I love fred Meyers. They have great customer service. Great selection of meats, fresh veggies and fruits. The deli section had always been so well kept up and clean. They have everything you can think of. Its never too busy. Youre in and out.

The staff I have met have been 5 star, butthe parking lot negative stars !@- the aisle space is too narrow, the spaces line up so dash cameras do not pick up opposing backing vehicles. Large vehicles do not have designated parking so it is difficult to open car doors. If you agree, post a comment.

I went to buy a phone case for my iPhone in their electronic department. The lady that worked in that department was very helpful and informative. She gets five stars. I asked her if they price matched Amazon, as their price was $10 cheaper and she said they do. Long story short a phone call from to one manager and then to another manager resulted in not honoring the price match because it had Prime next to the shipping option. The manager on the phone said that Prime is a paid membership. I told them that that is just for shipping anybody can buy the iPhone case at the price listed. They still didnt want to honor a price match. They also require a UPC match. There is only one apple case it was obvious that it was the same. We even found the matching model number, but because there wasnt a UPC on the Amazon website it wasnt good enough. They just need to take down the sign and option as a whole for price matching as they dont honor it. Big box stores are normally good at price matching, not Fred Meyer. I encourage people to stop shopping here until they start respecting there customers, and not seeing them as money bags.

I would give zero stars if it was an option regarding the service at the deli counter. I tried to have some meat sliced and was told they were closed for clean up The sign says that the deli counter closes at 7 pm and I was there at 6:10 PM. I spoke to the store manager and he said the staffing is short as a result of COVID which I understand but if you are going to stop serving the customers one hour before you close then that is the time you need to put on the sign. I have been a loyal customer of the Wenatchee Fred Meyer for 20 years and the service is now the worst in the valley for groceries.

I know it wasnt on purpose but me and my friend got worms from eating the sushi there. Never again. I mean it had to be the cleaning techniques they use... or the fish they buy. Other then that theyre my favorite store in the valley for groceries.

Customer Service Person had a total meltdown, ranting and crying and being hysterical. When it was address with management it seemed they already knew the person was a problem and casually brushed it off. The response was Ill talk with her. No accountability for what happened or anything. I left and would like a better experience but it will be quite awhile until I return especially when I can just order most things in this store on Amazon anyway. I came in for a carseat.

Overall it is a good place to shop for basics. I prefer it over Wal-Mart or Target. I especially appreciate its wide selection of healthier foods. There is no excuse to eat healthy if you shop here. Their produce selection is excellent. They also have a large area catering to natural and organic foods.

Store does nothing to enforce or actively encourage state mandated mask wearing.All while covid cases and deaths increase locally.

Said they provide as service and when I get there no one can help me, and on top of it all even after that to say they were unable to help me in customer service area. Even tho I called 5min prior.

Great place to shop for nursery plants. They have the healthiest plants Ive ever seen.

Thank you fred meyer for leaving one entrance closed and not leaving any posters or signs that it wont open till 7am. Really appreciated walking around the store twice.

I went through the self checkout this morning in Wenatchee and a girl helped me. Her name was Alicia. She was so sweet. She could tell I was in a lot of pain from my shoulder surgery. She did it all for me. She was genuine and cared about how I felt. Offered to have someone help me out to my car. Hope she sees this. Just want to say thank you for getting me out quickly and doing a good job at your job.

This review is for the gas station. I dont know what the reasoning is,but it is a royal pain getting fuel here. Many of the pumps arent working? I have to walk a long ways because of this. Its not convenient and it is ridiculous.

This is one of our favorite place to shop. Fresh fruit and produce and a nice selection of organic foods. Not the best place for meats though. Theyre good quality but pricey. Totally different from like Wal-Mart for example in that they usually have enough cashiers so were not waiting in line for a long time. Customer service has always been courteous and helpful.

My favorite store. Many of the people know me and greet me whether Im at the checkout or not. Due to my limited walking ability I use a power card and Carl or a member of his crew always bring them to me without me having to ask. It is the most friendly place in town!

They have a great healthy food selection reasonably priced compared to specialty stores. And their clothing options are more varied than other local clothing stores and I can get my groceries at the same time. Its our favorite one stop shopping place. We even get our gasoline for the week on the way out.

Great overall shopping center for food, home, and outdoor items. Very large selection of brand names and more lesser know products as well. Toys + clothes leave things to be desired and there is no electronics section to speak of. Good prices for everything and it all seems local for produce.

Yesterday, I went through Joses line and he was quick and friendly. He is good at what he does. I would recommend people going through his line for excellent service. The lady at self check asked to help me, but I am glad I did not. I enjoy the interaction with good people like Jose. Very nice kid.Secondly, as I was walking out the door, my elderly father was with me and he was walking with his basket and cane. He was having troubles walking. I had my own basket. A worker Alisha came up to me wanting to know if he needed help. So she walked with my father to my car to make sure he was able to walk better. She mentioned she just clocked off but wanted to help.These two workers at fred meyer made our visit yesterday much better.David

Best food prices in East Wenatchee. Prices throughout are pretty good. Great at certain times of the year. The deli is much improved. The people are pretty great. The garden center is rocking. Fuel prices are some of the best in town. It has a Starbucks. Its always busy, parking lot is always full. Easy access from the freeway. Great return policy. Like I said, a very popular store for locals.

So thankful for the friendly, professional staff. Were in a donut hole, and they discovered one med was cheaper to pay outside of insurance. They go the extra mile! Thank you, staff and pharmacists. We trust you to take care of our needs.

Jackie Chan at the Sushi Counter is the absolute best!! This is the only place in town I will get my fresh sushi!As for the rest of the store, it is definitely not the most inexpensive, but is always clean, convenient, and committed to delivering high quality groceries, produce and overall products!

Helpful when I am not able to find something. Items are easily returned. Like the quality of their food, clothes, garden goods. The photo clerks are very patient and helpful.

Fred Meyer now charges for cash back on its checkout, debit/credit machines. Lame and petty. Safeway and Albertsons does not charge its loyal customers for cash back. They will now have my business. I like Fred Meyer and its products, but this charge to its loyal customers is lame.

Overall great store, excellent staff! The reason for the 4 is that often times the bakery area is really picked over & dried out, and some of the staff is not very helpful or knowlegable.Also, as much as I appreciate the free childcare center, often the staff seems irritated to be there and sometimes it take 20 minutes to get anyone to help you to sign your child in (if they arent already watching other children.)But Im usually always ultimately happy with my shopping experience at this store, and very grateful for the wonderful organic and whole foods section.

Have been shopping there for a long time today I wrote a small check and was asked for an ID ?? I go there at least once a week,for grocery and gasno problems with writing a check ever till today!!my check was under $5 dollars for a few items!! Called the store and asked for manager and someone took my call but new very little about the problem at all??? The cashier was very nice and does her job well! What is going on and is this your new thing to ask people who are good customers for ID all the time????

Marcy put my chips and eggs at the bottom of the cart. I had to go retrieve them. She would out one item in a bag, but then stuff ALL my produce in another. This makes no sense. She charged me incorrectly on an item. Then could not figure out how to good it. Instead she then charged the correct prince, but charged it twice. Still havent been able to good the incorrect price one. She kept pushing buttons instead of asking a manager for assistance. Marcy at the East Wenatchee store needs train in bagging, and needs to pay attention when charging reduced price items.

Fred Meyer is usually well stocked and inexpensive; not this time. It was a wasted trip. They did not have what I went there to get.

My favorite store in the valley. Love the meat and seafood place, they are always helpful in their. Courtney who works their helped me last time find something that I needed for a recipe. At the checkstands, they are fast and friendly which i like being a mom! Alisha is one of my favorites, she knows what she is doing and is always friendly. Brenda at playland is amazing as well and my kids always love seeing Miss Brenda.

Employee s are always helpful. My son has Autism and 6 other disabilities. The employees always take the time to listen to him. Free meuer has everything. I need in one place including organic aisles and produce. Plenty of parking and stay open till 11.

Every time weve visited the electronics department here, the employees are very polite and will price match local weekly ads. Chase helped me today and was very friendly and thorough at explaining the return policy.

Shelves were not stocked full for it being a major holiday, I could only get chicken legs cause there was no thighs or breasts that were advertised. I bought the last two packages of beef Franks that were on sale, not enough cashiers and this was at 10 in the morning. The berry section was really low also.

Prices are WAY too high. You cant get help. My electric cart died even though it said it was fully charged and 2 employees saw me but didnt help. And today the pharmacy failed me! I will not go there again.

Bright and well lit. Helpful staff. No line at checkout. Great selection of produce in regular and organic. Many organic option throughout the store. Exotic fruits like Dragon fruit, Ugli, blood oranges, pumello and many more not normally found at you local grocer. Meat counter is good with a selection of red meats and seafood. 4 stars for price. Fred Meyer has steadily increased pricing over the last several years relative to other grocers. Some great deals can be had but you need to look for them.

I love Fred Meyer. Playland is fun for kids 6 and under. They offer free cookies,fruit and balloons for the kiddos to help improve your shopping experience with kids

Can be a bit pricey, but they have a great selection of vegan/vegetarian items in their natural foods section of the store. Out of most grocery stores I frequent, Fred Meyer produce seems to last the longest.

If youre into drinking the cool aid that Johnny corporate grocery man serves up, this place will do the job for you. People are helpful and friendly. Good selection of natural and regular grocery items. Would give 5 stars but the store and parking lot is often overcrowded and items often out of stock due to that. IMO Fred Meyers is being greedy by not building another store in Wematchee or expaning this one. Stay thirsty my friends!

My child worked hard earning cents, and when she finally did. She insisted on spending it on the gum ball machine, and when she did. It swallowed the cents! She couldnt stop crying and we didnt get a refund!

I choose to frequent Costco because, Fred Myers lets people beg at there exits. There is no way u can be 100% sure these people wont be taking the money and buy whats keeping them from holding a job, which would help them pay for the babies there creating and pay for the taxes that I pay. My taxes already pay for the programs that support these beggars so why do I have to sit in my car and feel uncomfortable for the situation they choose.

Our one stop place for a variety of products, besides groceries. Purchases earn gas discounts. Fast check-out; very few lines.

Had everything that i was looking for, however they were stocking in the middle of the day and I had to wait 3 or 4 minutes at the meat counter before someone realized that i was standing there. The self checkout is also very frustrating to use and the lines are always full because they will only have about 4 lanes out of 13 open at a time.

Its great here very useful for when you need something. Definitely not a place for a quick visit. The lines for the register are long and can keep you there a long time.

AFAIK, this is the only place in the area to buy dried mushrooms. It also has the nearest US Bank ATM to me, and a better selection of liquor than Ive found near me.
