks and they provided a switch to a higher flow concentrator without any complications. At the time of need they were responsive, quick, provided solutions and worked with our situation. Customer care was second to none.
Terrible! A social worker at Duke ED made a reservation for us to have a wheelchair delivered to our home by Lincare. Here it is about a week later and still no wheelchair! I called to make sure we werent charged, but really didnt get to talk to anyone who knew anything about our case. Id never use them again.
I do not provide negative reviews as I give people the “benefit of the doubt”. However, this is the most unprofessional services I believe that I have ever experienced. Would not recommend to anyone and would advise doctors not to refer them.
Its hard to believe the importance of the service they provide how poorly they provide these services. All I need from them is to replace my CPAP machine. Well its been going on THREE weeks. Promises are made to me and to the doctors office but none kept! Im looking for another supplier....ridiculous rating them 1 is much too high!!
Worst customer service ever. We had an appointment and arrived 5 mins late due to traffic.They stated they were very very busy and we would have to make another appt, NOBODY was there, sitting around.Next patient wasnt even there. We let them have it, they finally gave me my mask. NEVER USE THESE FOLKS IF you can avoid them
This company as a whole is one large bottleneck. The Durham branch takes the lead in malfunction. They have taken a bite out of the pie that they can’t chew and their customers suffer for it. My wife was forced to reuse a disposable tube feeding bag 5+ days because Lincare ran out of their stock. After 6 days of phone calls someone finally answered and an order was submitted. Their chosen shipping priority? Ground. Lincare’s Enteral Specialist, Robin Carlson, will tell you anything to get you off the phone. That’s when she answers the phone. Of all the things we are stressing over healthwise, this shouldn’t be one of them. Shame on you Lincare and associates. Duke University’s Procurement and Supply Chain Management will certainly get our feedback.
Absolutely horrible. After my sleep study was sent multiple times, they kept losing it. After initial consult, they lost my whole (paper) folder. They offer/sell only one style of mask and cannot offer anything else. On hold forever to reorder supplies. Looking for an alternative now.
They are my mothers supplier and we have had no issues.
The Durham lincare facility has a staff that needs to completely be replaced or retrained. Everyone acts like they would rather be anywhere than providing patient care. I work in the healthcare field and understand that it is stressful so people can have bad days. Unfortunately at the Durham Lincare everyday is a bad day for them. Incompetent. Unhelpful. Sad we have to rely on their staff for care.

This is the poorest customer service I have ever received. I have been dealing with them for almost 6 months still don’t have a face mask that fits correctly! I throw my hands up!!
