This place is fantastic. The meals are fresh and organic, non gmo. The staff and owner are always kind and helpful. It’s amazing to be able to get swordfish and tuna nicely prepared and healthy! The hassle and cost and time is completely worth it to get these meal preps, a lot of people think they don’t want to spend the money—but it makes so much sense!

The food always tastes fresh even after having it in the fridge for a day or two. The site has a good selection and I love that I can customize my meals. Very affordable, allows customers to afford to keep coming back! I pick up at the Cromwell location and the person at the counter is always polite and friendly. Thank you!

I have been getting meal prep from them on and off for about 3 years now. compared to other company the price is really good, the food is actually good! just because its a meal prep it doesnt mean it has to taste bad. all the nutritional data are right up front on the container. I normally spent about 100 per week if I was to cook my self, and with them it comes to about 90 bucks delivered to me. this has saved me so much time on not have to cook.

The food is always super fresh and the recipes are delicious. The ability to “make my own” is great but the signature menu seems to hit the rights notes almost all the time anyway. The staff has always been super helpful and courteous too!

Hands down the best meal prep service I have used! These guys have made not only my prep but my offseason a breeze! The food is fresh and tastes amazing! I met Steve and Matt little over a year ago and knew instantly they were great people! They have been nothing short of amazing! Last year I competed three times meaning constant changes to my diet. They were always able to help me out even last minute! These guys have become more than just my meal prep service but life long friends! Excited for my upcoming prep because I know no matter what they got me covered!

Their price is very reasonable and they have a good variety of food. BUT... Im absolutely disappointed by the quality of their food. Nothing is properly cooked. My sweet potato fries were raw. Not just a few. Every single one. The zucchini and squash were also raw. Dont get me wrong, I like a good crunch in my vegetables, but not completely raw. Their pulled chicken was so tough and rubbery. I ended up throwing away half of the food I ordered. They dont really season their food, which I like. Everything is very bland, so you can add your own desired amount of sodium. If you dont care too much about the taste of the food and just want to get your macro in, this place will definitely work.

I was skeptical on meal prep and delivery services even a local one but I have ordered meals for the past month now and I am so glad I placed that first order! I love the meals!! My other half is vegan so I would be cooking just for myself which never really happened. I was eating mostly processed easy to prepare foods. Since replacing that awful habit with the meals from Platinum Prep I feel so much better. I am eating healthy, portion controlled meals without thinking about it. The cost is very affordable, I shop less, do not have to cook and have more time. Delivery has always been on time. Ordered for our family of four (20 meals) because I am tired of making 4 different meals each night/day. Portion sizes were perfect and so was the size of the container which easily fits into a lunchbox. When they arrived I did label them so it was easy for my family to grab what they wanted from the fridge. Everything was great except for the zucchini which was under cooked even after reheating it in the microwave for two minutes. Steve was very friendly and delivered to us and answered any questions we had. We will order again. Not having to shop and prepare this past week has been great for me. We had about 4 meals left which we have frozen. Very happy we gave it a try and would recommend to others. Thank you!

Was recommended by a coworker. He absolutely raved about it and I couldnt help but give it a try. I picked up the ahi tuna and the turkey meatloaf on my layover. The tuna was amazing and the portion was just right. I cant wait to get into that meat loaf on my trip back home. VERY reasonably priced for great tasting, clean food. Definitely ordering more.

Platinum Prep is an absolute must try! The food is always amazing and fresh. I try to order twice a week, and am never upset with anything. They are always extremely accommodating to my order. You are always welcomed with a smile and conversation when picking up you meals. Definitely give them a try, you wont be dissapointed.

The food is very good, and well-seasoned (though not over-seasoned). It tastes like it is made with all fresh, simple ingredients. The fact that they’ll deliver the meals is great, and it’s easy to pop a meal in the microwave and have a home-cooked style meal in a minute or so. The 4oz portions are a little small, but I realize their target market is diet-conscious, so it’s probably right on as far as that goes, and I’m not left feeling hungry after. The mobile site could be better, as it doesn’t explain much about what you are ordering or how the service works, and I would have liked some heating and storage instructions on the meals themselves (along with a guideline on how long they’ll last before using or freezing), but the service and product are great.

The Competition prep process is incredibly difficult, and its all about team work—an athlete simply cannot do this all on their own, especially with work and family and everything else thats life. So, when I found someone like the Platinum Prep team—who I feel is consistently going above and beyond to help me get through this grueling process—it literally gave me some relief, a glimmer of light to guide me to the end of the tunnel. They have played huge a role in the s epic victory I had this past weekend. Thanks so much guys!

Convenient, easy, and priced fairly. Keto, vegan, whatever you follow-You can customize your meals, based on your individual diet. I told myself that I would only try for 30 days, but I definitely will continue. My favorite is the Salmon, paired with Snap Peas.

Platinum Prep is hands down the best place to go for delicious, nutritious, custom made meals to fit any dietary plan. Besides having the tastiest meals around, the level of service that is provided is unlike any other. Whenever I walk in the door I am always greeted with smiles and great conversation; its like walking into your best friends house and hanging with the family... They are always accomidating and have made meals for me in a pinch when I forgot to order. FYI they also deliver to many areas.. I highly recomend giving them a try....
