This is the best phone store Ive ever been in. Ive been coming here since I bought my first bag phone. I recently bought a replacement iPhone and the staff could not have been more helpful. They activated the phone then transferred all my files and other information. They even applied a screen protector and put it in a case. I walked out the door fully ready to go and better than when I came in.

Devin, Lisa, and Kam... Listen.. thank you so much for all your help. If I need anything for AT&T Ill be sure I come to your store. Ive never had such great customer service and honesty. Really tho thank you all.

Traded in a phone on a promotional deal and was supposed to get a 300 dollar credit. 8 months later still fighting to get my money . I call and the manager always busy and they say she will call you back but never does. Will go to Jackson for now on cause if they don’t do what they say and take from you that’s a lying thief! The salesman and employees was really nice but still I’m out 300 dollars and my old phone and no record can be found. Just seems like when you done buying then the manager is done with you. You are on your on.

My Wife and were getting our first phone service plan away from our parents, and we had no idea what we were doing going in. Devin helped us a LOT, and was super nice; all of the staff were very friendly. Im very happy we decided to do business with AT&T Dyersburg, as they were very accommodating!

This was absolutely the best cell phone experience we have ever had. We bought 6 new phones and had to swap over all of our data. Lisa, Sarah and Devin were the kindest, smartest and most helpful ever. They have extreme patience and knowledge and a great coworker chemistry. It felt like family. They will forever have our business.

We went in last minute in town from Nashville to add our IPad to our phone lines. This is not a REAL AT&T store!! Whatever you do, dont make a payment there. Went in WITH MY BILL and this guy named Earnest Lee (as it appears on the receipt) applied the payment to a DirecTV account, which I dont have. My phones and internet have been off for a week and Ive now spent a total of 16 hours (3.5 on one call today) on the phone with customer service. It still isnt fixed!! Worst retail experience of my life, no exaggeration.

Excellent customer service! He answered all of my many questions, some twice. Didnt try to talk me into or out of any thing. Very informative and knowledgeable on the products! Im glad I chose ATT!

Wow!!! After so many attempts 2 fix this phones, voice mail, it took a while but it was done. I brought a new phone I didnt like. I returned it & purchased this new 1. All the records showed on the returned & thats why I could not receive all the apps & use them. If this happens 2 U ? God bless yall

This store only has one representative working at a time. Usually staff is courteous and fast. However, the last visit I waited for almost 30 minutes without getting any help. I left and went to another store a week later.

Lisa was wonderful and made what would usually be a long, drawn out process so easy!

Current bill is almost 600 dollars. Was told by salesman that the bill would be roughly 240. Att as a whole needs to get their act together. I called customer service...they say the store has to fix the errors....I went to the store and they say they can’t correct issues in the store...called customer service back to no avail...I simply am not! I’m not bouncing back and forth with these people. Corporate obviously needs to get in the middle and work on some details. At this point I think I’ll terminate my contract and give my money to someone else that can give accurate information. Will update review if someone can figure out how to do something by this afternoon.
