This place is very unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend no one here. Everyone who works here is rude, and the guy who installed the alarm on my car didn’t do the job right. Now my alarm is malfunctioning and causing my car to not start up because the incorrect wiring is draining power. They refuse to help me out in this situation. The guy going to tell me that he doesn’t work on alarms and the guy that does is out of country. How unprofessional!

Stay away. Got 2 12 in subs installed my check engine light has not gone off since I take it to the dealership turns out they hooked my speakers to the the ignition fuse 🤦🏽♂️. Completely fried my fuse box now I have to get a whole new fuse box .
The worst experience ever. I was told that a special kit was needed to be bought before getting my radio installed. The owner said he’ll call me in a couple days when it arrives. Two weeks later, the kit still never came. He didn’t tell me until after my card was charged it was coming in from China. This was after upping the price on my 3 different times. Customer service was absolutely horrible. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. So much more I could say about them but don’t feel like typing.

My the Head Civil Engineer of the State so my schedule is extremely tight. I called the CSP Audio on a Sunday and they were actually open. They fit me into their busy schedule to trouble shoot why my subwoofers weren’t playing. They discovered my amp was out and sold me new one and I’m leaving a very satisfied customer in and out less than 30 minutes. Their prices are great and their CUSTOMER SERVICE was off the charts. Good Customer Service and is hard to find this days and good prices. If I every have a audio problem CSP will be my only stop.Thank you fellows.

I called around to get somebody to do my radio I was happy that this guy accepted but he overpriced me way for radio and and price for labor also my radio stopped working wont my radio works but my speakers went out so I cant even enjoy this radio I will say that he got it done in a reasonable time but yeah overpricing and definitely need to do better work I recommend going someone else unless you have to get your radio done as soon as possible like I did

Customer service starts before a customer enters the shop it starts with a phone conversation. I called this establishment to ask what’s the process with getting audio installations with this company (and that’s the question I asked when this gentleman answered the phone) his bluntly response was what do you have? I told him I didn’t have anything, his response was what are you looking for I can’t help you if you don’t have any information the way he said it was so disgusting I didn’t want to go further with the phone conversation. When people are calling these establishments with questions it’s because we don’t know, if I knew how to install my own radio I wouldn’t be looking for a company to do it. I called a place in Roswell and I asked the same exact question and this guy took over the conversation by first asking me what type of car I have and he told me everything I’d need and how they do things on the shop that’s what customer service is about. I try to help and work with our people but we don’t know how to treat each other so I’ll take my hard earned money elsewhere and it’ll be appreciated.
Stopped by to troubleshoot why my subwoofer stopped beating. The owner quickly acknowledged me and started working on my car within 15 minutes. He diagnosed my problem and fixed the issue in 10 minutes and had me on my way without much out of pocket. Will stop by again if ever I have audio needs for my car. Quality business setup.

I came and spent 450 and it barely plays I make any turns in my car it shut off. I called and ask them to look at the wiring and he wanted another 200 even though he blew out my dash lights on my 02 honda civic and didnt even put a frame around the radio. Terrible place
These guys installed my siren/PA for my security vehicle. They are quick and professional. They did a great job and I would recommend them to anyone.
Not really as “professional “ as these reviews make it seem. These reviews are actually what made me stop by but once I got in the area I begin to lose faith. I needed to get a speaker checked and LED lights fixed on my Mercedes-Benz CL 550 with 22’ Forgies and Pirelli PZero Nero Gt tires and expected to get taken advantage of because of the name of the car. Well he did just that and wanted to charge me $100 for a $40 job! I had aftermarket LED installed 3 years ago for $145 and they had to remove the bumper to wire everything up. Now those lights blew out and I brought the same lights and need them swapped out. The wiring and hard part was done so all I needed is for someone to unhook and reconnect the lights. This man told me ... It would be a “hun’ed”! I said what as if I didn’t make it out because I just knew it wasn’t a hundred dollars he was meaning. Sure enough it was! He wants $100 just to reconnect lights. You have to beware of unprofessional business owners like this who will just throw numbers at you like that. That means they will size you up and base the price on what they think you can afford. If you drive a nice car I would stay clear of this shop!

Called on a Sunday when most other installation places were closed. They told me I could come in and they would assess what I wanted done and begin the work if I chose to. Not only was Adrian and his team able to complete the whole install on my 1974 Cadillac Eldorado, they gave me a very fair price. I highly recommend them as they got the job done quickly and properly. Communication and customer service is important for me and they provided me with both so I highly recommend them for any car stereo installations.
My radio randomly stopped playing one morning and I called CSP audio and they told me to come up to the shop so they could assess the issue. When I arrived I received fast and prompt service, they quickly figured out what was wrong and had me in and out the shop within an hour. Would definitely recommend and come back again!

I had bought a 2007 Toyota Camry it had a touch screen radio cd DVD player in it the only thing was wrong with the radio u play v103 are radio it make noise so I bought a new one it worked u just here like Static so I wanted some clear an I can play music I bought speaker an all I took my car to CSP Audio on 2925 Headland dr ste 405 Eastpoint ga 30344 on 7/31/2020 I was there at 1030 he didn’t open until after 11 I talked to him over the phone he gave me a price of 110 to install when I got there it went up to three hundred I said can u just install my radio I will come back an let u do the speaker an carmea I was rushing trying to get to my cousin funeral he installed the radio am an fm still didn’t work but my Bluetooth work so it was ok until I got back with him I called the man two are three days later he told me to come up there cause he do so many cars I told him about the radio an I ask him where is my old radio at cause I could have keep it in the radio was playing better then the new one he said come up I did on Friday soon I pull up he start going off about my radio talked to him calm he no he took my radio so I called the police going to go to court about my radio police said take him to civil court I have witnesses he not go take from me an talk to me any kind of way about my items not right feel I’m a girl an I was rushing to a funeral u go get me no I need my radio then go say it was cheap no it wasn’t got dvd screen in the car the radio was a dvd CD player touch screen I want my radio an for him to fix the new one right he didn’t connect the Antenna are some the radio new it’s not playing any station he don’t want to fix that problem an got 30 days warranty no it any go work
This place is awesome. I went in there not knowing what to expect since I had never had a car stereo installed before. But I found that Bo was very helpful and knowledgeable about car stereos. When he called me out there to look at the finished product, I was astounded. I didn’t think the installation would look that clean and polished. I highly recommend going to this place if you need a car stereo installation.

Dealer hooked us up with this company to install after-market backup camera on 2017 F-150. They were courteous and on time - they didnt have the correct part in stock on the first attempt but they kept in touch and came back out and finished the install a week later once the part came in. Very happy with the service. I didnt personally shop around and even though I felt the price was a little high, I am happy with the final product and the company overall. Would recommend 9/10.
