I’ve been a regular at this store ever since I starting working at the Jimmy John’s across the lot and have never ever had a bad experience with this store. Friendly crew, amazing crew, and lovely environment. Made lots of friends with the crew and I can tell they are very hard working and strive to make the store great. Very deserving of 5 stars, wish I could give them more!!! :)

While the staff is friendly and management is responsive, they will cut corners during the morning rush. I ordered a drink with a splash of cream and other add-ins, and instead got way too much. Not a problem, I noticed the issue and requested it be corrected at the window, to which they were pleasant, apologetic, and helpful. They then poured out part of my drink and topped it up.A premium price demands a premium product made to order. I dont believe they did anything unforgivable, simply that it has become more about speed and efficiency and less about the customer experience.I called and reported to a person identifying as a manager who offered to provide a free beverage and a recovery card. The willingness to accept the mistake and an attempt to make it right for the customer was the reason I brought it back up to three stars.Not a bad place to get your basic starbucks fare, but they just need to tighten up their standards to be great instead of just good. Will update when I revisit to see if they make the extra effort.

I rarely have a problem here, but when I do its a big one. What has happened to the breakfast wraps? I ordered one this morning and it was flat and squished. It used to be so much better.

Coffee is great, everyone is very friendly and professional, zero complaints other than the fact its just too damned popular. If youre in need of a quick coffee this isnt your spot, be prepared to sit for 15 because finding that place without a long line of eager customers waiting for great coffee in a professional, friendly environment isnt going to happen.

I dont know what happened to this Starbucks, it used to be my favorite pre-covid. I noticed all the guys are really patient, but the young lady taking orders on the drive thru intercom is mean and rude. Also, they will mess up orders 1 out of 3 times, which is unacceptable at their price point

Its close to the house and my orders are always ready. This is one of my 2 favorite locations.

I went and purchased gift cards. But the line that Starbucks has is so incredible. Everyone from all over is in line to grab a coffee or breakfast. If you like go and grab a delicious coffee ☕

Coffee and service is excellent! Probably NOT worth the cost and clearly it is very popular as the line is always long!

Store is always closed inside so you cant use the convenience of the app and order ahead of time and just swing in and grab. The line wraps around the building because the inside isnt open for grab and go. I dont understand how anyone has 30 minutes to wait for coffee.

I’m just leaving this Starbucks now, 17 minutes to get one drink. There is absolutely no organization in this store as people that came in after me left before, and people that we’re there before are still waiting. I would like to add that while the staff is nice, not once did any of the staff apologize to any of the customers for the long wait. Do not go to this Starbucks unless you have time to waste.

If you like Starbucks Reserve, this is the location to get yours in the Region. Staff are friendly and will know you by name over time. The seating area has ample natural light with an additional outdoor patio.

Attentive staff. Quick service. And early hours to grab a quick breakfast!

The employees are the best the greet me by name like long time friends would, I feel very comfortable whenever I pull up via drive-thru or in person when open, they make me feel like family, keep up the great work guys Awesome job fast, courteous and always respectful and polite.

The best area to get fresh drink

Terrible service. Girl at the window was very rude. I ordered two drinks. Both were made wrong both times. I ordered the same thing almost everyday and the past 3 times both of my drinks have been wrong.

The girl with the blonde pony tail and colorful tattoo on her right arm was super rude. She was answering to customers what and simply ignored the fact I was standing there for my mobile order. She definitely needs customer service lessons.

The drive-thru line is wrapped around Chillis right now and this isnt a unique circumstance -- this location is notoriously slow relative to other Starbucks. Its almost a liability how long the Drive-Thru takes; there has to have been a fender bender caused by this line before. Chop chop now, yall.

Great coffee and food

I like this Starbucks. Its not too crowded, although its on the smaller side. I cant remember ever getting a poorly-made drink here. The baristas are always friendly. They also are right on-time with orders done through the app.

Aggravated. The last two times Ive ordered the chicken and bacon panins from the app to pick up, Ive gotten there and been told they dont have it. My co-workers have been told the same thing. If you are consistently out of something by 1pm, ORDER MORE, so it doesnt continue happening and refresh the app so it doesnt allow you to order an item that isnt available so that you get told to change your order at the window while trying to pick it up.

This place is clean and service is great, but the most important thing about this visit was that I was able to spent some time with my son. We all live such busy lives that it is very nice to be able to spend at least some time together as often as possible, even if it is only one in a while. Now, I am happy.

Friendly, quick service! I took a group of 30 people tonight and they were very fast and got all the orders and names right. I was very impressed!

Ive been a faithful member to Starbucks. I go out of my way to the Starbucks in Dyer because they make my specialty drink the way it should be made. Joshua waited on me in house and forgot my drink. When we finally made my drink he said Im sorry. No upgrade on my drink, no discount on my drink. Some customer service????? Believe me I love Starbucks but step up on customer service!!!!!

Asked what was a good breakfast egg sandwich and barista suggested bacon and gouda cheese. She was correct. It was delicious!

Girls at the window had a bad attitude. Handed my grandmother back her card and no receipt. When she asked for it the girl acted as if doing her job was to much work. She then walked away from the window and grabbed a receipt and handed it us and shut the window. I saw the receipt and asked my grandma to let me see it. It was not our receipt or card information. Pretty unprofessional. Didnt realize it was to much to ask for a copy of a receipt with our order.

On occasion they have given me the wrong drink but they are my favorite Starbucks

I got a caramel macchiato earlier this morning and was simply delicious. Tasted exactly like they always do. Got one again later that night and it just tasted like coffee. I dont know if the different girl makes it differently, but I was disappointed when she remade it for me (you could also tell she was annoyed to remake it) and it still tasted like straight coffee. 👎

Absolutely love this location & the morning crew!!!. I hardly ever go there on a Tuesday evening but did today & the cashier seemed a tiny bit hurried although there were only two other people in the store who were actually already seated & there was no one else ordering. Also the ladies behind the counter were discussing who had a problem with who & one of them told the other she wasnt that great of a presence at the store : / Oh, our drinks? They were great.

Meh. The staff never says your welcome after I thank them every time I pick up my coffee or sandwich. The drive through seems much friendlier. I was inside today, and she (tall blonde with ponytail) just seemed bothered that I was there. There was only one other customer inside so it wasnt like they were busy.

Only into Lates and lemon cake,breakfast sandwiches are very good too. P.T.G

Just a normal Starbucks (we all know how normal a Starbucks is). This one played some pretty good tunes. Just be warry and wear a sweater. Its really cold in here.

This Starbucks is very friendly and has great service. Its a relaxing place to come work on your laptop or chat with friends or just sit alone and read the paper *(which they provide). They offer a good selection of drinks, sandwiches, sweets, and candies. You may also purchase their prepackaged coffees and various coffee mugs and water bottles as well. My favorite drink is the iced Grande decaf caramel macchiato with extra whip. And last but not least, they do have outdoor seating on days when you want to enjoy the sunshine.

Chicken Wrap Protein Box has been a big hit for a quick grab and go kinda lunch!

The prices are way cheaper here then they are in Colorado. It only cost 10$ for 2 drinks when in Colorado it would have cost 20$.

My last Time visiting this particular store, coffee always taste burnt and customer service is Very Poor.

Delicious drinks, a nice variety of choices, and helpful staff. The only problem is that its too pricey to be a regular stop for me.
