Slowwwwwwwww, no customer service. Never have anything on time, and there is ALWAYS at least an hour wait for anything pharmacy related. They claim they are short staffed.... that was 3 years ago. Long before covid. Any grocery stop pharmacy is better than this

Made an official covid test appointment. Got there after 40 minutes of driving at the time they said, waited in line for over an hour, and then was told they had no more tests after getting to the window. Very bad service, dont know how to keep appointments, staff is overworked and under supplied with no guidance or forethought to tell customers that they ran out. They couldnt even schedule me for the next day. Trash Walgreens.

Went in for covid test. The pharmacist gave us swabs that were already open! And a ziploc bag to put them in after swabbing. No paperwork inside to say which test belongs to who. We even asked about the open swabs and she said it’s ok, she opened them for us. Very unprofessional and unethical

Had a great experience. Was in and out with my over the counter item. The store is clean and the staff is friendly.

Always greeted by friendly staff, & provided with helpful assistance. The pharmacy staff are amazing! They have helped me with most complicated medication problems! Love this drugstore!

Terrible- told me insurance information was up to date and the flu medicine would be 10 minutes for my crying teenager waiting in the car. 45 minutes later I’m still waiting and they just told me my insurance information has her birthday wrong and the medicine cost $100.

They had to call 3 different CVSS in another State and did so and had my meds ready in 3 hours. Im impressed!!

Picked up my photo order and they did not have all of my pictures in the package.Had to go back and pick up the remaining pictures that were left out the 1st time around. Long lines not many employees on staffPhoto staff was courtiouse and quick when they were able to get back behind the photo desk

Went in for photos and an elderly lady that workd their was SOOOOO RUDE!! I asked nicely if she could fix the sizing and she told me that I should have done it. I replied that last time I came a guy that worked their helped me because from my side of the screen I couldn’t fix it. And she replied that she couldn’t help and to come another day. I LEFT DISAPPOINTED BECAUSE I WENT IN FOR Pictures I need tomorrow. Won’t be coming here for a long while.

Decent hours, nice pharmacy, nice people, and they always have everything I need.

Average wait time to pick up a prescription that is ready and waiting is about 15 minutes. Shortest time I have waited was 10 minutes and longest was over 30.

Very bad customer service. Giving me the run around on a product that I found on the shelf, and at the end of it all they didnt sell it to me. So I went to the Wenatchee Walgreens and found the same items. Bought them no problem.

WORST service in the whole valley. If you wont timely respectable care you wont find it here.

Always a pleasant experience with friendly cashiers.
