Small showroom but HUGE amount of hard parts. All major brands, no white box mutli line parts here. Some OEM Ford and Delco parts. Most parts have a limited lifetime warranty. Join Speedperks program for great discounts online and in store. They also support the local volunteer departments with special discounts with proper identification, just ask! Military discount as well with proper identification.Not sure where all those negative reviews are from, never a bad experience here!!!!!

A white man can get help inside the store but a colored man has to go online for help ...is this something new thats going on ? Worst customer service ive ever encountered with..im disappointed and cant believe what this world is coming too.

I stopped in for car mats and the selection was pretty slim and what was available wasnt the best quality or very appealing. Not sure if I will go back for anything else.

Very small but half the guys there are ok. The other half look at me like they dont want me to buy something. The Adv Auto on Jericho in Commack, those guys are all nice, courteous, bigger building and openly welcome you and ask if they can help you. This place needs some customer service training. PS I am a mechanic and am super friendly.

Lately when you go in, youre barely acknowledged by at least three people working there, doing something other than helping you. Sometimes they take a phone order while theyre helping you and it drags out the process. Happened to me more than once.

Everytime I look something up online with the ZIP code the website says that the store has it in stock I know when I get there they dont have the part in stock they tell me I can order it havent be there in a day or two but I just wasted my time and money coming out here the first time for nothing this is happened on more than one occasion

The shelves were empty, nothing in stock. I asked the person behind the counter if there was anymore motor oil. He stated back to me what ever is there. If I didnt really need the oil, I would have gone somewhere else.
