Honest they dont even deserve a star, the eye doctor herself is very unprofessional, talks to the patients like they are stupid and she knows better than them because she went to school. I went and got my vision test and I gave a wallet size cars with all my insurances on it station what they do and she billed the wrong one still. She tried to rectify it saying they did nothing wrong even though my insurance said theirs selves they dont understand why she sent us the bill. Anyways I went through hell trying to sort this mess out but still thr doctor deny being wrong and refuses to even try to fix the issue. I switched doctors and highly recommend you go see another doctor if you can.

I highly recommend anyone that goes to this center or even thinking about going to this center to go elsewhere.because this eye doctor is unprofessional and not well educated to even be in her position.she will definitely give you a false diagnosis simply because she has very little to no knowledge in her field shes positioned inTHIS A SOUNDING OF AN ALARM WARNING TO EVERYONE!!!!

Very disappointed in service. They broke my childs glasses and threw a waiver in my face. I walked out with a pair of useless glasses.

I highly recommend this location. The staff were friendly and got my lenses back within a week. Please keep the consistent service.

Very Ghetto unprofessional smart mouth workers in Vision & Glasses.

The doctor was perfunctory, at best. I was diagnosed with astigmatism, for the first time in my life. Surprisingly, after being made to put in contacts for astigmatism, they were quite uncomfortable. Because I do not have it. I asked for my usual contacts and was only allowed to order the ones the doctor prescribed. I was told theyd be in in a week, its been a month and Im going to cancel the order. Stars are for the front office/optician (the glasses store staff) because they were very friendly and nice.

Vision Center customer service SUCKS ! I had the worsst service possible with someone with a terrible attitude, her name was Desire. She wasted 2 of my days trying to tell me my contacts wasn’t there and I that ordered from a different place after I paid $120 at this location weeks prior!! I had to speak with someone else & they finally found my contacts witch made her look dumb, I can’t believe someone tried so hard to be an evil person like her !

I do not recommend this place at all. I’ve worn glasses my whole life so i know what exactly i feel comfortable with and what i don’t. I have always gotten my glasses at Walmart vision center in Morrow ga. But yesterday afternoon my glasses broke so i needed them fixed urgently because i cannot see a thing w/o them. So i decided to stop by this Walmart vision center in east Point since its closer to me. I went and asked if they could fix them and the first thing the man said was no and the only thing i could do was buy new frames that were the same size as my lens. So he gave me two options. Option 1& option 2. He kept telling me option 2 looked better on me but that maybe i couldn’t afford them because they cost $48 compared to option 1 which were only $17. I don’t care about the price as long as I’m comfortable with them. So the he showed me an option 3 but i didn’t like the color so i said no. And he kinda laughed and said of course there too expensive for you. I felt a little uncomfortable with the way he kept saying that but i just ignored that and kept taking my time to decide. Then he said i was too picky with my glasses. And of course i have to take my time to decide because im the one wearing them all day, everyday. I want to feel comfortable with them. So i choose option 1. He laughed and said duh you would pick those. He went back and put my lens into the new frames. Came back and i paid them. And left. As I was walking around the store and started to feel the glasses kind of funny. They felt very crooked . So I decided to look at myself in the mirror . I noticed one side was a little bit crooked than the other side. So I want back m to see him if he could fix it. I simply told him that one said felt different than the other one. And he just kept saying look at me look at me. So i would i was tryna to explain how i felt them and he just kept interrupting me and saying they were fine. But i didn’t feel comfortable at all. So i got frustrated and i wanted to leave so them my mom asked to see the the option 2 and we’ll just buy those as well because he didn’t want to give me my money back for option 1. Even though i had just worn them for about 5min. So then he took the new glasses and said he’ll fix them. I said okay, i simply told him fix the side that looks crooked. And he went back and bended them up like cat glasses. That was not what i asked for . I got so frustrated i wanted to leave. He then said buy that other ones so i was . Then this other worker came and was going to put my lena i to the new frames i was gonna buy now since he had now bended the option 1 and them she said those frames didn’t fit my lens but he had just gave me those two options!!! So then i told her and he said i told her they were too small but he had picked them his self but said they would fit. So i just said okay that fine and left. The was he treated me and yelled at me in not they was they should be treated there clients. It made me feel like he was only trying to make money instead of acting helping me.

I had a pleasant screening. However, when I returned later to purchase contacts I received conflicting information that prohibited me from ordering. I was also told that I had to do another exam even though mines wasnt expired for five months. I tried to reason with them that I only had one contact in and in desperate need of ordering. I didnt understand the circumstances of me having to pay for another office visit and exam, except for this being a greedy business who doesnt care about their patients.

I tried to get contacts with my prescription & I was told that I had to have a whole new eye exam! I politely declined & told them I would call LensCrafters & receive a real eye exam with the latest equipment 💋

Horrible doctor NGOODY . Terrible stank attitude and very bad at her job, gave a bad prescription and was rude about it . Don’t go
