Manager is a black-hearted corporate stain.My father died, and I went in to figure out the account, as I was on that account.He was behind by one month, but the tech assured me that I had 14 days to pay the entire bill before the phones were disabled.They waited just long enough for me to get home before disabling the account.I dont appreciate the extortion of having to pay the bill to get my phone turned back on the day before my fathers funeral.If you must use Verizon, avoid this store.
Fast service. Understandable billing. He printed everything out, and helped me figure out my monthly payments. Explained all the costs, and showed me the charges. It was a great experience. I would highly recommend Eagan Verizon.
We went with a specific issue and they were up front and honest. We did our research before going in and knew what we wanted and need and let them lead us down the path they wanted. We assumed they would try and sell us an up-sold item and they listened to our needs and sold is what we needed. Very happy with the service.

If you use Verizon, definitely use the Eagan store! Went in without an appointment on a Saturday after the Burnsville store refused to assist us. Aaron and Scott (and the whole team) were able to take care of us with absolutely no issues. Had everything we needed and were in and out with 2 new phones in less than an hour. First visit to this store yesterday to get information on the advertised biggest 5G upgrade ever, etc. promotion running on TV (and on materials posted in the store.) The sales clerk was unable to give me any information on how this promo works, and was unable to answer any basic question about any promo available to me. First visit .... never again.

Although they couldnt help me with a very strange problem, they spent nearly 2 hours on Verizons customer service line trying to help me. Really friendly and devoted to their customers.

Verizon employee was very pleasant but could not run a diagnostic check on my malfunctioning Samsung 8. It wasnt a busy time so I was met at the door and served immediately.
Verizon is Verizon, not reviewing them. But this location is one of the better stores. Staff was excellent and very helpful. Prompt service but still attentive. Only downside is the displays looked a little rundown so the aesthetics, but be honest, youre not there for that.
Verizon is a cheat. Osman one of the rep at Eagan Store gave false information on device trade in all to make goal for the day. Monthly bills is never right to what I was quoted at the time of activation. Port to Verizon but this is total disappointment 😒. I wi definitely port back.
I’ve had 2 great experiences at this Eagan location, the latest was working with sales associate Molly on 9/5/19. Setting up an appointment is super easy and Molly and the rest of the team are extremely knowledgeable on the devices and plans they sell, as well as looking into the most affordable option to fit your needs! I’m a big fan of quality customer service in an organized atmosphere that’s easily navigable for all walks of technological abilities!

I just stopped in here to look since my current phone is showing signs of being too old. I wanted an idea of what id be getting with a new phone. Staff was busy but courteous. Was able to get some info to start my at home checking. Will be back when Im closer to making a decision.

Actually one of the better Verizons Ive been to. There was nobody else in the store so I was assisted immediately. I was upgrading my phone which I thought would take a painfully long time but to my surprise I was in and out of the store within 20 minutes. My new phone is flawless and I couldnt be happier with the customer service I was provided today.
Always great customer service. Even when they are busy the treat you as a person and never make you feel rushed or a burden. Theyve even helped me put new screen protectors on my phone when Ive broken it and needed it replaced.
My tablet wasnt able to send emails the folks at Verizon were willing to help me figure out why. The manager was more than willing to help.

I had a great experience at this Verizon location. I almost didnt go because of the negative ratings here and on Yelp, but decided to take the chance. The staff was attentive immediately when I walked through the door. I was helped within a short period of time and everything was done to my satisfaction. I understand they have three new managers on staff and clearly things are much better now. Kudos to manager Patrick and the whole Eagan Verizon team!

They had the only pixel in the Twin Cities area. Since I was at work, I called to see if they could hold it door 30 minutes so I could get there without someone buying it. And, even though its a popular phone, they were more than happy to oblige.They associate that helped me set up my phone was very knowledgeable and made the time in the store quick and painless!
The Verizon Store in Eagan: I have had good experiences with the staff at this location. They are very helpful when I stop by the store and have questions or a problem.
They will lie and munipulate the situation to try to force you into a different plan. Additionally the store manager cant handle customers who question the plans. He took offense and refused to work with me when I finally told him to explain the new unlimited even though I know everything about it. Once I gave him the benefit of doubt he turned into a 250lb baby throwing his pencil at the computers and refused to help even though was more than willing to listen to what he had to say. (Even though he wouldnt listen to me when I claimed I wasnt getting rid of my nationwide unlimited). While working with a different employee he heard us talking and kept shouting across the room trying to counter everything that was being said even though he refused service. Literally like a toddler being told no and being a brat. Brian is his name I beleive. He should not be a store manager. No customer service skills and forces his opinions upon you. If you are knowledgeable and do you due diligence he will treat you like a threat. Rude.

Ive always had a good experience here. The staff are generally warm and knowledgeable. It can get crowded at times which leads to waiting around in the store but they have a nice electronic queue system so you dont need to worry about your place in line.

MOLLY PFEFFER at the Verizon Store in Eagan went out of her way to provide excellent service. We had a difficult to answer question regarding the use of cell phone insurance while living abroad. She made sure we had a correct answer by calling the insurance company to double check for us. Thanks again Molly for excellent service.

My nightmare started a few weeks ago by calling the corporate Verizon office and trying to upgrade a old tablet. I spoke to three different reps in that time period, each rep was courteous and I thought the issue was solved by purchasing through a rep. I picked out a tablet the Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e. Great tablet by the way. I was suppose to pay the sales tax through a link that was sent to me by Verizon, which I did, but due to a glitch it never went through.After checking my account days later I saw that my order was locked in processing. I had to call in again and speak with a Verizon rep who tried to resend the link but that method failed. I was told I needed to go into a Verizon store and pay the sales tax on the new tablet, then my order would be processed and shipped in two days.I went to the Verizon store in Eagan, MN. I thought I could just pay the sales tax and my tablet would ship out. I worked with Tyler Reese who was very courteous,and took the time to listen to my adventure. Tyler looked at the remarks made by the previous reps and I was informed that I couldnt just pay the sales tax. The system wouldnt allow him to do that even though I was instructed to go into a Verizon store for assistance.Tyler reassured me that I wasnt going to leave the store without my tablet in hand. The solution was that Tyler had to call into the corporate Verizon office and have my order cancelled. This then allowed Tyler to process a new order and get my tablet from the back room. I still got the original discount/perks that the previous reps had promised me. Tyler solved my ordeal of just trying to upgrade a tablet.From this point on, I will always go into the Eagan Verizon store and buy or upgrade my devices. All the staff were friendly and spent whatever amount of time that was needed to assist a customer. A customer may have to wait a little bit for their turn but I tell you it is well worth it to receive such personalized service. Tyler, thank you so much for your help, you and your staff are the best.
Shopped here to look into switching from AT&T. Place was ok. Verizon couldn’t offer me a good deal for me to switch. So back to AT&T I go to get a new phone.
My wife and I would highly recommend this Verizon location and specifically the Customer Service and Technical Support provided to us by both Gary Meier and Patrick Roach. We had been Verizon users for several years, but we started to have major reception issues when we moved to the Eagan area a few months ago. After numerous visits to this Verizon store and multiple trouble-shooting sessions with both of these individuals, as well as Verizon Technical Support our problem was finally solved. We found both individuals extremely understanding and resourceful in exploring all options to resolve our problem including changing out our phones to resolve the issue. Even with all the frustration and numerous followup discussions, their Customer Service level of support was exemplary and above and beyond what one would normally expect. Gary and his staff really stepped-up to resolve our problem.

I went in on Tuesday the 13th with a phone issue. The tech rep was able to get my phone working after a bit. I started on my drive home and the issue came back and I had a non-working phone again (Droid Turbo) When I arrived back at the store the same rep helped me get a replacement phone. It arrived today. I went in there with a phone issue and the customer service person chastised me for having to many apps on the phone. That was not the reason why I brought in the phone. I left since he did not really want to help me. I called to complain about him to the manager. A week after this, the same person saw me coming into the store, went into the back and then came out with his jacket. He gave a very impolite look and walk out the door without helping me. Minutes later he came back with food. Basically, since I complained about him, he would not help me. Complete jerk. I am being generous giving one star
Signed me up for a unlimited data plan in the store because they, told me cost wouldn’t change. Two weeks later I get a notice that my data was at 10 percent! Tried to call the store but they don’t answer and I was transferred to a call center. They informed me that I was NOT on the unlimited plan! And the plan would cost me $40.00 a month more☹️. I feels bit swindled by the store. I took us off the “limited-unlimited “ plan.
Upgrade to one of the newest iphones, did everything online, pick up was a breeze.
I agree with Mike, I only give it a 1 because I cant give it ZERO. The big tall black haired man I spoke with was incredibly unhelpful. They are suppose to replace my phone as I have the insurance. He hands me a card with the insurance companies phone number on it and says call them. Dont waste your time, go to another location.
I had read the other reviews of this place, but since its the closest store I thought I would give it a chance. What a mistake... I went in there with a simple thing and it turned into a nightmare. Easily one of the top 5 worst customer service experiences Ive ever experienced. Avoid this place like the plague, even if it means driving a bit to another store. Unbelievable.
Just what you would expect from verizon, employees only trying to squeeze every last penny out of you. Ive never seen the store without at least one angry customer who feels like theyre being ripped off, and theyre right. I tried to return a $50 item but because I bought as part of a bundle, it had been devalued down to $0.01 which the employee neglected to tell me until after the transaction when nothing could be done.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Went in there because I had my phone stolen, they gave me a pamphlet to call a number to get my phone shipped in the mail, and offered no help what so ever. So I went home to call the number and told me I needed to fill out an affidavit...well I have no idea what that is so I thought hmmm... maybe if i go to the Verizon store they can help me...nope. I spoke with the manager so i would assume she would offer some help, well I was wrong. She basically gave me attitude and sarcasm here are a few examples of what she said.1.Manager: you need to fill it out and it will be sent to your emailMe: how long will it take (I need to know because Ive already gone three days without a phone) Manager: however long it takes you to get home and get on your computer (this was in a VERY sarcastic manner)2.Manager: You need to give the reason of how you lost itMe: It was stolen...Manager Lost or stolen, whatever way you wanna go about calling itLike she was implying that I was lying it was stolen!?3.The third example wasnt verbal, she just gave me an eye roll.So now I have to fill out this stupid affidavit, and I cant simply just fill it out online... I need to print it and scan a photo ID then upload it onto my computer and send it in to get it reviewed.. which then AFTER I can receive a new phone. Also I do not own a printer or scanner, so how in gods name am I suppose to fill this out and get a new phone.The entire company is whack, and the employees dont seem to care about anyones problems, which is why they are there...........TO HELP US.
The employee that helped me was not well educated on products, deals, and even hour to turn my phone off because it had crashed during a system upgrade. It kept on rebooting and finally my fiance was able to fix it.

Salesman let something slip when trying to make a sale on my existing contracts. A phone not under contract only has a charge of $20/mo not 40. In essence, he convinced me not to upgrade as my whole plan will be $120 a month cheaper once the iPads off the plan, and both iPad and phone payment plans are caught up. Wifes phones contract us up in 9/2017. Thatll be the day my bill is the lowest ever. Thanks salesman, for convincing me to spend less money at your establishment!

Ive been in here a few times and the customer service always sucks. I waited for 15 minutes last week before someone acknolwedged me. Its like they are afraid of eye contact. They would walk right past me but not say anything. I think it is because I came in near closing time. I asked one of the employees for help, he said that altough he is little technical knowlege, he assured me that my phone that keep freezing was operating properly. I definitely do not recommend going here.
Horrible customer service. If you buy something you get service. If your phone fails or needs service you get the shaft. The upsell is endless. They sold me a package for overseas travel only to find out there is little or no service available in Europe. Replacing a failed phone. You are on your own even with a warranty and insurance, and if you do not comply you pay $500 to Verizon. Go to a restaurant on a Friday night without a reservation and wait an hour for a seat - this is how it is on any given day to service for anything - only no area to sit and wait. No phone service to call in for a question - just recorded upsell messages. If you complain that you have been waiting they tell you that it is standard to wait an hour. Arrogant always. The Burnsville office has the same wait times but at least they are friendly. Training classes are always cancelled. May go to conciliation court to get out of my contract.
Cause I cant give it a zero It gets a one. First off I love verizon have been with them for years but this store it a discrase to costomer service very rude right to my face the entire time very unhelpful as a managing staff, the sales person I had was fine not bad but not good. The managment in the store the two times I have been there was rediculouse very very rude to me and other customers I can not believe how the treated their guests. This is not a bash on verizon as a whole or their products I love them as a wireless provider but they are loosing money everyday with how this store is run. The best buy acrost the street who was much more freindly told me You wouldnt believe the amount of customers they send our way I am sure they are making a ton of money picking up all the costomers this verizon store turns away. Was the single rudest encounter I have ever had while trying to buy something from someone still in awe of it days later. If you are looking to purchase a verizon phone or for help just go acrost the street to best buy they were a breath of fresh air after dealing with the managment of the verizon store. The verizon store was also way over priced with all there products $100 on the phone i was looking at. just really really poor poor comon sence and customer service. STAY AWAY
