This rest stop was very clean and organized. The staff was friendly and they had a larger variety of stuff compared to a normal gas station rest stop

Fresh coffee can be found here. They have a lot of different types of coffee available. They do not offer a fat free/skim milk option. They have regular half and half and whole milk for dairy options. Creamer they have hazelnut, Irish cream and sweet cream cups you can add. Sweeteners they have a good variety of splenda off brand, sweet n low, equal and regular sugar packets. Nice place nearby our pocono resort. Good price and coffee. Add a fat free dairy option and its a 5 star cup of coffee. 👍👌

I went to Turkey Hill over the weekend and I noticed that they don’t take care of the property like the grass hasn’t been cut it just looks bad when you approach a business like that you wonder what the inside of the stores going to look like

I try to avoid this store if possible. The staff is friendly and the good stops there. The property outside is not maintained, the bathrooms are not clean, the coffee area is usually pretty trashed, then on top of it all they are more expensive than other gas stations in the area.

Gas prices are always to high. It should be alot lower based on todays Price of barrel of oil which is 18.00 a barrel. That would translate to about 1.50 a gallon of gas. There are quick to raise the price but take forever to lower it. Price gouging.

As Im looking through these ratings I see most people have the some complaint that I do. Very cranky employees that treat the customers very unprofessionally. I ask the cashier 1 simple question & instead of explaining with a professional answer I get if you dont like it you can go to someone elses line Then the manager whos a nasty guy also sticks up for the employee. Very unfriendly staff altogether!

Every time I walk into the store Im a truck driver tween 4 and 6 is a woman that says shes the manager name is Shadaia always yelling at her employers The woman seems not to know what shes doing its really disrespectful To yell at employees in front of customers on professional she should have a job when you treat people like that period. I am waiting for a call back from the district manager I dont even wanna be notified by the district manager I wanna be notified by somebody higher

3rd time in the last few months I got my credit card skimmed from this turkey hill... Going to have to change stations until you figure out how to make the gas pumps safe

I do frequent the mini mart but no longer buy gas here. Most of the staff do seem a little grumpy, but then again its a gas station not Macys.

This Turkey Hill gives 3 cents off discount when you use Turkey Hill card. The staff gets confused when you attempt to purchase printed lottery tickets. They quickly become ill numerate.. Now the card is obsolete and you now have to download the Application to your phone.

9/4 CLOSED DUE TO UPPER MANAGEMENT!?!? HELLO??? Just a skimpy sign in the window... people are trying to pump gas... at least put some tape or cones up showing u guys have abandoned ship 🤬

Just stopped for fuel and a snack.

The storms when we are without power for days they are open with a generator going thats the 4 stars. The lines are long the waiting is horrible only a few ppl are there to really work. Theres an old handicap man who works the register hes nasty rude and slow as a turtle. He needs to be off the cash register and maybe stick or make coffee. The deli sucks I mean really gross not like it isnt clean its just cheap meat and cheeses. They should make it a sheets but if you want good food drive to wawa

Great location, right by Fernwood Resort. The gas prices are good - with a free Turkey Hill loyalty card, you get 3 cents off per gallon. The food and drinks selection is large and the store is always kept clean

Friendly staff. Decent prices. Im not too confident about their fuel. My car doesnt perform well when I fill up here. A great Redbox location with a PNC ATM.

Layout and design.I dont think that the original developer ever expected this place to get as busy as it does. There are not enough pumps and many times not enough space, to navigate through.2. Location.While its ideally situated for visibility, it is unfortunately nestled near Crime Creek and a few other local jails, aka gated communities. Invariably, this is where they go to hang out most of the day. Rude/ghetto/trashy people in a small, difficult to navigate, confined space..how do you think that works out?Controllable factors, e.g. why im rating so low.1. The employeesHoly smokes, there is slow and then there is turkey hill slow. Seriously, anyone whos gone here shares these sentiments. Do a better job at training your employees.2. the general filth on the property.Garbage bind are always overflowing. I didnt like cashier attitude about information concerning my rewards discount whats the use to give your information and e-mail address if your not being informed about changes and updates. Communication is the key with the community.

Ok for exactly what it is.... a convenience store/gas station. They are not very helpful or insightful. They seem to be all just a bunch of robots programmed by turkey-hill. God forbid you walk in there with a large bill....lolThey all freak out & dont know what to do or say....$100 bill... can not compute...Hive not communicating..lol

Gas price = too highThe reason i give these guys 4 stars is because theyre always there during a storm that knocks our town out of power. Plus they sell beer late 😂
