I love this place. The kids are awesome!I know, I know. The young adults I should say...I think they will forgive me when I saythe kids. They know I think the 🌎 of them.

Their service is great. Jonathan is always in a good mood and you can tell he actually cares and wants the customer to have a good visit. It seems everyone tries to do a good job.

I absolutely love the Dyersburg Java Cafe location! They are always super friendly and prompt.

Very slow, and the drive-thru is designed horribly. The coffee is decent but bitter. The muffins are great, but the food selection is limited. The food is not that great I wouldnt call it horrible, but it leaves more to be desired. Service is decent just terribly slow.

I love Java coffee but some of the employees act like they dont want to be there at all. I am an every day customer and sometimes they are just extremely rude like they dont want my business. Do better.

Amazing employees and drinks! always get my order just right. super polite. however, extremely cold inside. i recommend wearing a winter coat. personally, i take my drink and food back to my car OR to the cupcake store next door so i can enjoy it. yummy though!!

This has been my go-to stop on the long Texas --> Indiana drive for years now. Great coffee, pleasant atmosphere, and that pickle chicken sandwich theyhave ia delicious.

Very impressed with the coffee. Very nice and courteous staff, the burgers are incomparable, gourmet quality food. The black berry burger and avocado is what we tried. Very accommodating to a low carb meal plan.

Java Cafe is a small business, they have amazing coffee drinks and good food. I try to make my coffee stop here whenever Im in dyersburg Tennessee. They make a real good latte.

I ordered the creme brulee frappe and it was delicious😋 Atmosphere is nice. Im not a coffee person at all, however this was an enjoyable experience. I will go back

Do not expect even decent to minimal service at this place. I usually go through the drive thru. Today, several cars were lined up so I thought it would be quicker to go in. I thought wrong. Every vehicle and more went through and even another walk in customer was served before I was. They knew the walk in customer by name, which is probably why he was served before me. Not one person spoke to me as I sat patiently waiting until I went back up and demaned my money returned. Worst service ever.

Just left there a couple hours ago and man the coffee and food is just crazy good!! Also I had the privilege to meet the owner and the guy is just awesome! His staff is also incredible. You’ll get great service all around and prices are fantastic! Must go place!

This is a great place to grab a quick cup of coffee. They have an interesting selection of drinks and some light deli style lunch fare. The staff is always very friendly and was even willing to accommodate me the few times when I asked for something that wasnt on the menu.

Had lunch there and food delivered was not what was ordered. Salad was ordered with strawberries and chicken on a bed of spinach, but received blueberries and chicken on a bed of chopped romaine lettuce. No explanation was given for the change, and because blueberries were liked as much as strawberries, the salad was eaten. Salad was good, but not what was ordered. Also, ordered cheese added to sandwich, but was not there when delivered.

Best coffee Ive had in 15 years. This is the kind of place that puts big chain coffee houses to shame.

Pretty good coffee drinks. There is an extensive menu but I have only eaten the chili....it was a good option for a quick supper.

Unfortunately, the Java Cafe was out of several menu items. We had to change our order three times to accommodate this. Our request for “wet” or heavy cappuccinos topped off with coffee was ignored and we received light weight cappuccinos, and sadly the espresso was scorched and bitter. Very disappointing.

Very disappointed after hearing good things about this place. I ordered a double chocolate chunk muffin and a dirty snowman frappe. The products themselves were excellent but I literally waited for 10 minutes and then had to walk back up to the counter to ask them if I could go ahead and get my muffin. I ate my muffin and waited about 10 more minutes and had to go back up to the counter to ask if there was a problem with my frappe. There were 3 people standing there talking but my frappe had not even been started! I was not in a hurry at all but if I had been I would have been very upset.
