Gamestop is good for buying games but if you need too return a game it worthless

They dont have games for Xbox 360 in the store

Litterally terrible service at this location. They also never keep any trading cards in stock. The one time I call asking if something is available they say yes. I walk in 5 minutes later and its not.

An absolute fun filled experience with their great staff in Eagle Pass, Tx.

Very attentive and very careful to keep it to a 5 person minimum in store. Ive been twice in the last couple of weeks and theyve been pretty strict about it, so dont be upset if you have to wait outside for a bit, theyre watching out for our safety.

Love the customer service and they have a wide variety of games considering we are a small city. Great discounts too and perks with the membership.

Customer service can be a bit lacking here, and their selection is very slim from time to time. Trade in values arent that great, but they do have some items that really make the store stand out. It is definitely pricey, considering a lot of the collectibles could easily be found cheaper at the comic store nearby. I think, overall, the store itself is too small for the amount of merchandise they have and the number of customers they see on a regular basis. It makes it very hard to look and move around with the isles packed and shelves stuck randomly here and there just to hold everything.

Not many places have many games like th is store and the gift cards like google gist cards so i think its a very good.place to stop at becouse some games are pre owned but work like brand new.

I sold them a pre order exclusive game....the thing is...that said games content can only be used ONCE. sooooo they gave me more money assuming this pre-order game is more valuable. they really just gave me 30 dollars for the base game.

Good deals for games especially if u kids want to beat u but in the games

I think game stop is helpful for finding games that you cant find any where else.and if they dont have the game they will order it to you.so I think you should go there

Awesome place the people in there are always ready to help you and constantly asks if you need any help making finding everything faster. Been going to this place for years and have not even a single complain.

Best gamestop store in E.P

A great place for all ages to enter n enjoy the games they love to play. The retro side of gamestop is crazy for the fact they price their games too high. I understand older games have value but not all of them are famous as others. A bit too much for a $50 price vs another store has it for $10 or $20 price is reasonable in my opinion. They got a good selection n if u cant find any. They can look for it for u or contact another or order for u n u provide ur address to where they can ship it to u. The staff is friendly n very nice when I go there every time. Always ask how I am doing n what Im looking for. I even engage in a conversation with them about games n other stuff. In love their midnight launch n play the game before its official release which is nice n fun if i dont work the next day. But overall its fun. Just one problem I had was my account check cus I lend my friend my phone number to buy stuff for himself n used my number to give me points. They put it under his account n I had to get it fixed. But it was a minor problem. Other than that its a great experience u will enjoy.
