Ive used their services before and had no issues so when a friend was looking for a place that was affordable and close by I recommended this place off the strength of the last minute previous experience that I had with them. My friend inquired for rates & info over the phone and was given a specific time to come in, in order to begin the rental process before closing & he was told that as long as the paperwork was filled out and deposit was put down it was fine for me to come and assist with the transportation of the rental chairs with my truck once I got off work. Unfortunately my friend found out once he arrived that a state ID cannot be used and A drivers license was required for rental which was not explained to him over the phone but despite the inconvenience and miscommunication he still wanted to utilize their services so I offered to use my drivers license and name to secure the rental since the chairs would be transported to and from the venue using my vehicle and be in my care ultimately until the next morning at dropoff. So waiting for me to get off my friend left and then he and I returned before closing literally less than an hour from the time he originally left. Instead of allowing me & my friend the common decency of understanding the situation that was caused by their direct miscommunication once we arrived 3 minutes before closing to them walking out of the door and greeted with an older man saying youve got to be kidding me and a stale and simple hey how can I help you ? Shortly followed by a “sorry were closed, all of the computers are shut down, come back tomorrow from the same woman who spent time with my friend IN PERSON less than an hour ago. Keep in mind before we arrived I took the time to leave work & call them to speak with them myself and was told over the phone to come in person by 3pm by the woman at the desk, so at this point BOTH the women & male at the location were aware of this situation and Knew we would be in route to them. The attitude and tone they gave to us when we arrived was extremely dismissive, they completely acted like they had never seen my friend before & at the moment we realized what exactly we were dealing with. No accountability, from the older women & gentlemen, & definitely no backup or defense from their employee who was on the phone that we literally watched avoid us when we walked up. I will not spend a dime again with this place and I will make sure to never recommend them to anybody else no matter how affordable they are. I want all other black & Poc to understand that this place is serving prejudice with a smile. Go where your money is appreciated and NOT TOLERATED! I wish I would have seen the yelp reviews about how rude theyve been to other people before us today, before I even wasted my time and money visiting this place the first time.

Me and my family are very happy with this company. Every time we have a family gathering we go get our table and chairs from here and they never disappoint. Cindy is always so nice and explains everything. We really appreciate the service we always receive.

This is your go to party rental facility for the south side of Atlanta. Prices are very affordable and their pick-up process is streamlined and quick (they also deliver). We needed a small last minute rental for a cookout, just tables and chairs. We called same-day and every other company within a 20 mile radius was sold out. All Event had exactly what we needed. I was able to order over the phone and retrieve my items within 40 minutes. My time at the facility was less than 15 minutes from paying to pick-up. I was not able to pay over the phone with my credit card. Unsure if that is the policy or because I had a last minute order. Either way, a great experience and I will use their services again.

Equipment is severely dated

I cannot begin to say how good and dependable these folks are.. I have been renting from them for over since 2009 and they have been very helpful... The older gentleman on the generator side and the lady at the main store who was lately joined by the owners son are always helpful and friendly.. I rent BBQ grills from them twice a year and lately for the past 2 years generators which we needed to use the facility we rented for the holiday weekend... They are great and will go back anytime... Satisfaction guaranteed with them....

They have Everything..easy rental process

The drink dispenser was peeling (the silver plating). And to add insult to injury, when my husband went to return the items, they charged us again because the items were returned on Saturday (afterThanksgiving)! What company doesn’t allow a 1 day grace period after a major holiday??? They won’t have to worry about my money in the future.UPDATE.... All Event Rentals reached out to my husband and apologized for the drink dispenser going out and for charging for an extra day. They have issued a refund for that day. I truly appreciate their efforts and I feel 100% better.

I hired All Event Rentals of Atlanta to provide equipment for a 5k fundraiser the organization I work for was hosting this past weekend 04/30/16. We have dealt with many rental companies, but All Event was the best by far. Jason was kind and flexible through a small hiccup we experienced with the venue and offered up a lot of help for next years venue, and Travis and his setup partner were fun, energetic and got the job done quickly. Best experience with a rental company ever.

Poor customer service. I placed an order for my companys benefit meeting. I received a quote but the date on it was incorrect. I called to verify whether they could accommodate the correct date and I was told to submit a drivers license to confirm the order and I would get a call back on the date and to complete the rental process. I notified them that I would be out of the office for a week and gave an alternate contact number to who to contact in my absence. Almost 2 weeks later I return to find out the return call was never made and the order was never placed!! And of course theyre now sold out of the items I need 3 days before the event. I was told that the order wasnt placed because I didnt pay the 50% deposit, but none of that was mentioned in the phone call. Why tf would I pay a deposit before knowing if the date could be accommodated? Still havent received any responses to the 3 emails I sent prior to all of this.

I was able to get what I needed very fast. The process was smooth and I didnt have to worry about rushing to return equipment the next day.

Good place to rent ítem for wedding and parties

I went to Alll Event Rentals because of the great reviews on Google. Had I gone to Yelp to read those reviews as well I would have gone somewhere else. My husband and I rented 25 white folding chairs from them for our Christmas dinner. They were a good price. Comparable to what we found around town. After the dinner and everyone was gone I started to noticed gashes and marks on the floor around the house on our hardwood floors. I immediately walked to every place in our home where wed placed a chair and sure enough there was a gash, scratch or gouge in the floor in EVERY place. We turned over every chair to find that EVERY plastic tip at the bottom of the chairs were warped or worn down and exposing the metal from the chair. When people sat in them they went into the wood. I went to calmly return the chairs on Monday and both the lady at the counter and the owner Mr. Causey said It Was OUR Fault! They dont make the chairs and they are not responsible for defects of an item. What? I explained to them that this was not a chair defect but a result of the chairs not being maintained with heavy use. This is negligence. I explained to them because the protective tips were worn down they did not protect the chair from scratching the floors. I even showed him pictures of the damage in the multiple places and he shrugged it off and said the best he could do was give us our $40 back but it wasnt his fault. It was our fault for using chairs we rented from your reputable business and not looking at them to ses if they were usuable first!? We have AT LEAST $1,000 worth of damage to our floors (if were lucky) and he offered us $40. He didnt even care. This is NOT how you do business. I dont care how many 4 and 5 star reviews a company has. Their character lies in how they treat EVERY customer. He didnt even apologize. Be Aware! If you are rent something and it is damaged they will not help you. Check each and EVERY item you rent BEFORE you leave also read the back of the forma you sign because that is where their disclaimer is.
