Mr. Tobacco Smoke Shop is great. Im a RYO customer for tubes and tobacco. They always have the tubes, tobacco and accessories I need. Great family staff and they also have extensive cigars and vape products.

Somesh in East Northport is the best! I was actually apologizing for the effort he put forth in making me feel comfortable with my purchase, he literally had stuff all over the counter explaining. All was done with enthusiasm and a smile seldom seen in any store I’ve ever been in.

I called this company around 10 AM this morning to ask a question and was met by an extremely rude and sarcastic individual… This purported businessman had the audacity to respond to me, when I asked if his store was open, “buddy, why do you think I’m answering the phone .“ I told him that it was possible he was answering the phone before opening… Told him there’s no need to be sarcastic and terminated the phone call… They just lost a customer!

This is your typical tobacco supply store. Easy to see right off of Jericho Turnpike servicing Northport and Dix Hills. A large store with its own parking lot. A large walk in humidor with plenty of fine cigars. Lottery tickets are sold here as well. Prices are reasonable. This is not a lounge, so no smoking allowed inside. Owners are not cigar smokers.

Read review and tried it out. Not sure why some people say they are nice. I wanted to spend some time to check out cigars. Owner comes in and makes believe he is doing something but is hawking me the entire time. Very uncomfortable. Spent about $80, I honestly cannot say they were nice at all, but they did thank me at the register.

Garys the man. Super friendly, and easy going. The shop has many varieties of cigars plus they got quick draw for all us that donate.

Terrible customer service. I was told to come back if i had issues and when I had an issue w an electronic that I am lucky lasted me one month

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The owner and everyone that works there is rude and doesnt care about anything you have to say when you buy faulty products from them. Not only do the products not work, the other mr.tobacco in smithtown sells the same products for less money. I do not recommend going here for anything.Edit: Again i had to go back to place for something because i was in a pinch and they continue to deliver terrible customer service and are completely rude while they do it.

I went there on 8-26-18 to play quick draw and the father asked me why im hanging out there, duh thats what you do when play qd..i said this is how u treat customers..ill take my business where its appreciatedThe son was nice, he needs to leave the father home

Disappointed in this place the Mr tobacco in smithtown is a quarter of the size but the customer service in there is better. This is a Huge place with alot of selection. Surprisingly has a big selection of pipe tobacco in bulk jars sold by oz. Unfortunately, a lot of the jars were poorly kept. Dried out and spotted mold in one of the jars. Skipped on the bulk tobacco because of what I saw. They had a decent selection of pipe tobacco tins and alot of the low end bagged bulk pipe tobacco brands. They have a separate room for cigars and had a pretty nice selection, once again some of the cigars seemed a tad dry but not ruined. They even have vape and glassware if you are into that. This place also has seating but its for the lotto players because they do not allow smoking inside. An enormous place like this that has a good selection of pipe and cigar stuff that has seating but doesnt allow smoking makes no sense...The biggest detractor would be that the people running this place are not smokers. Did not seem to have much knowledge of the products and when asking about some of the jar tobacco before I spotted the mold and was handed crispy tobacco....the person helping me was trying to convince me to buy a blend with try this it smells great. Couldnt tell me what the blend consisted of. Didnt even realize the tobacco was dried out to a crisp... had to read the label to describe the blend which I could read for myself...SMH. Red flag for me. Atleast in the Mr Tobacco in smithtown, the people in there know what they are selling, Ill stick to them
