The owner is rude, constantly watches over you, and everything is overpriced. better off going to beauty master camp creek or greenbrier.

The main guy who works the store is rude.I pay him and he has the nerve to not hand me my purchase.Hes too busy counting change and actin rude.Hes always rude to me.Stands there and looks at me crazy.Looking at me like im an animal.

Been going here for years. The owners are very nice. Tad bit small but I love the fact that they remember their customers by face.

The owner is SO rude, he constantly watches over your back, always thinking that everyone wants to steal from the store, sometimes you can catch him when hes in a good mood but 9 times out of 10 he wont let you find what youre looking for, if youre standing in the store looking for something, he will get suspicious and start asking you tons of questions. I do not suggest this as a first choice beauty supply store, and If you go in I suggest already keeping in mind what you want, buy it and leave or else youll be very uncomfortable with the owner keeping his eyes on you.

This beauty supply is great if you need to run in for something specific needle and thread or a couple packs of braiding hair, other than that this place has very little selection. And let me add that the selection they do have is overpriced or subpar.

This place is complete crap. Went in to buy some hair dye and bleach. And as my sister is choosing out the color she wants, the Man (the owner) was constantly standing behind us so closely and watching over our backs the entire time. He constantly asks us if we needed anything even though we denied his help since we knew exactly what we wanted before coming in (which is something you need to do before coming here because the owner literally does not let you look at the stuff and rushes you to get out), we knew we wanted hair dye but we still needed to decide on a color and He continues following us around the store at an unusual space between us and himself and it gets so uncomfortable to shop there and we tell him that we were just picking out a color and he proceeds to say OK leave then come back. Really? That is so rude, we could have went in and got what we wanted quickly had he not been following us and making us uncomfortable. No to mention that this is NOT only time Ive been this uncomfortable in the store, been coming here for 9 years and the owner thinks that every customer is trying to rob the store. I get really bad anxiety even coming here because I HAVE to know what I want before coming in since its IMPOSSIBLE to just stand there and decide what you want. I wish I could be exaggerating but this is so real, going in here is so overwhelming because of this man, you feel rushed, and accused of stuff you dont do, its so uncomfortable to shop this way, and he definitely crossed the line by kicking us out just for standing there for 2minutes to find a product.

This is the worst place to ever want to visit to buy supplies! Man tells you to hurry up out his store and they over price. Just trying to get over on black ppl! Dont ever spend your money here!
