Brian and Hodge were both extremely helpful and honest above all else. If there is one quality which stands out in businesses such as this it is honesty, of which Brian did not disappoint. He took his time to walk me through the various snowblower options and gave his honest opinions on each regardless of price point or application. We eventually settled on a specific model and he was kind enough to go above and beyond in the setup and maintenance overview. I am a grateful and satisfied customer and would recommend the business to anyone.

My snow thrower was not working so I called to have it repaired. They picked it up, fixed it and delivered it within 2 1/2 days at a very reasonable price. Ive used it in two snow storms since and it has worked perfectly. Ill definitely be using them for my other yard equipment.

The item was repaired, but the customer service leaves to be desired. Not sure if this is the norm, but any auto repair shop discusses the repairs and costs before simply going forward without your authorization and then simply presenting you with a bill, like this shop did to me.

Brought a 2 year old snowblower for repair and service for a leaking oil and gas Nov 2014, it took at least a month for them to bring it back. it was ok, i didnt mind because its not winter yet. first snow storm of January 2015 which is the 24th noticed that it was leaking oil and gas and called them back to fix the problem. it was prompt because they took it within an hour of my call. I called 26th of January at 9 am just to get an update, they said they will call me in the afternoon, i didnt get any courtesy call as i was getting worried that it wont come to me on time as a big blizzard are coming our way and me and my wife are both Registered Nurses and are required to go to work the following morning. i called maybe 2 to 3 times just to get an update but the last time, this guy (must be the manager) became obnoxiously rude and stating that i was annoying. it was very unprofessional and lacked empathy. i didnt even get a single apology, after paying almost $200 in repair, service and delivery that they failed to fix the problem.I always believe in local businesses, i took my snowblower at Northport Power and Equipment just because of that. i would like to let the owners know that their staff needs to treat their costumers right, answer the phone correctly and politely, and do their job. Then maybe youll get a 5 star from me.
