Absolutely a terrible service, I was waiting to pay for my stuff 😒 and one guy I was nothing to do, and the other guy ( who was busy) tell the guy : can you help this person please ( me)And the guy said( and no am okay right now) he has nothing to do but just dont want help me,!!! I was like seriously? Im an busy person not like you my friend. So this is the last time when I come here

I wish AutoZone hired people that actually knew what they were doing. I walked in asking for some headlights for my 07 Prius. The best I got was a search on the web. Simple enough. Except the lights did not go to my car. If I go to a car place for my car. I expect people there to know a lil about cars. But it seems like all they do is do a quick search and give you whatever they think is right. Luckily I got my money back from a grey shirt, even then tho he said he would probably do the same thing as they dont actually know anything. Id say the only reason you should go to AutoZone is if you know what you are getting right away.

Very busy place but salepersonell are great and have good attitude considering the pressure.

I came here to charge my battery. They had a nice personal and it took 2hrs to fully charge my battery.

KIDS! and one that was itching to leave??!! Place opens at 7am! Wanted 3 car key batteries, of all places they had no small flat driver to open the key fob. Appeared to be more focused on personal matters than helping. KIDS!!

Horrible customer service half the employees here do NOT even know how to look up parts. The girl working today sold me an engine air filter when I asked twice for a cabin air filter had to come back and get what I actually needed. Seems to be an issue here since when I arrived there was another customer complaining about the same thing and the staff wouldnt refund customer and asked him to come back tomorrow. I would recommend going to ORielys or another location.

The employees are too busy talking to each other and laughing to provide any customer service. They giggle and have conversations while helping customers which then takes forever to complete one transaction.Some of those employees arent even wearing their mask properly.

He was very polite, not only did he assist in finding the correct light bulb for my headlight, but he was also kind enough to help me insert it being that I had no tools nor knowledge to do It myself. I have just moved to the area, so to see someone get out of their way to assist a customer is really nice to see in todays day and age.

I just went in to get four quarts of transmission fluid (not cheap) and a gasket /filter for my Neon. Their card really doesnt work unless you have points but this place is still good for a quick visit. I recommend Marcos Auto Parts almost across the street for more selections.

Great friendly place! Helped me with my emergency car issue. I did the work on it in their parking lot and they provided me with the tools I needed. One of the staff also came outside and assisted me and helped me with the issue! I truly appreciate them!

If I could give zero stars I would. This people are a waste of time. I ordered two sets of brakes and they told me to come at a certain time. When I got there: my order is not ready. As if I have time to be wasting. So unprofessional. Stay away from this disrespectful place unless you got time to waste.

Pretty accurate service. If you are not sure of what you are talking about they still try their best to help you out. To us ladies its complicated sometimes when it comes to vehicles lol. But with this type of service it makes us feel more confortable going to them for our vehicle needs.

Had my girlfriend stop by this location to return an item the we didnt need. (Reminder we had purchase the item 30min before, it was new still in the box). The clerk up at the front desk helping her began to give her attitude saying it was used even after the receipt was shown.After a few minutes of some back and forward between them he started to speak SPANISH thinking she didnt speak SPANISH. His tone got louder and louder as if trying to shame her in front of other customers.Complete GENDER DISCRIMINATION and then speaking spanish wow!Shocked by the service here never had this happen at any autozone.Avoid this location!!!

Gave me the wrong part 2 times..gave me wrong information where not friendly one worker walked away from me when I was asking for a part..dont recommend this auto zone. The one on Whittier Blvd in Montebello where very helpful and fast workers..

Bad customer service.Thers always a line and you dont know which line is paying or a customer service.Employees have a i dont care attitude.Theres no motivation to help and have the customers get their orders and move on.Its a fact customers dont come to autozone to kick it.so help us out and let us be on our way. If you call to place an order or check in stock.tney say yes.only to find out when you arrive at store that its not available.thats really frustrating.this store used to be fast used to have good service and the people used to know what their selling, now if you ask them anything all they do is read the computer promp. I mean thats terrible actually horrible. You ask about a hoze and they sell you anything that fits might as well sell you duct tape. ADVICE..know your customers..know your products..be fast and accurate. This is not a 99c store.

Worst place to buy parts. They sell you defective parts and it will ruin your vehicle. Cost you money for the truck a day after leaving your mechanic. Dont buy parts from Auto Zone.
