Pharmacist and staff are wonderful here. Real people with that can’t do enough for you attitude and approach.

Great customer service by the pharmacist, helped me quickly fill in a new prescription. This is my to go to place now. Highly recommend.

Scheduled an appointment at Eastchester location, Received several reminders. Arrived at the location on time. No one was there. Eastchester Management says no testing at Eastchester location any more and they forgot to turn off the reminder notifications. Sent us to the Bronxville location which was closed. Terrible customer service and poor information.

I’ve read the comments about the woman in the pharmacy and I don’t know who they’re talking about, because the woman Laura who I have dealt with now for a number of years is absolutely wonderful. She couldn’t be more helpful and pleasant. I love the personal service you get there. They know me now, and I feel much comforted knowing that my history, as well as my name is familiar to them. I happily give the store five stars.

I had my first job at Value Drugs and have been going back since. They have ~every single thing~ you need for your home in a local setting. Will hires young people from the community which gives the store a much needed neighborhood feel at a time when most stores are impersonal chains. The Pharmacy takes great care with their orders and the staff are super friendly. Shop local!

The new pharmacist is the worst! Does not take the time to explain any prescriptions to you, she is not helpful at all. Sighs when the counter person hands her a prescription. Im sorry, am I annoying you making you do your job? Will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. I gave her two chances, did not like my encounters either time. Miss the old pharmacists.

Rather go to walgreens or cvs from now on, the pharmacy customer service needs a lot of improvement. The woman has an attitude for no reason. She judged me for purchasing plan b.

THE NEW PHARMACIST IS BAD. THIS STORE HAS EVERYTHING, BUT THE PHARMACY SECTION IS AWFUL NOW.
