But they arrived very quickly in that emergency situation, even the price was very reasonable. Best emergency locksmith we’ve ever used! Highly recommend!

The previous locksmith who replaced my door lock was not skilled. It was not up to the mark. So, I called Urban Automotive Locksmith up and got the lock changed again. Now I am satisfied and could live peacefully.

Read the signs, read the reviews!!!THEY DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE...When someone had happen you dont need another bad experience to make you feel worst. Yes, I messed up and locked my keys in the car. Called these guys cause they were the closest to me but I guess the outsource their service. They told me that their prices start at $35 plus a $15 fee for each call, but the final price would be given by the driver when he contacted me because it depends on the car (bad sign #1).Well, he contacted me and told me he would be there in 40 minutes, but when I asked for the price he couldnt give me over the phone (bad sign #2).After 45 minutes the company called and said he was running late (bad sign #3).After 1 hour and 16 minutes he called to say he couldnt find the place, and everytime I tried explaining he couldnt stop taking to say he found it but he didnt, and this lasted another 15 minutes (bad sign #4).When he finally got there he complained that he was sitting in traffic for one hour and got his tools out then told me that the price would be $149 + $15 (bad sign #5).I told him what the company quoted for the job and that the price was allot different, so he said that it was that high because he had to drive for an hour to get there (bad sign #6).I told him that I had called them because they were the closest to me, in the same city I was in, but that didnt seem to matter.I then received a text from the company asking how was my experience, so I told them all of this and got not response or reply at all (worst sign). Why would you ask and not even acknowledge you received my comment.So today I sent them a message asking if they received my comment, if it mattered to them or if it mattered that I share on Google and Yelp.I guess you know that they never replied.Maybe now they will 🤷🏽‍♂️

I am speechless. Why? Because I never thought I would find myself an emergency locksmith during holidays. WOW! The technician came to my aid at 10 pm, yes, that’s right. The work was completed in a flash, and the price was not even that high. These guys are available 24/7, and I am recommending them to everyone.

Only reason I didnt give them 5 was. because the price was a little high but the person was here about 20 minutes before the scheduled time (plus for me Im a military brat) very nice and quick. Would definitely use again.

As soon as I called back for an estimate for a previously scheduled appointment they suddenly ghosted me. During my initial call they were rude and seemed to have a strong desire to avoid talking about price.EDIT: After being transferred between three people and spending 28 minutes on hold they hung up on me. Avoid this company. Watch the CBC marketplace special on Locksmith scams. Learn how an ethical locksmith behaves. This company is flashing warning signs from that special. I dont for instance believe that this company is actually large enough to require the phone tree and automated systems they pretend to have. Nor do I believe they actually have them. The hold line is generic leaving out any company name. What i believe is happening is that the operator will play a recording of a hold line, but if you listen carefully you can actually hear voices of people speaking nearby when the recording was made. Please dont use this company. You are likely to get price gouged.

Very aggressive. I called for an estimate they called me multiple times with gorilla tactics to offer a discount when I told them I was shopping around. Women should beware of intimating tactics.

I wish I could leave a ZERO! We stood outside for hours waiting on a locksmith, being given a new 1 hour window each time we called after waiting the hour! Right into the middle of the night! Finally came at 7 am the next morning. Charged $185 for a locksmith gave a $15 tip, total $200. Looked at my card statement to see an extra charge of $185. Immediately called only to be transferred to a call center that after 15 mins said the person wasn’t available. Each time I called back to get help I was transferred back to the line before I could complete a sentence or just hung up on! After an hour and showing up to pretty much an abandoned car repair shop. I was able to convince someone to actually listen and was told we have logged your concerns and a manager will call you back to assist! It doesn’t take an hour to have done that in the first place! This was the absolute WORST customer service EVER! I will NEVER use them again if needed and don’t suggest anyone else use them either!

My dad was traveling to Georgia last week and accidentally got himself locked out of the car. We contacted this local locksmith service company, they arrived and unlocked the car within 20 minutes. Highly recommended!

I was quoted $40-$60 when I called the office. And when the gentleman showed up to get me in my truck it was $150! He was less than a mile away from his last stop, and it only took him 10 minutes. Didn’t have any keys cut, or major problems. The gentleman that got in my truck was great! He was magically able to knock $50 off of the price.... Talk about price gouging! Merry Christmas!

This is the second time when I called Urban Automotive Locksmith for installing their very strong lock system at my home. Previously, they have installed the security lock at my office and by seeing their work, I decided to call them again and glad to say that, nothing has changed this time also as the technicians were brilliant with their work. I called them a moment ago (12/15/2019 around 12:05AM) to help a family in need (with two children) a few blocks from my street unlock their car, and the lady literally hung up the phone on me! Wow. What a way to do business. That said, Im so glad that I didnt give them my $, because I called another company immediately after, and not only were they respectful, their quote and service was excellent! Unless you enjoy talking to someone wholl hang up on you, avoid this company; they have enough competitors that you shouldnt have to deal with the disrespect!

Called Urban Automotive Locksmith to fix my jammed lock problem and the locksmith did a fabulous job. Also, the price he charged to me was quite reasonable. 5 stars!!
