Sheryl is amazing…both professionally and personally. I came in with both hearing aids needing repair and was prepared to have them sent off to the factory, yet she had replacement part for each and skillfully completed the repairs immediately. I also needed an updated hearing needs assessment which she also conducted. Then reset the two repaired aides to match me needs from the test. Can’t get my problem resolved. Been dealing with the same situation for months. Get the same story as to why but no solution. Brought in two chargers, one I bought, they replace my hearing aids that weren’t working but didn’t get a charger with them. They expected me to use the one I bought separately. Not sure why I couldn’t have the one the new hearing aids came with. They will order me one that will no doubt take weeks. Ant imagine why they call it rapid replace. It’s never been less than three weeks for replacements and I’ve had, up to now three, this one will be the fourthNot happy with the service

I was desperate for help when I contacted Sheryl right after she opened Home Town Hearing. I simply could not understand anything people were saying, which had forced me to withdraw from friends and membership in groups. Amplification, offered by hearing aids I had tried, only increased the problem.Sheryl was able to determine that my low-frequency hearing was near normal, but my high-frequency hearing had suffered a 90% loss. This meant I was hearing only half of every word, making it impossible to understand what people were saying.Fortunately for me, Sheryl was able to provide hearing aids she could program to compensate for my specific hearing loss, which resulted in me being able to understand speech again. This has allowed me to interact with friends, rejoin groups, and discovered a new avocation that would not have been possible without her help. Thanks, Sheryl.

The workers, owners at Hometown Hearing have very helpful in getting me started with my hearing aids and maintaining them. Very knowledgeable ing how to adjust them and maintain them.
