We brought our Honda Pilot to get repaired. Had several issues. The car was not detailed - had a film of dirt on inside and outside of car. Had to bring the car back. They aligned the front end, now the steering wheel is off-center, not done correctly. This is really annoying. The first time we brought our SUV there we had no issues. Disappointed.

Russo Brothers Auto Collision does a pretty good job at painting and in house repair… The only problem is that their quality assurance are run by monkeys… After a collision to the driver side front wheel. The fender, wheel, steering rack, control arms, and other adjacent surroundings were damaged. They did a pretty good job on installing and painting the damaged area which are the important part of any collision. The problem is that on the first day, I was supposed to pick up my car… The RIM was STILL damaged and the GT badge was never installed after painting. So I told one of the associates to look and confirm. The second day, they repaired the rim but never color matched it. Again, I told one of the associates to take a look and confirm. On the third day, everything looked fine so I gave the okay and took it home. After further inspection, the driver and passenger seats were dusted with black ashes, the steering wheel had some sticky residue, gas was nearly empty (1/15th left), and the wheel weights were somewhat different from the rest of the wheels. I am a proud owner of a 2006 Ford Mustang GT and this place is pretty poor on their quality assurance. This is my experience, yours could be different.

First time that I had a great experience with body shop. They took care of everything. Car came out like new and had even been detailed.

Braught car there once. And gave them another shot Within a few months started peeling. They dont tell you what there replacing or painting or buffing. They wont tell you how many layers of paint or what they could fix but refuse to and force you to buy the parts without asking and make you pay after. They would rather paint 25% one shade. Leave 60% the car original and the rest another shade and say they blend it. When a car has 80% of it scratched all but the back rear door And they dont paint the full car they say blending it works. Yea I have to say 6 year old paint and fresh paint dont look the same. They take advantage and over charge.

Good people but the schedule is garbage, weekends especially most people have off on SATURDAYS !! Who closes a Auto business at noon on a Saturday can’t even make it to the shop
