I called these guys almost a month ago for a quote to have a 700 sqft office space carpeted. I spoke with Frank initially, who acted like he was doing me a favor even speaking to me. So i thanked him and didnt proceed with a quote. Then John called me back a week later to pursue the quote request. As I had not had the work done yet, I proceeded.He called me several times to tell me that he was still trying to get a hold of the owner to see if they were interested in doing the job. Just about 3 weeks later he left a message saying they werent interested. I had already had the work done.Not sure what kind of operation they are running there but it seems like the left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing, and I feel like I dodged a bullet not hiring them anyway. They seem like nice enough people but clearly unorganized.

The Carpet Mill is fantastic. We found them through our realtor, and we have been using them for years. They work with the best of the best. Nick goes above and beyond to make his customers happy!

Really appreciate how they handled this situation - was infuriated to hear of the experience my mom had at The Carpet Mill, when she was discriminated against, humiliated by an entitled customer who screamed at her and put her down for apparently not being dressed wealthy & fancy enough (and were talking about a well-dressed upper middle class Livingston resident). The staff apologized to my mom. This is classism, and we really appreciate that those individuals were ultimately turned away.

The Carpet Mill delivered amazing customer service, installation and a fabulous quality product. I dealt with Nick in the store on Route 10. His knowledge and accommodating way was second to none.I will definitely do all my flooring business with them. It was truly a fantastic experience.
