A great place to get any of your auto parts I have been in there several times and they always help me

Terrible. Had to go there over 4 times. They sold me bad parts that were already broke and they suppose to been brand new then had to wait 3 days to get it. I would not recommend that store or company

The Lady there is rude, disrespectful, shes more worried about her selling ticket dropping than actually helping with whatever the customer needs.Same goes for that manager who sits behind the computer all day never offers to help always sitting there 24/7

Very very poor customer service….. this man or possible manager wouldn’t even come from behind the counter while doin nothing to help me! He was sooo nasty and very rude. …. After saying hello….Asks me what do I want?? And convinced another coworker to disregard me. I would never go back to that store ever again!!!!

My experience was excellent at patchogue store. Rep. Keith was very helpful in explaining which battery my truck required and the differences between them. Of course he installed it. Hats off to Keith.

The manager Keith is a great personIve bought a car battery and staff installed it and this visit was my headlight and Keith installed it for me. This store in East Patchogue is the best

Female worker is not right

The best place to go! Went in to get windshield wiper blades yesterday (5/2) and dont think ive ever been in and out of a store so quick before. I was greeted as soon as i walked in and got immediate assistance to make sure i got the right ones. The associate was really nice and quick. He even came outside in the rain to help me put them on. My only issue.... i found out after the fact that the associates are not supposed to accept tips. Sorry but as i said the guy was in the rain helping me. If i want to throw him a few bucks for being helpful, then i should be allowed to and the associate shouldnt be worried about getting in trouble. Will definitely be coming here for all quick fixes for my car :)

Has a very large inventory of car parts and if it isnt in stock they will make sure they find it in the next nearest autozone. Great sales on tools, oil, etc. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff too.

I waited until my third visit to leave a poor review in hopes that it was just an off day. Every time I’m here someone has an issue and it seems all the staff goes to help that one person or at least watch. That leaves the rest of the customers waiting on line. I have watched multiple people out there stuff back and walk out. The store must be severely understaffed or just really poorly managed

If I could leave zero stars I would. My boyfriend was just in the store on line for about a half an hour. None of the staff acknowledged him. When he finally asked if he was going to be helped he was met with attitude by ine if the staff members saying “I was going to get to you.” He then proceeded to tell my boyfriend not to do this right now and began punching the counter. The manager who was oresent said nothing except for the employee to calm down. Very unprofessional staff. Very rude. I will never take my business to this location again.

I came in for a part last week was told it would be here Saturday called on Sunday to see if it was here was put on hold for more than 20 mins drove to the store and saw that there were no one and it was not busy but I WAS STILL ON HOLD I asked why I was on hold for more than 20 mins and was told immediately to talk to a manager when finally I did talk to a manager I was told my part is not here I talked to a district manager and had time to write this complaint and IM STILL AT THE STORE do not DO NOT COME HERE
