Curbside is nice, staff is friendly. Just make sure to check your items before you leave. I had an order that was missing 3 parts of a set of 4 because it wasnt in stock. I was sick so I wasnt able to return the item right away. Fortunately, I was able to find the other 3 when I cleared.

The experience was nice and the workers were courteous. The website states that this location has pick up for online purchases until 9 pm when they actually close at 8.... Only reason its 4 stars!

A good Walmart with everything we could need, including pullups for toddlers. The only surprise was no checkout stands with cashiers. Its all self-checkout.

Cashiers at the pharmacy don’t speak or understand English. That go’s for most employees can’t ask them a question, most times they say it’s not there department. Store Announcements are only in Spanish . Never anything in English .

Clean and often organized but terrible staff! You have a better chance of finding things yourself if you know your way around walmart otherwise the same amount it takes you to get familiar with walmart thats gow long it will take you to find someone to help. Smh. Other than the friendly help and low prices its good to find what you need, too bad it isnt open 24 hrs anymore.

I am surprised when I go to other Wal Marts outside of Eagle Pass. This is the cleanest most organized store I have seen so far. It is always spotless and well stocked.

Very clean and in order. Lines were small even though you were your own cashier but other than that great place.

Big changes since my last visit.This particular store has just about gone self-service at checkout, only six actual regular registers (none of which where open and available for use) remain in the front checkout area.Also upon arrival, you must enter through a set of one way automated gates giving you access to the shopping area and holds you back from existing through the same with unpaid merchandise.Finally one last notes changed was the foreign currency exchange station within the shopping area of Walmart.Just a simple but comment of my personal impression; so like at most Walmart stores they are doing away with the clerk craft but here in a big way, as if with intent to make us all free working Walmart employees. Free money for the stockholders. So those with stock options should benefit.

Good service and friendly. They are full of people and they have a lot of self checkout lanes which helps a lot. Their staff was quick to answer questions. The bathrooms were like regular somewhat clean bathrooms. If you have a question, they have an answer.

I guess Ive never been to a southern WalMart before but they only had self-serve check-out which I sometimes like, but I had a huge order and didnt want to hassle with it. I encountered two employees who pointed to where a product was and one outstanding employee who showed me where the product was and was super congenial.

Do not buy any vegetables from this Walmart! They will pick up vegetables off of the delivery trucks floor and put them out for sale

If you’re gonna make masks mandatory, you should provide them like all the other Walmart’s do. I ran out of masks, and went to go buy some more, and would not be let into the store because I didn’t have one. I asked where am I supposed to buy masks if I can’t here? The person just shrugged. I guess they’re on a power trip or something because I know scientifically an unwashed cloth mask or T-shirt does not really provide any true protection. At this point, especially in Texas where the mask mandate has been lifted, there’s no reason for the masks anymore unless someone wants to take the precaution for themselves. Luckily I just went to the other entrance, and that person was more understanding, actually pointing me to where I could find them in this store.

I like the way they are staffed in comparison to their neighbor Lowes now that store has a CEO whos a slave Grinder thats why their under staffed.

4pm and only registers open were self checkouts. I had several items that required approval. I guess they find it more efficient to have 3 customer service managers helping one person than to open a few actual registers with actual employees. But like its been for decades, if you dont like this Walmart the next closest one is an hour away. Checking out with less than 20 items took about 20 minutes with 3 people hovering over me.

Its a Walmart. Thats pretty much it.

Very poor customer service. I’ve made contact with an employee named Jocelyn there twice. She has weird colored contacts and hair. Both times, she has been the most useless and rude employee. She wears a yellow vest, which I’m assuming is the front end department. I ran into her in a clothing isle and asked if she could help me find something. She said she couldn’t help because she doesn’t work that area. The last time I talked to her was a while back so how does she not know her way around by now? She didn’t even offer to help me by finding someone who could help me look for my item. Last time I needed help bc an item was wrongly priced. She rolled her eyes when I asked her to correct the price.

Not so great since the implementation of 85% self checkout.

My experience is driving safe in keeping the customers happy in safe home.

I went in looking for some nice pastries only to find severed 🐷 heads. I guess some locals are excited about the availability of pig heads.

Couldn’t even buy formula for my infant since I was turned around at the door, because I had my two babies with me. Given, we are not from here and just passing through—clueless to the policy. Still, the ‘2 people per household’ limitation is bull. It should be changed to ‘2 adults per household’ as it is where we’re from. Until then, watch out for children being left in the parking lot unattended. Not mine—we went to HEB.

Hard to find good help and assist. I was send money and just cause I messed up on a last name they have my money withhold. I need that money to pay my bills and this ladys are being rude and mean. Not trying to help.

Just went to pick up curbside shopping and the guy that brought our items out was only wearing his mask on his mouth with his nose exposed. We use curbside for extra protection and since he came to the window it was very rude for him not to cover up completely. We noticed once he got back to the back door to go back to Walmart, he adjusted his mask properly. I know its hot, but we do curbside for protection, so they need to respect that.

Pretty standard Walmart. The customer service is usually good and almost all of the checkout lines are self-service. The only thing that bothers me is the customers.

Employee would not let me enter store to help elderly mother load heavy water bottle packages on shopping cart. Told me police would give me a ticket instead of asking how could he help me.Would not recommend shopping at the Eagle Pass location HEB would be a much better choice when in Eagle Pass

Thanks God, and thanks to the pandemic, Mexican alliens are not allowed to cross into USA. Wal Mart parking lot is clean. No pampers, no empty TVs cartons. No trash at all.

Me, my mother and my 3 year old nephew tried to go into Walmart only to be stopped at the door because only 2 family members can go in at a time i was extremely furious and i was the only one being stopped at the door. 0/10 do not go to this Walmart. Heb is just before walmart by this location and they are way more respectful.

This Wal-Mart is immaculate and very organized for shoppers. I had to inform the Store Manager (Jesus) and compliment him on how clean the store is. If you need to shop, this Wal-Mart is perfect for your shopping needs. Keep up the great work!!!!!

Im a lifetime Walmart shopper, this store is driving me to shop HEB because if the cashiers. They just changed the whole design of the store. You need to adapt a new system if youre going to make me ring up my own groceries have a system where I can scan my groceries as I shop so when I leave the store all I have to do is pay Krogers is adapting this and it is so nice.
