We where very unimpressed, our car was brought to be repaired after an accident involving the front bumper, it took longer than expected. Then the car had to be brought back to be buffed because they set something a box on the back of it and scratched it.About a week after we brought it home the headling we just had inspected by them fell back into the engine compartment, they then said the forgot one of the brackets was broken and had to bill the insurance again.Then the checks from the insurance had to be signed and we had to make several different trips to sign multiple checksThe whole process was confusing and stressful.Just when we thought it was over, our front passenger side tire was down to the wire, the exact spot we had the accident. three different shops say the alignment was off and thats what caused the wear, this is a fairly new car with less than 20,000 miles on it. When I called and spoke to the mechanic he told me they never even checked the alignment after the collision that completely ruined our entire bummer and headlight.Helpful hint, if you have usaa make sure you get a preferred shop so you dont have to go through this.

Just one thing. I was hired on 05/22/17 and I quit on 05/22/17 only because the Friday before I went and the OWNER told me to start Monday at 8:00 @ 8.50 an hour not come in work for a little bit and we will see what you know. So in other words it was a guaranteed pay. Through out the morning was fine the after noon he came up to me and said Im going to start you at 7.50 because I didnt know allot. I came from a collision center of two years I know way more then what you can judge me on. Especially just seeing not being there with me. I was very disappointing considering the fact that I just moved over here and the secretary called my wife that Friday and just said for me to go on Monday and start at 8.50 why change it why make it seem like you can judge me on not even a whole day of work. Im not going to work for less then my worth. Good luck with this place imagine them screwing over employees I wonder what they have done to customers
