Had my old broken wooden fence replaced with vinyl. The fence came out great. The workers came and did an amazing job. It was completed in one day and removed all the old fence and nothing was left behind. I was worried I was not going to be able to afford to go with vinyl and would have to get wood again, but they worked with me and it only cost a little more to go with something that will last many more years. Very happy with the work and would definitely recommend

This review is not about quality of work this company does because I never used them to review that, but the lack of professionalism is what this review is about. I needed an estimate for over 300ft Of vinyl fence around my yard (decent job). Had this guy Lou call me to set a date and time which we agreed on a certain time. The day of appointment Lou calls me almost 2 hours early to tell me he is coming. When I told him I wasn’t available due to working from home which is why we agreed on a later time, he dismissed me quick and said he has other jobs to attend to and won’t make it then unless he comes at that moment. I then quickly went out my way to clear my schedule For the next hour and called Lou back exactly 15 minutes later to tell him I can accommodate his time. He didn’t answer so I went ahead and texted him as well. He still never got back to me even by text and totally ignored me. Well this company just lost my business and at least a $10k job quick! This is not how you make new clients Lou. I will be using another company who will be more then happy to accommodate a new customer.

I’m leaving a review and I hope someone sees this before hiring them! I had a guy name Tom give me an estimate. I told him I was interested in hiring them since it was my third estimate and I just wanted to get the job done ASAP. All I wanted was a gate and a small piece of fencing (8ft) total. Tom said he needed 1/3 down I gave it to him and he said they would be in touch within 1 to 3 weeks of starting. The guys came to install put up the fence and the gate was wrong. I asked for small ladders on the gate only and they came with the solid gate. They said they needed money that day even though the job was not complete. My mistake for paying them in full assuming they would be back ASAP with a new gate how long would that take. I was then told I had to give them another $150 because they had to send somebody back with the right gate. I argued with them because it was not my mistake. Tom did not write the right information on the estimate. They would not come back unless I agree to give them another hundred dollars. I told them three or four times over the next three weeks that I had an open gate with a pool in my backyard and children living next-door to my home and they did not care. Tony put me off for three weeks making me worry about this open gate. And shaking me down for the other hundred dollars of his mistake.! I learned a lot from this company. #1 check reviews #2 never never pay in full until the job is complete. This is the first time I felt I needed to write a review to save someone else from hiring them!!!

They tried to shake me down for more money because I needed the job done before the 4th of July. Horrible business ethics.
