The manager here is a really nice guy! There was a problem with a part being in stock when we placed our online order so he had one delivered to the store the next day and gave it to us for the price it would have been if we ordered online using the coupon code we had. He was very friendly and you can tell he takes pride in taking care of his customers and the store itself.

I know most of the employees and they have all been very helpful and usually have what I need in stock & lower prices than other auto parts stores. Ask for Adam he is very friendly, knows what hes doing and does a great job for us.

One of the employees went above and beyond trying to help us get our ac going on this terribly hot humid day. I am sorry to say I didnt get his name though. All the employees were friendly and ask me if I needed help with something while I was waiting inside while Freon was being put in my AC in my car. Thanks for making this miserable day, not so miserable!!

Always got what I need! And know there stuff. And if they dont got it can have it next day. And even upgrade parts and performance parts that dont cost a fortune like other part stores here. Usually they ant got that stuff anyways and cant get it. Or its way more expensive and not the same quality.

Always helpful staff and normally have exactly what I need. If they dont, its usually there by the end of the day or the beginning of the next. They are my preferred automotive parts place here in town.

Advance Auto Parts is the only car parts store I prefer to use.has an auto mechanic I use most all of the stores or check the prices but still prefer to use Advance Auto.

The customer service at this store was amazing. It was freezing cold out and the wind was awful, I managed to lock the keys in my car when my mother, twin toddlers and myself stopped for lunch at Wendys. Of all the places we had been that day, I lock the keys in the car right next door to the Auto Part store! The employees were very helpful and kind, I didnt get the guys name that worked there but he successfully managed to unlock one of the doors and save the day! His kindness and patience left a lasting impression on me.

Went to advance Auto this morning to check on part and was left standing at counter while Larry the guy that came from AutoZone talk,and talk and talk after the customer had what he came to get,a female worker, and another male worker never asked what I needed,so I left and went to OReilly.To me that is terrible customer service.
