Went into kay Jewelers and got the best customer service I have ever received. I got the ring of her dreams she helped me order it online. I might be more excited then my girlfriend is!
Made a phone order and was charged never received confirmation email been calling the store for 3 days and no one answers. Worst jewelry buying experience ever.
23 years ago I purchased my wedding ring at Kay. I bought the extended warranty, and paid an additional amount to have the hollow ring filled in with gold. I later took my ring in for repairs, and was told my hollow ring was too damaged to be repaired. I inquired about the fee I paid to have it filled in, and after investigations, found that the fill work was never done. So they refunded me the cost of the gold fill that never happened and returned my damaged ring with their apologies. No offer of new ring, no refund of original purchase price, no refund of “lifetime warranty”. So now the token of my wife’s love sits on a shelf a large hole marring it’s once perfect look, never to be worn again. I called recently to see if there was anything that could be done, and they told me it has been too long, and offered their sympathy and apologies anew.I would STRONGLY recommend you go elsewhere to get the tokens for your vows.
Purchased an engagement ring in early March, Covid shut the store down and Kay as a whole is unable to process a refund, which is holding us back from getting married. Im extremely disappointed, we dont even want the ring anymore we just want our money so we can go elsewhere and move on with what we want to do as a couple.. its a shame that the tri cities store cant help us with our situation, as soon as we get the ring were returning it and going elsewhere to get a ring. If there were a zero star option Id select that 100 times.

My fiancè and I went to purchase an Engagement Ring and we spoke with a very nice and friendly gal. She was very helpful in looking for rings to fit the budget, and the purchase process was simple.We told the woman that I have an allergy to Silver and would be needing White Gold the day we purchased. Unfortunately, after 2 months the Rhodium wore off and it became clear that we had been sold a Sterling Silver ring. I can not even wear the ring anymore so, we contacted Corporate Customer Service. They told us that because we were past the 30 day return policy they could not help me. Our only choice was to trade in and trade up for at least DOUBLE the original purchase cost!We were unable to dispute due to Kays covering their ass for selling bad product, rather than taking care of their customers. If you purchase from these people have it tested by a third party within the first 30 days of purchase. Dont forget its the purchase date, not the received date because they have to send them off to be sized for a couple weeks.Good luck!
Amazing!!! I was searching for a certain watch. Chessa was able to find it, order it, and I had it in less than a week. She was great!! My husband loves the watch. I would not go anywhere else!!

Kasondra is the best! She is so talented when it comes to designing, she designed 2 GORGEOUS wedding bands to complete my engagement ring. I was very pleased with the outcome. My husband is also extremely happy with his wedding band. We absolutely loved our experience working with Kassondra and her team!

Do NOT buy any charms here! They dont warranty them! Shortly after 2 months a stone fell out of a $79 charm! They wont do anything about it!! Thats not right!!!

I live in Tri-Cities and traveled almost 5 hours round trip to come to this location in Wenatchee. My local Kay had originally told me the ring I wanted could be ordered in my size. We went in to do that and the ring had sold. My boyfriend and I decided to make a trip to Wenatchee as they had the exact ring I wanted in stock. After arriving I mentioned my local Kay saying we could send that ring in and get it re-sized so it would fit. That is when I learned my local Kay had given us wrong information. We got there thinking wed purchase my dream ring only for it to 1. not fit and 2. learn it was not able to be sent in to be re-sized. Cheesa, who helped us, made a couple phone calls and confirmed we couldnt resize it as it wouldnt be able to reach my size without compromising the diamonds. We understood but were super disappointed. We felt we drove all that way for nothing. After a few minutes of admiring the ring and sulking (lol), Chessa mentioned their Design option. She said we could send in the ring I wanted and they could design a new one that looked just like it, and in my size! I was extremely hesitant as Im picky and loved every single detail about the ring and was afraid those details may be lost if we tried to replicate it. After a bit of talking and thinking between the 3 of us, I reluctantly agreed. I knew this was likely the only option to get the ring I wanted. We talked about the process and she promised shed sent me pictures along the way as it was being designed. I figured this would be pushed on the back burner and assumed Id have to be annoying and call in order to get an update. I was so wrong! Without fail, Chessa texted me 2 weeks later with the mold, and kept me in the loop there after! We communicated during the process often and I never felt like I needed to follow up with her. If there were any issues during the molding process, I was able to make tweaks (I didnt need to!) before it went to the next step! My ring finished about 3 weeks before what was originally estimated and Chessa sent it to our local Kay so we didnt have to make the drive back down (although she wanted us to so she could see our reactions!). Our experience started off a little rocky but I could not be happier with our ring. One of the best parts is that the cost of the replica was $1,500 less than the Neil Lane ring I had gone in for originally! I would recommend Chessa and the Wenatchee Kay Jewelers to everyone. Our experience was top notch from beginning to end. Thank you so much Chessa for all your help, answering our endless questions, spending almost an hour with us, and keeping me in the loop always during the design process! We could not be happier. Now I wait until my boyfriend of almost 7 years pops the question! :)
