We had Firenza Stone redo our kitchen and master bathroom. We couldnt have been more pleased. Their team is highly professional and precise. The granite, quartz and marble we chose looks stunning and we get complements from guests all the time on our kitchen. They were prompt courteous and very helpful throughout the project. Our whole experience was great. The showroom is impressive and meticulously maintained. They have a huge selection of granite to choose from. You shouldn’t have any problems finding what your looking for. We did have one issue with the granite shelf above the backsplash of our outdoor grill island. We wanted a 4” shelf and it was not deep enough because the 2” depth of cultured stone on the wall above it was not taken into account. Customer service was great working with us. Within a week they quickly remedied the issue by locating more material and replacing the two pieces with a deeper 6” shelf. We love the results. Thanks Anthony!

I renovated my home completely. I had to get stone for various portions of the bathrooms and kitchens. I didn’t know exactly what I wanted or the differences between all the various types of stone. I went into Firenza and was greeted by one of the owners, Anthony. He was kind and helpful. He took me back into their huge warehouse. It is amazing. He showed me the differences between the stones and told me what they had available and, if they didnt have it in, he gave an estimated date of when they could get it in. He spent 2 1/2 hours with me. After I chose what I wanted, they set dates for me for templating the stone in the areas they would be going into and then a date for installation. Cathy, the scheduler, was wonderful. She really tried to schedule me and get me the soonest possible dates and she always had a a sweet and pleasant demeanor. The only downfall is that for stone of this nature, it can be a long wait and so the scheduling wasn’t as fast as I would have liked it to have been. I would have given a 4-star instead of a 5- star because of my wait, but since the quality of the stone was wonderful and since the staff and owner were wonderful, I believe I have to overlook the wait time - especially because of all the construction problems these days. The installers came out and were kind, respectful, neat and pleasant. They took their time to make sure everything looked perfect for me. Anthony, the owner has checked on the job several times to make sure I was happy with the final outcome. I am going to say that you can’t get a better selection of stone (quartz, granite or marble) anywhere. They really are top notch and know their trade. Their staff is kind and they wanted me to be happy - I am! Thank you Firenza and Thank you Anthony for making my experience with you a wonderful one!

Have a small Euclid house and had new Formica countertops installed in 2015 after a full gut of the pink kitchen. With-in a few months I regretted having them installed. Started researching granite companies and started working with Anthony at Firenzastone in Eastlake.From the very first step of picking out a product, to the very last step, I was thoroughly impressed with this company. Everyone there is knowledgeable and you don’t get passed around when asking a question. After 6 months of the install, we noticed a seam in the countertop wasn’t feeling right and I called Anthony. Within a few days, we were scheduled for a repair and Adam was onsite for a couple hours and fixed the issue.Couldn’t be happier with these guys. They were not the lowest on prices, but after learning from Adam and Anthony on proper placement of seams, and seeing an install in Westlake from a cheaper company, there was no other choice in my mind that Firenzastone was the best of the best.Not affiliated in any way with them other than a very happy customer. This was my first remodel project and a somewhat complex one. Having been a Quality Manager, my expectations were very high. I couldnt have been in better hands than with Firenza Stones Team! I wanted to enjoy the process of redesigning our Fireplace, Kitchen, Laundry room, Master and Spare Baths as much as living with the results. I can say without a doubt that the stonework done by the Firenza team was one of the most efficient processes in our complex remodel to complete! I wanted to break the traditional straight cabinet lines, jutting cabinets, dropping corners, while taking advantage of beautiful rust colored stranding in two completely different stones. Their professional team was VERY patient, listened to my wishes, enhanced our project via suggestions and solid recommendations, came up with designs that met our budget, hit EVERY promise date given and completely cleaned up before leaving! They carefully handled our petrified wood stone, laid out our bookend matched bathroom stones and surrounding stone for maximum effect in each and every room! I asked for help with a sunken, yet drained trough in front of our waterfall window, for my orchids so that the pots could not be seen... only the leaves, stems and flowers. They made that happen! They did everything they could to improve contractor delayed dates and actually salvaged a design error (unrelated to Firenza) within hours that could have been a very costly disaster. They walked us through every step of the process, communicated clearly and met EVERY expectation and then some. They really care and took pride in the results! I did NOT feel like just another customer!I would rate the ease and efficiency of working with their team, a TEN on a scale of 1 to 5! Perfectionists would be the best way to describe them! Every year they host an event called A Spark of Hope where they raise funds for Pediatric Cancer Research. Though I was unable to attend the event, I supported by purchasing raffle tickets for one of the prizes which was a custom made table! When I got the call that I won, I was over the moon with excitement. Immediately, I was invited to come to the showroom to look at the granite to decide what I wanted. Not only is the showroom stunning, but everyone was so warm, welcoming and helpful. I couldnt believe how many options there were - from color, to finish! Anthony really helped me narrow down what I wanted and talked through different ideas of how to cut the table to work for my space. One thing I knew walking out of there was I was going to get something completely unique and outstanding. Anthony was wonderful. No pressure. Lots of options and ideas. I wanted one stop shopping which is exactly what I got; and the installers came in, tore out all my old countertops and disconnected the gas stove top and all plumbing. He reconnected everything and I had a working kitchen very quickly. I felt very comfortable being around all of the workers who came into my home to complete this job. Our house looks amazing ! We had new carpet throughout the first floor and the stairs .New granite countertops .Tore out the old tub and built a beautiful walk in shower an matching granite in the bathroom and laundry room.Also replaced all of our hard Floors with new lifetime laminate wood look.We’re so Happy with the work and everything that was done we’re going back and finishing the upstairs bathrooms and the rest of the carpet thank you very much to Marcy for all her help and Carmen .

Excellent job replacing our old kitchen sink. They were able to enlarge/cut the opening in the granite table top to accommodate the new sink. We were not able to find another company to do that.Also great job replacing the garbage disposal and reconnecting all the pipes. Jim is a great plumber! Very professional and high quality work.We highly recommend Firenza Stone!The only issue: they are very busy so youll have to wait to be scheduled.However, once they come, they do an excellent job in relatively short time.

My family recently built a house and used Firenza stone for countertops all over the home! Marcy was a big help in coordinating the island quartz with our gorgeous backsplash. The granite came in quick, with a great installation. We get so many compliments on our beautiful stone!

I selected a really nice piece of quartzite from their vast selection. I asked for and was promised the counter to be cut from a specific section of that piece. This did not happen. They made a pattern to make the top fit its location without use of back splashes. The pattern was not used and back splashes were necessary.The back splashes were thinned unevenly and dont fit properly. The walls were claimed to be the issue. My carpenter square tells a different story. Now instead of enjoying my counter top it is a daily reminder of expensive and poor customer service. I got the impression that my single top was not really important to them . If you have a big job maybe you will do better with them.

Our beautiful, expensive new kitchen has a sink faucet in the wrong place because thats how Firenza made it. A LOT of granite and they couldnt fix it. So now our kitchen has a faucet that isnt the one we wanted that is mounted so that its hard to use. They also forgot to put us on their schedule so that when our contractor was ready for them to install the countertops, they werent ready and we had to wait, no work going on in our unusable until it was done kitchen.The granite is nice and seems to be properly installed but they didnt seem to have a grasp of some details, as described above. Not recommended.

Recently, my wife and I decided to remodel our kitchen because it was fairly outdated. After doing some research and talking with multiple sources, we chose to work with Firenzastone to handle the process. We worked primarily with Anthony and were extremely pleased with the customer service, guidance, and attention to detail he provided along the way. When I realized that it was time to do some updating in my place, I decided to do a little research and figure out how I wanted to approach my very first kitchen remodel. I knew exactly what I wanted, and I also wanted to make sure that I used only good quality products that would last (granite, porcelain tile/back-splash). I began shopping and received quotes from Lowes and Home Depot, and they were very similar. The only thing that didnt sit well with me was the fact that the two big box stores obviously subcontract out the work. I wanted to make sure that I could have open lines of communication with the people that I ultimately hired and it was important that I felt comfortable throughout the process. Upon arriving at Firenza Stones showroom, I wasnt expecting to be blown away (in a good way) by just how beautiful their different models were throughout. I knew immediately that these guys were the real deal and that I was going to be moving forward with them for my new kitchen...I spoke with Dave Dozanti and Mike Fimiani and their approach and knowledge couldnt have been better. As a guy who works in sales I appreciate straight forward answers and proper follow up. After a handshake, Mike was at my condo the very next morning taking measurements for my new granite counter tops. I was so impressed with Mike and his service that I decided to use Firenza Stone for my flooring and back-splash. Mike met me after the showroom was closed so I could come by and pick out the material/tile so we can get the entire project done in a 3-4 day period, since I work crazy hours at times. The pricing was in line, and I am the type who will gladly pay more if good service is included...And it was. All the installers were extremely professional, great at their respective crafts, personable, CLEAN, and completed their jobs in the time frames as they promised.I am extremely happy and would highly recommend Mike and Firenza Stone to anybody that wants their kitchen done the right way and also in a timely matter (with non-chinese products/materials). Working with Firenza Stone was a terrible experience. Their staff is unresponsive to phone calls and is slow to order products. The counter top cracked that they installed because of improper leveling. Highly recommend taking your business somewhere else.
