They need more help. They are good as they can be with shortage of staff

They are just about the only store in this town that actually has the items I shop for weekly. The other stores in this town have really went down hill. All Dollar Generals and even Wal Mart never have what I need anymore and its finally gotten past the point of frustration for me. Its like these stores have forgotten how to keep thier shelves stocked. Ill be going to Family Dollar from now on.

Will not ever shop at a store that wants to confiscate my go bag to enter the store.

Store manager and also other employees are very rude and they don’t talk to or respect u as a customer... I was kicked out of Dyersburg store but I’ve been kicked out of better places... I don’t care bout family dollar that much anyway.. I love dollar general stores better... they are very respectful at all most all dg stores I go into... rude employees at family dollar on st.john 🤦🏾‍♀️

Had what I needed, quick in and out. Needed a little clean up but overall ok.

My wife had a coupon, and I was going to get a few things since we were here. Had to use the restroom, but they dont have a public one. Telling the wife we need to leave now, wont be back.

False advertisement says they close at 9pm at 8:45pm the doors are locked and they are taking money out of the cash register and customers are still coming up!!!
