Its a good place to shop if they have your part in stock. but if you order something they dont always call you to tell you to pick it up. Odds and ends good place to go.

I now try to get to this specific store when I can. Very knowledgeable and very very helpful. I walked out knowing so much more about my project and they saved me a ton of time with hints and tricks.

Fast checkout with typical auto store employees. Some employees are more skilled than others and seem to care more about customer service. Decent discount rewards programs.

The staff always go above and beyond to help me as a DIY customer. Way better than their competitors down the road. I now only shop here and there perks coupons are awesome.

Although I will say that the staff are very friendly, the day I went, I was in a slight hurry to purchase one small item and leave; the two cashiers constantly and politely told me they would be with me shortly, but I waited about TEN minutes as they were being so chatty checking out the customers in front of me. Again, I appreciate their friendliness, but I did not appreciate that it detracted from my ability to get in and out in an expeditious manner.

It was snowing badly today when I went to them for battery test. Mike willingly helped out in the terrible bad weather under snow blizzard. He has showed me the best customer care and service in my life, I am really touched.It is more than a review of the service that Mike has provided but also an appreciation.Mike has shown that he would go extra miles for a random customer and he has convinced me that good customer service does exist around you, maybe rare.Again, Thank you Mike
