Jeannette was absolutely amazing, she was kind and helped me find what I was looking for.

Eblens is the only store in New haven Ct that you can find designer Quality clothing and find some items on sale and marked down. I wish they had a childrens section but Im happy they are on this side of town as it is. Only Quality line of clothing besides Jimmys that youll find in the elm. Most stores you have to go online or head towards New York city to find whats in style or anything that doesnt mess up after you wash it.

I bought a fitted hat here an they gave me a hard time to exchange it when there was a human error w the size that was bought for me the hat said 1 size wen it really wasnt that size. The East Haven store ended up working w me w the exchange. Thanks guys for looking out I originally 1st tried at the West Haven store never again!!

The person helping me was Soo nice!! I was looking for a size in a particular shoe for Fathers day. They didnt have the size I needed at this location so I was kinda upset. Seeing my frustration, he asked if there was anything he could do. I let him know that another associate was looking up numbers for me to call and see if it was available somewhere else. Long story short he called for me and go the answers I needed. I wish I knew his name.

They have a good selection of clothes but they dont ever have any big man sizes I mean Im a 4X sized guy in shirts and I have a 44 inch waist in pants and they never ever have or ever had something in my size and on to the sneakers sizes they never have 9 thru 10 1/2 so I have finally decided to go to a different store that carries big men clothing like Jimmies army and navy on whalley Ave in new haven

I called simply to ask whether I could return my purchase to the Foxon Rd location although I made the purchase in the Milford mall speaking to an Erica who proceeded to unprofessional unprofessionaly hang up on me even though I wasnt done talking! I called back & she identified herself as a manager!!! WOW shame on Eblens for having someone like that in a position of authority & even after I told get that I had a recording of the conversation and intended to contact corporate she condescending condescendingly stated her name again & hung up! I am an avid shopper & new to Eblens but after this experience I wont be returning unless the situation is handled properly by the higher ups..... Save yourself the time & hassle of dealing with ignorant people & go to Champs were everyone is well trained & knows how to treat a customer with kindness & courtesy!!!!!!!
