Have already recommended this Verizon store to others! Paul S. was so helpful, patient and knowledgeable when I was in to upgrade my iPhone. Spent a lot of time, patiently answering my many questions! And made sure to inform me about all the promotions and the best one for my needs! Will definitely be returning to upgrade my daughters phones!

Sam is awesome. Not only did he help me sort out my tragic phone, he was professional, personable and endlessly patient with uploading everything from my previous gerbil powered device. Furthermore, while I was in the store, a very challenging customer entered the store. Sam handled the situation perfectly. An irritable customer left happy. Save yourself some time and frustration. Go here 1st. Talk to Sam and youll get sorted. (And like me and the grumpy guy, youll leave happy too.)

Jay walked me through my family plan and found that we were eligible for great deals on a new iPhone 12. He was helpful, funny, knowledgeable, and was part of a great team with his associate Sam. Such a better visit than previous purchases at the bigger store in Hadley!
The folks I worked with at Verizon Wireless in Easthampton were great. They worked hard to figure out my cell phone problems and did not try to up-sale me. This is not what I found at some other Verizon stores. I would highly recommend them!
I was a horrible customer and showed up to the store 20 min before closing, hoping to set up a new plan for my family. I was switching from tracfone, which was certainly not easy. Sam Thresher stayed over an hour past closing to set up 4 phones on the new plan. He had to make multiple phone calls to fix everything, and did so with nothing but kindness and composure. He was extremely knowledgeable and provided exceptional customer service. He truly went above and beyond for me. Beyond that, the store was clean and took all the necessary safety precautions. I will certainly be going back for all my phone needs.
Sam, the store’s general manager, was very kind, helpful, and patient. Three of us were joining a family plan from other lines and carriers and Sam was knowledgeable on each of the various processes, services and devices. I highly recommend!

They took a lot of time switching sim cards and sd cards to get our phones all working the way we wanted. This isnt the first time weve called on them to switch phones. Theyre always willing to help and to anwer whatever questions we have. Much better than the other local Verizon store.

My iPhone was not working properly. I visited two other Verizon stores and received no help. Samuel Styckiewicz in the Southampton,Ma. store was extremely helpful. He explained the promotion being offered and I decided to upgrade and get a new phone. He not only set up my new phone with all data transferred he also helped with our Verizon account so it will be easy to receive service from this point.I had to return the next day and he quickly answered my questions that had arisen with the new phone. I would highly recommend this store and Sam.

Came into my favorite Verizon location to see the man the myth the legend Marc D. Come to find out he had a well deserved day off. I ended up working with a well dressed young employee Sam S. He was very knowledgeable in his Samsung products (probably why they named Samsung after him). I made the switch from an iPhone to a Samsung A51. This phone is awesome. Ordered a phone for disabled daughter, assured it would be available in about 1 week or less. Bait and switch...lesser phone arrived. Owner of store encouraged me to come in so he could make it right..then he took off out the back door after introductions. The ordered phone NO longer available for price ordered. Had to go to West Spfld and pay more. This occurred over 2 1/2 wk.
The week of 7-15-2018 I had issues with my iPhone. Went to the Easthampton Verizon Store twice. Each time I was assisted by Samuel T. He was very knowledgeable, professional and made a potentially aggravating experience enjoyable. Verizon should consider themselves fortunate to have an employee of Sams caliber working for them.

Not transparent about fees. I directly asked if it would cost more to get my phone through them, was told no- and then paid an activation fee (which I thought was verizons activiation fee). In addition, I was signed up for a insurance plan I did not order. Called, complained and no one helped.Luckily Verizon corporation was sympathetic, they helped me so I did not have to return my phone, but essentially said do not trust this business.Shop carefully. Call Verizon first.

This location paved the way for 5 additional stores with more to come. You will not receive better service from any other Verizon Wireless location except maybe the Northampton in the Big Y Plaza

GREAT Day! Joshua Boyle was instrumental in restoring my Google Drive in my new Verizon Iphone 5 because my password was wrong and I feared that the 3,000 pictures I took from 2012 to Feb 2014 were lost forever and now they are back in my new iphone! I must tell you that my new friend Joshua has been so great and patient and i am very comfortable with him as i am not too much of a late computer expert! Not the best store thats screwed over and got a crappy old phone I need a new phone and got a crappy one a few years back when I came here dont come to the Verizon store there OK I guess but not the best place I would rather go somewhere else to stay clear of them its not a real ride and store it just one of those authorized retailers its not like one of their corporate stores!
