Your phone system sucks! I cant call the E. Wenatchee store directly. The number on the website connects me with a recording where Im forced to listen to a bunch of options that dont apply. Ive listened to it multiple times (getting a little more frustrated each time). It loops back to the beginning after listening to options/making selections which leads to more options/selections. When I tried to talk with someone in billing (only because it seemed to be the only option to talk with a person) the message was that everyone is busy....please hold. After holding for quite a while I received another recorded message asking me to leave a message. Id rather spend my time looking for other providers than listening to your recorded messages.

DO NOT USE or at least you were warned. They just want to load you up and do not care about what you really need. If you return the excess stuff they take it back and still expect you to pay for it. Next they threaten you with credit agencies
