All Island Auto Glass is one of those deserving businesses. It all begins with Stacey who organized my entire job professionally and personably. She was great to work with and it made me comfortable leaving my car for repair. Even the registration and inspection stickers were reapplied neatly aligned. The cost of my windshield replacement was the best quote I had even from the big competitors. A major plus is that I could walk to the shop! All Island Auto Glass is a great find and one that I fully endorse.

Ive used All Island a few times and theyve always been very nice and helpful. They were able to take my insurance info and get the approval in the afternoon and then fix my windshield first thing in the morning.

Great job...office staff very nice and helpful..I always suspected the glass I got from Safelite wasnt the best because it seemed to crack very easily just from a pebble hitting it, hoping this glass is better and stronger. Happy to give my business to a local shop ..I will use All Island going forward for my glass needs..thanks for everything..

Professional Establishment and staff, the whole package. Quality work and punctual, doesnt get better than this.

Terrible customer service. Called them in advance with details of the situation, they told us to bring the car in. We bring the car in, they looked at it for a few minutes and then say they are not interested in helping us. Our request was to replace the rubber around all of the windows on vehicle. Something they are quite capable of doing as they are an automobile glass repair place. We were willing to pay whatever it would cost. We were not looking for it to be done immediately, an appointment could have been made. If they didnt want the job they should have told us over the phone before we trekked all the way over to them. It was not a difficult request to understand...replace all the rubber around the windows. Im guessing they only know how to take off broken windows and put new ones back in place. If youve ever had your windows repaired there, check your rubber seals cause this place obviously has no clue how to replace them by their own admission.

My car window was shattered in my offices parking lot Friday. Saturday morning, I called, and John was able to track down the correct glass for me very quickly. Because it was an emergency, I went to them, and as soon as it arrived, the glass was installed and I was sent on my way.The staff there was welcoming, saw to details like cleaning out the broken glass, and made sure I was ok while I waited. They were very professional, and made the process as easy as possible with excellent service and a personal touch.
